Background
With the wide application of electronic devices, the operation rate of electronic devices is increasing, and the intensity of noise signals radiated from electronic components in the electronic devices increases day by day, which not only interferes with the use of other devices in corresponding frequency bands, but also easily interferes with the radio frequency receiver of the electronic devices. In order to fix the shielding outer cover and the second side frame on the shielding inner frame; in the embodiment of the invention, the shielding outer cover is provided with the bending part; clamping the bent part of the shielding outer cover in a gap formed between the bottom surface of the second side frame and the main board to fix the second side frame of the shielding outer cover and the shielding inner frame; and then the fixed effect of shielding dustcoat and shielding inner tower has been improved.
Optionally, the second side frame comprises a notch; the bending part is clamped in the notch, and the size of the bending part is matched with that of the notch.
Optionally, the second side frame further includes a bottom surface fixedly connected to the main board; the second side frame is an arc-shaped side frame.
Optionally, N holes or N recessed areas are disposed on the first side frame; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; n bulges are arranged on the shielding outer cover; the N bulges correspond to the N holes or the N sunken areas; the mode that shielding dustcoat and first side frame realize the lock includes any one of following: the N holes and the N bulges are buckled; or, the buckling is realized through the N concave areas and the N bulges.
Optionally, the bent portion is an L-shaped structure; the transverse part of the L-shaped structure is clamped in the notch.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a shield case to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied. As shown in fig. 1, the shielding case includes a shielding inner frame 10 and a shielding outer case 20 fastened to the shielding inner frame 10; the shield inner frame 10 includes a first side frame 101 and a second side frame 102; the height of the first side frame 101 is greater than that of the second side frame 102; the bottom surface 101a (shown in fig. 2) of the first side frame 101 is fixedly connected with the main board 30 (shown in fig. 2); a gap exists between the bottom surface 102a (shown in fig. 2) of the second side frame 102 and the main board 30 (shown in fig. 2); the shield case 20 includes a bending portion 201; the bending portion 201 is engaged with the gap.
In the embodiment of the invention, the height of the first side frame is greater than that of the second side frame, namely, the height of the second side frame limits that the hole in the prior art cannot be arranged on the second side frame to realize the clamping with the shielding outer cover. In order to fix the shielding outer cover and the second side frame on the shielding inner frame; in the embodiment of the invention, the shielding outer cover is provided with the bending part; clamping the bent part of the shielding outer cover in a gap formed between the bottom surface of the second side frame and the main board to fix the second side frame of the shielding outer cover and the shielding inner frame; and then the fixed effect of shielding dustcoat and shielding inner tower has been improved.
In fig. 1, a gap is formed between the bottom surface of the second side frame 102 and the main board 30 (shown in fig. 2). The gap formed between the bottom surface of the second side frame and the main plate may be the gap formed between the entire second side frame and the main plate. Alternatively, the second side frame may include a notch (e.g., 102a in fig. 1). The bottom surface of the second side frame except the notch is connected with the main board, so that the fixing effect between the second side frame and the main board is further enhanced.
In order to fix the shielding outer cover and the shielding inner frame, the bent part (201 in fig. 1) of the shielding outer cover is engaged with the notch, and the size of the bent part is matched with that of the notch.
The embodiment of the invention provides a clamping mode of a bending part and a notch, which comprises the following steps: the bent part is of an L-shaped structure; the transverse part of the L-shaped structure is clamped in the notch. The engaging manner of the bending portion and the notch may be any other form, and is not specifically limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, most of the edges of the terminal housing are arc-shaped, and in order to adapt to the arc-shaped terminal housing, the second side frame in the embodiment of the present invention is an arc-shaped side frame. Through the embodiment of the invention, the arc-shaped second side frame of the shielding outer cover can be firmly fixed with the shielding inner frame, so that the fixing effect of the shielding inner frame and the shielding outer cover is better.
The embodiment of the invention provides a fixing mode between a shielding outer cover and a shielding inner frame, wherein N holes or N depressed areas (101 b in figure 1) are arranged on a first side frame; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; the shielding outer cover is provided with N bulges (not shown in figure 1); the N bulges correspond to the N holes or the N sunken areas; the mode that shielding dustcoat and first side frame realize the lock includes any one of following: the N holes and the N bulges are buckled; or, the buckling is realized through the N concave areas and the N bulges. Optionally, when the shielding outer cover is buckled to the shielding inner frame, the N protrusions are buckled in the N holes or the N recessed areas, so that the shielding outer cover and the shielding inner frame are further fixed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the process for arranging the N holes on the first side frame is simple, and if the N concave regions are arranged on the first side frame, the strength of the first side frame is higher than that of the N holes.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixed connection manner is a Surface Mount Technology (SMT), a welding manner, and the like.
Optionally, the first side frame and the second side frame of the shielding inner frame are integrally formed. On the one hand, the process is simple. On the other hand, the strength of the shield case thus formed is high.
The embodiment of the invention provides a terminal which comprises the shielding case. Alternatively, the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or other terminal equipment including a shielding case.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a terminal including a shield case to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied. As shown in fig. 2, the terminal includes a shielding inner frame 10, a shielding outer cover 20 for being buckled to the shielding inner frame 10, and a main board 30. The shielding case is arranged on the terminal, so that electromagnetic mutual interference among all devices on the mainboard can be prevented.
Fig. 3 shows a side view of a terminal including a shield case to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied. As shown in fig. 3, the terminal includes a housing 40, a shield cover 20, a shield inner frame 10, a main board 30, and a bent portion 201 of the shield cover 20. The shield inner frame 10 includes a first side frame 101 and a second side frame 102; the second side frame 102 comprises a notch; the outer shell 40 is arc-shaped, and the second side frame 102 of the shielding inner frame 10 is an arc-shaped side frame; the bent part 201 of the shielding outer cover is an L-shaped structure, and the L-shaped structure is transversely clamped in the notch; the second side frame of the shielding outer cover is fixed with the shielding inner frame; and then the fixed effect of shielding dustcoat and shielding inner tower has been improved.
From the above, it can be seen that: in the embodiment of the present invention, since the height of the first side frame is greater than the height of the second side frame, that is, the height of the second side frame limits that the hole in the prior art cannot be provided on the second side frame to achieve the engagement with the shielding shell. In order to fix the shielding outer cover and the second side frame on the shielding inner frame; in the embodiment of the invention, the shielding outer cover is provided with the bending part; clamping the bent part of the shielding outer cover in a gap formed between the bottom surface of the second side frame and the main board to fix the second side frame of the shielding outer cover and the shielding inner frame; and then the fixed effect of shielding dustcoat and shielding inner tower has been improved.

Claims (8)
1. A shielding cage, comprising: the shielding inner frame and the shielding outer cover buckled on the shielding inner frame;
the shielding inner frame comprises a first side frame and a second side frame; the height of the first side frame is greater than that of the second side frame;
the bottom surface of the first side frame is fixedly connected with the main board; a gap is formed between the bottom surface of the second side frame and the main board;
the shielding outer cover comprises a bending part; the bent part is clamped at the gap.
2. The shielding cage of claim 1, wherein said second side frame includes a notch therein;
the bending part is clamped in the notch, and the size of the bending part is matched with that of the notch.
3. The shielding cage of claim 2, wherein said second side frame further comprises a bottom surface fixedly attached to said main board; the second side frame is an arc-shaped side frame.
4. The shielding cage of claim 1, wherein said first side frame has N holes or N recessed areas; n is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
n bulges are arranged on the shielding outer cover; the N bulges correspond to the N holes or the N sunken areas;
the mode that shielding dustcoat and first side frame realize the lock includes any one of following:
the N holes and the N bulges are buckled; or,
and buckling is realized through the N concave areas and the N bulges.
5. The shielding cage of claim 2, wherein said bent portion is an L-shaped structure; the transverse part of the L-shaped structure is clamped in the notch.
6. The shielding cage according to any of claims 1 or 3, wherein the means for fixedly attaching is SMT.
7. The shielding cage of claim 1, wherein said first side frame and said second side frame of said shield inner frame are integrally formed.
8. A terminal, characterized in that it comprises a shielding cage according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 7.
