本发明公开了一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嵌段硅油加入到反应瓶中,搅拌均匀,乳化3‑8分钟,搅拌转速为43‑55r/min,然后加入水,继续搅拌5‑12分钟,制得嵌段硅油柔软剂初体;(2)向嵌段硅油柔软剂初体中加入酯基季铵盐,搅拌3‑8分钟,搅拌转速为52‑60r/min,得抗黄变柔软剂初体;(3)将冰醋酸、精油和水加入到抗黄变柔软剂初体中,并搅拌均匀,最后过滤得到抗黄变柔软剂。本发明的工艺简单,制备容易,且柔软剂性能可靠,具有较好的抗黄变效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤纶纺织纤维用柔软剂的制备方法,特别是一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。它是以聚对苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(EG)为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物-聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。
在现有的涤纶印染助剂中,柔软剂是后整理剂中的一个大类,其主要功能是满足涤纶纺织品的不同手感/风格的要求。涤纶纺织品柔软剂商品主要分为两大类:1、非硅的脂肪族型:以阳离子型为主,还有非离子型,阴离子型和阴刚两性离子型,剂型有:乳液状、厚浆状、高浓软油精和蜡状软片软珠等。2、有机硅类型:第一代是甲基硅油乳液,将聚甲基硅油乳化而成非离子型,主要应用于纱线润滑或起毛剂的平滑组份,但由于手感较硬,需要再另复配如柔软剂软片或软油类的产品;第二代是D4硅油乳液聚合,也称为羟乳,平滑性好,但在耐高温,耐高剪切,耐电解质方面仍需改进,使用不好会出现油斑;第三代是D4硅油(包括线性体)与偶联剂本体聚合,再经乳化而成,商品有乳液状(称聚乳),透明液状(称微乳),主要用于各种纤维和织物的柔软平滑整理,手感好,但使用过程中,由于前处理或染色后水洗不够充分,特别是染深色,带碱或带电解质、表面活性剂较多时,工作液的稳定性下降,往往导致这类硅油乳液破乳,漂油,粘辊,并最终导产生难于去除的硅油斑。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法。本发明的工艺简单,制备容易,且柔软剂性能可靠,具有较好的抗黄变效果。
本发明的技术方案:一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嵌段硅油加入到反应瓶中,搅拌均匀,乳化3-8分钟,搅拌转速为43-55r/min,然后加入水,继续搅拌5-12分钟,制得嵌段硅油柔软剂初体;
(2)向嵌段硅油柔软剂初体中加入酯基季铵盐,搅拌3-8分钟,搅拌转速为52-60r/min,得抗黄变柔软剂初体;
(3)将冰醋酸、精油和水加入到抗黄变柔软剂初体中,并搅拌均匀,最后过滤得到抗黄变柔软剂。
前述的涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,按重量份计,所述柔软剂中包括有嵌段硅油30-48份、酯基季铵盐20-35份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-9份、精油6-12份、冰醋酸0.4-0.8份、水72-88份。
前述的涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,按重量份计,所述柔软剂中包括有嵌段硅油35-42份、酯基季铵盐26-31份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-7.5份、精油6.8-8.2份、冰醋酸0.5-0.7份、水76.7-82.5份。
前述的涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,按重量份计,所述柔软剂中包括有嵌段硅油38份、酯基季铵盐29份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6.2份、精油7.4份、冰醋酸0.6份、水79.5份。
前述的涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,所述精油为玫瑰精油或桂花精油。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明制备工艺简单,不需要特殊设备,反应条件温和,生产成本低。
2、本发明制得的柔软剂是一类适用面较广的物质,具有平滑、柔软、蓬松、亲水、抗静电、不色变和可直接套染的有益效果。
3、本发明通过在柔软剂中适当添加酯基季铵盐,实现了在不影响柔软剂的性能可靠性的同时,还具有提高涤纶织物抗黄变能力的效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
本发明的实施例
实施例1、一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嵌段硅油加入到反应瓶中,搅拌均匀,乳化5分钟,搅拌转速为48r/min,然后加入水,继续搅拌8分钟,制得嵌段硅油柔软剂初体;
(2)向嵌段硅油柔软剂初体中加入酯基季铵盐,搅拌5分钟,搅拌转速为56r/min,得抗黄变柔软剂初体;
(3)将冰醋酸、精油和水加入到抗黄变柔软剂初体中,并搅拌均匀,最后过滤得到抗黄变柔软剂。
上述柔软剂按重量份计,包括有嵌段硅油38份、酯基季铵盐29份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6.2份、玫瑰精油7.4份、冰醋酸0.6份、水79.5份。
实施例2、一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嵌段硅油加入到反应瓶中,搅拌均匀,乳化3分钟,搅拌转速为55r/min,然后加入水,继续搅拌12分钟,制得嵌段硅油柔软剂初体;
(2)向嵌段硅油柔软剂初体中加入酯基季铵盐,搅拌3分钟,搅拌转速为60r/min,得抗黄变柔软剂初体;
(3)将冰醋酸、精油和水加入到抗黄变柔软剂初体中,并搅拌均匀,最后过滤得到抗黄变柔软剂。
上述柔软剂按重量份计,包括有嵌段硅油30份、酯基季铵盐20份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、玫瑰精油6份、冰醋酸0.4份、水72份。
实施例3、一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嵌段硅油加入到反应瓶中,搅拌均匀,乳化8分钟,搅拌转速为43r/min,然后加入水,继续搅拌5分钟,制得嵌段硅油柔软剂初体;
(2)向嵌段硅油柔软剂初体中加入酯基季铵盐,搅拌8分钟,搅拌转速为52r/min,得抗黄变柔软剂初体;
(3)将冰醋酸、精油和水加入到抗黄变柔软剂初体中,并搅拌均匀,最后过滤得到抗黄变柔软剂。
上述柔软剂按重量份计,包括有嵌段硅油48份、酯基季铵盐35份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9份、桂花精油12份、冰醋酸0.8份、水88份。

1.一种涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和嵌段硅油加入到反应瓶中,搅拌均匀,乳化3-8分钟,搅拌转速为43-55r/min,然后加入水,继续搅拌5-12分钟,制得嵌段硅油柔软剂初体;
(2)向嵌段硅油柔软剂初体中加入酯基季铵盐,搅拌3-8分钟,搅拌转速为52-60r/min,得抗黄变柔软剂初体;
(3)将冰醋酸、精油和水加入到抗黄变柔软剂初体中,并搅拌均匀,最后过滤得到抗黄变柔软剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量份计,所述柔软剂中包括有嵌段硅油30-48份、酯基季铵盐20-35份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4-9份、精油6-12份、冰醋酸0.4-0.8份、水72-88份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的涤纶纺织纤维用抗黄变柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量份计,所述柔软剂中包括有嵌段硅油35-42份、酯基季铵盐26-31份、异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-7.5份、精油6.8-8.2份、冰醋酸0.5-0.7份、水76.7-82.5份。
