本发明公开了一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸40‑60份,抗菌剂20‑28份,偶氮二异丁腈0.2‑0.4份,钛酸酯偶联剂0.4‑0.8份,填充补强剂6‑12份,聚乙烯醇2‑4份,端羧基硅油2‑4份,氧化聚乙烯蜡4‑8份。抗菌剂按重量份包括:卡拉胶复合物30‑40份,茶皂素1‑2份。卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将卡拉胶、水搅拌,调节体系pH值为8.2‑8.6,加入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌,加入海泡石粉,升温搅拌,真空趁热过滤,超声处理,加入戊二醛溶液搅拌得到卡拉胶复合物。本发明成本低廉,抑菌性能好,具有良好的抗拉强度和韧性,透气性好,应用前景广阔,可广泛应用在手术衣面料中。

技术领域
本发明涉及手术衣技术领域,尤其涉及一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维。
背景技术
聚乳酸纤维是新一代环保型聚酯合成纤维,以玉米、小麦等淀粉为原料,经发酵转化成乳酸,再经聚合、熔融纺丝而制成,性能优越,具有很好的生物降解性和生物相容性,可被广泛应用在手术衣中。
随着经济的发展,人们对环境的保护意识增强。以可再生的资源为原料的聚乳酸纤维以其可生物降解性和较好的服用性能成为一种环保型新材料与新纤维。
目前人们对聚乳酸纤维织的抗菌效果的研究,未能达到理想的效果,因此寻求一种抗菌效果好的聚乳酸纤维具有很强的现实意义。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,成本低廉,抑菌性能好,具有良好的抗拉强度和韧性,透气性好,应用前景广阔,可广泛应用在手术衣面料中。
本发明提出的一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸40-60份,抗菌剂20-28份,偶氮二异丁腈0.2-0.4份,钛酸酯偶联剂0.4-0.8份,填充补强剂6-12份,聚乙烯醇2-4份,端羧基硅油2-4份,氧化聚乙烯蜡4-8份。
优选地,填充补强剂按重量份包括:轻质碳酸钙2-4份,硅藻土2-4份,膨润土2-4份。
优选地,抗菌剂按重量份包括:卡拉胶复合物30-40份,茶皂素1-2份。
优选地,卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将卡拉胶、水搅拌,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌,加入海泡石粉,升温搅拌,真空趁热过滤,超声处理,加入戊二醛溶液搅拌得到卡拉胶复合物。
优选地,卡拉胶复合物的制备工艺中,戊二醛溶液浓度为1-2wt%。
优选地,卡拉胶复合物的制备工艺中,卡拉胶、水、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、海泡石粉、戊二醛溶液的重量比为10-16:45-55:4-8:8-12:1-2。
优选地,卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将卡拉胶、水搅拌10-20min,搅拌温度为55-65℃,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌40-60min,加入海泡石粉,升温至90-96℃搅拌2-4h,真空趁热过滤,超声处理10-20min,超声处理温度为86-90℃,加入戊二醛溶液搅拌4-8min,得到卡拉胶复合物。
本发明成本低廉,抑菌性能好,具有良好的抗拉强度和韧性,透气性好,应用前景广阔,可广泛应用在手术衣面料中。本发明的卡拉胶复合物中,卡拉胶溶解在水中,在碱性条件下与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵作用,经过季铵盐化后,海泡石粉可充分分散其中并以离子键的形式结合,稳定性好,一方面具有良好的抑菌效果,另一方面透气性好,而且可环保降解;卡拉胶复合物与氧化聚乙烯蜡配合,氧化聚乙烯蜡为长链饱和烃,可包覆在卡拉胶复合物表面,可有效提高与聚乳酸的亲和性,相互间结合强度高,抗菌效果极好,而且配合轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土、膨润土作用,内部大量的空隙,透气性能进一步增强。
本发明的纤维强度为2.84-2.91cN/dtex;恒温70℃、湿度90%的处理168h,强度保持率可达80%;抗菌性能好,抗菌率可达96%以上。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸40kg,抗菌剂28kg,偶氮二异丁腈0.2kg,钛酸酯偶联剂0.8kg,填充补强剂6kg,聚乙烯醇4kg,端羧基硅油2kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡8kg。
填充补强剂包括:轻质碳酸钙2kg,硅藻土4kg,膨润土2kg。抗菌剂包括:卡拉胶复合物40kg,茶皂素1kg。
卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将16kg卡拉胶、45kg水搅拌20min,搅拌温度为55℃,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入8kg二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌40min,加入12kg海泡石粉,升温至90℃搅拌4h,真空趁热过滤,超声处理10min,超声处理温度为90℃,加入1kg浓度为2wt%戊二醛溶液搅拌4min,得到卡拉胶复合物。
实施例2
一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸60kg,抗菌剂20kg,偶氮二异丁腈0.4kg,钛酸酯偶联剂0.4kg,填充补强剂12kg,聚乙烯醇2kg,端羧基硅油4kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡4kg。
填充补强剂包括:轻质碳酸钙4kg,硅藻土2kg,膨润土4kg。抗菌剂包括:卡拉胶复合物30kg,茶皂素2kg。
卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将10kg卡拉胶、55kg水搅拌10min,搅拌温度为65℃,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入4kg二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌60min,加入8kg海泡石粉,升温至96℃搅拌2h,真空趁热过滤,超声处理20min,超声处理温度为86℃,加入2kg浓度为1wt%戊二醛溶液搅拌8min,得到卡拉胶复合物。
实施例3
一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸45kg,抗菌剂26kg,偶氮二异丁腈0.25kg,钛酸酯偶联剂0.7kg,填充补强剂8kg,聚乙烯醇3.5kg,端羧基硅油2.5kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡7kg。
填充补强剂包括:轻质碳酸钙2.5kg,硅藻土3.5kg,膨润土2.5kg。抗菌剂包括:卡拉胶复合物37kg,茶皂素1.2kg。
卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将14kg卡拉胶、48kg水搅拌18min,搅拌温度为58℃,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入7kg二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌45min,加入11kg海泡石粉,升温至92℃搅拌3.5h,真空趁热过滤,超声处理12min,超声处理温度为88℃,加入1.2kg浓度为1.6wt%戊二醛溶液搅拌4min,得到卡拉胶复合物。
实施例4
一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其原料包括:聚乳酸55kg,抗菌剂22kg,偶氮二异丁腈0.35kg,钛酸酯偶联剂0.5kg,填充补强剂10kg,聚乙烯醇2.5kg,端羧基硅油3.5kg,氧化聚乙烯蜡5kg。
填充补强剂包括:轻质碳酸钙3.5kg,硅藻土2.5kg,膨润土3.5kg。抗菌剂包括:卡拉胶复合物33kg,茶皂素1.8kg。
卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将12kg卡拉胶、52kg水搅拌12min,搅拌温度为62℃,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入5kg二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌55min,加入9kg海泡石粉,升温至94℃搅拌2.5h,真空趁热过滤,超声处理18min,超声处理温度为87℃,加入1.8kg浓度为1.4wt%戊二醛溶液搅拌8min,得到卡拉胶复合物。

1.一种手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸40-60份,抗菌剂20-28份,偶氮二异丁腈0.2-0.4份,钛酸酯偶联剂0.4-0.8份,填充补强剂6-12份,聚乙烯醇2-4份,端羧基硅油2-4份,氧化聚乙烯蜡4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,填充补强剂按重量份包括:轻质碳酸钙2-4份,硅藻土2-4份,膨润土2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,抗菌剂按重量份包括:卡拉胶复合物30-40份,茶皂素1-2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将卡拉胶、水搅拌,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌,加入海泡石粉,升温搅拌,真空趁热过滤,超声处理,加入戊二醛溶液搅拌得到卡拉胶复合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,卡拉胶复合物的制备工艺中,戊二醛溶液浓度为1-2wt%。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,卡拉胶复合物的制备工艺中,卡拉胶、水、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、海泡石粉、戊二醛溶液的重量比为10-16:45-55:4-8:8-12:1-2。
7.根据权利要求4-6任一项所述手术衣用抗菌聚乳酸纤维,其特征在于,卡拉胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将卡拉胶、水搅拌10-20min,搅拌温度为55-65℃,调节体系pH值为8.2-8.6,加入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵继续搅拌40-60min,加入海泡石粉,升温至90-96℃搅拌2-4h,真空趁热过滤,超声处理10-20min,超声处理温度为86-90℃,加入戊二醛溶液搅拌4-8min,得到卡拉胶复合物。
