Abstract
本发明公开了一种防菌抗腐蚀的变压器,其包括有高压进线管(l),低压出线管(2),变压器本体(3),变压器支架(4),其中高压进线管(l)和出线管与低压出线管(2)是通过涂覆有抗霉多肽薄膜层的密封圈(5)连接。本发明研制的变压器,特别是用于变压器的密封圈具有极强的耐菌、抗腐蚀的功效,并且制备方式简便,并不要特殊的工艺,即可实现了所述的效果。具有制备简单,使用方便,便于安装使用的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种变压器,具体是一种防霉防菌抗腐蚀的变压器。
背景技术
近年来,随着国内、国际电力行业的快速发展,大容量、高电压等级的火电发电厂陆续建成投运。随着变压器高压侧电压等级的升高,高压配电装置、变压器进线区域的占地面积逐渐增大;变压器高压侧至配电装置的进线方式随着厂区布置的不同而差别较大,一般有如下进线方式:架空导线进线、SF6气管母线进线、高压密封圈进线。而在生活中,架空导线进线是参见的方式。
众所周知,变压器都是常年工作的,无论是刮风下雨,都是24小时处在室外的环境条件,工作环境非常的恶劣。这对于变压器来说,就需要非常好的密封效果以及接头稳定连接性。如果不能达到上述要求,可能会缩短变压器使用寿命,而且如果进水,变压器会因为进入杂质,导致温度过高也存在火灾隐患,这都会给使用者带来损失。而进线管和出线管如果直接和变压器硬连接,仍然存在着漏水的风险,因此,在其间加入橡胶圈进行密封是非常有效的避免外界杂质进入变压器的有效方式,但是橡胶圈仍然存在着老化,风吹日晒容易发霉的危险。
因此开发一种能够彻底避免外界杂质进入的变压器,是迫在眉睫的技术追求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种防菌抗腐蚀的变压器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防菌抗腐蚀的变压器,其包括有高压进线管(1),低压出线管(2),变压器本体(3),变压器支架(4),涂覆有抗霉多肽薄膜层的密封圈(5),其中高压进线管(1)和低压出线管(2)与变压器是通过涂覆有抗霉多肽薄膜层的密封圈(5)连接。
密封圈在所有的进线管均安装有。其厚度和直径,可以根据需要,适当的进行调整。
本发明中的添加的多肽薄膜层的密封圈,其具有超强的抑制密封圈发霉老化防菌的效果,能有效的防止周围环境和细菌产生的发霉现象对密封圈的腐蚀和损坏,能够显著的延长变压器的使用寿命,节约资源。
本发明另外提供一种抗霉多肽的制备方法,我们首先构建了多肽数据库,然后采用计算机模拟筛选技术进行抗菌肽的高通量的筛选。从计算机筛选结果中,选择116条能够特异性的抑制霉菌功能的多肽,通过常规的验证试验,证实了这些多肽具有抑制霉菌生长并且杀死相应霉菌并且防菌的功能。所述的多肽分别命名为KJTD-1~116,其序列分别对应于SEQ ID NO:1-116所示。所述多肽,可以通过人工合成的方式用于后续的批量工业化生产。
本发明另外提供一种多肽薄膜层的制备方法,以本领域常规的铺膜方法进行铺膜,将多肽以均匀混合的形式融合在薄膜中即可。其中CN103589153A中的制备方法是最优的方式,但不是唯一的方式。
本发明的技术优点:
本发明研制的变压器,特别是用于变压器的密封圈具有极强的耐菌、抗腐蚀的功效,并且制备方式简便,并不要特殊的工艺,即可实现了所述的效果。具有制备简单,使用方便,便于安装使用的效果。

具体实施方式:
实施例1多肽以及薄膜的制备
首先构建了多肽数据库,然后采用计算机模拟筛选技术进行抗菌肽的高通量的筛选。从计算机筛选结果中,选择116条能够特异性的抑制霉菌功能的多肽,通过常规的验证试验,证实了这些多肽具有抑制霉菌生长并且杀死相应霉菌的功能。所述的多肽分别命名为KJTD-1~116,其序列分别对应于SEQ ID NO:1-116所示。所述多肽,通过人工合成的方式用于后续的批量工业化生产。
将所述的多肽制备成为薄膜层,方法为:(1)原料混合:25℃下,在三口瓶中加热3g4,4’-二胺基二苯醚与54mL N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,经超声搅拌至完全溶解后,向其中加入5.72gγAl2O3溶胶,继续超声搅拌28~35min;(2)聚酰胺酸/γAl2O3前驱体的制备:在冰水浴条件下,将3.27g均苯四甲酸二酐平均分6次加入到三口瓶中,制得聚酰胺酸γAl2O3前驱体,继续搅拌6h,充分混合γAl2O3与聚酰胺酸;再加入0.1g KJTD-1即SEQ ID NO:1所示的多肽;(3)铺膜:将步骤(2)制得的混合溶液倒入在玻璃板上铺膜,在烘箱中保温0.7h,控制烘箱温度为80℃;(3)复合薄膜的制备:将步骤(3)保温后的玻璃板取出,待自然冷却后,将薄膜和玻璃板置于去离子水中浸泡2.5~3.2h,然后从玻璃板上取下薄膜,得到厚度为25~30μm的复合薄膜;(5)烘干:将步骤(4)制得的复合薄膜置于烘箱中烘干。
所述薄膜层可以按照实施例1的方法,分别为采用KJTD-2~116的多肽制备成为的116种不同类型的薄膜层。
实施例2变压器的制备
按照本领域常规的制备变压器方法,按照图1的制备方式,制备得到所述的变压器,其中薄膜贴敷在在制备得到的密封圈四周。所述密封圈以不同的多肽薄膜层为基础,共制备得到116种类型。
实施例3对照
按照本领域常规的制备密封圈,其中不含有多肽。
实施例4防霉实验
按照GB2423.16-90标准中试验J:长霉实验方法进行相应的实验,具体步骤参见标准,对密封圈进行试验。其结果如下:
由以上结果可以看出,本发明多肽制备的密封圈具有较好的抗霉菌生长的功能。
实施例5其它菌的防止实验
模拟地下环境,将密封圈置于黑暗环境,20℃户外环境,湿度保持95%,将链霉菌、毛霉菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌以喷雾的形式喷到密封圈表面,3天喷一次。4个月之后,观察密封圈情况,结果如下:
从以上结果可以看出,本发明的密封圈具有防止霉菌以及相应细菌生长的功能,与普通密封圈相比本发明的密封圈能有效的防止霉菌细菌的腐蚀,可广泛的敷设于潮湿、霉菌滋生严重的环境,具有广泛的应用前景。
实施例6现场试验
取KJTD-1多肽薄膜制成的密封圈,按照图1的构造,将其安装在相应的变压器上面。观察6个月。取不含多肽薄膜的密封圈,按照图1的构造,将其安装在相应的变压器上面。对照观察6个月。二个变压器相邻,因此,环境相同。6个月之后,观察发现,不含多肽薄膜的密封圈表面有霉菌菌落痕迹,并且密封圈老化严重。而加了多肽的密封圈,其表面没有菌落痕迹,密封圈完好。其余多肽形式制备的密封圈,也都有同样的效果,在此,不一一赘述。
从以上结合可以看出,本发明构造的变压器,具有较好的密封效果,适合工业化生产应用。
