本发明公开了ー种输电用防霉防菌抗腐蚀电缆,包括有三根导体(l),每个导体( 1)外有云母子带绕包的内隔离层(2),内隔离层(2)外有绝缘层(3),三个导体(1)的绝缘层(3)外有云母带和芳纶绕包的外隔离层(4),所述的外隔离层(4)外依次包覆有聚乙烯护套(5)和抗霉多肽薄膜层(7),所述的三根导体的绝缘层(3)与云母带和芳纶绕包外隔离层(4)之间有耐火填充料(6)。本发明研制的电缆,具有极强的耐菌、抗腐蚀的功效,并且制备方式简便,并不要特殊的工艺,即可实现了所述的效果。具有低投入高产出,节约资源的功效。

一种输电用防霉防菌抗腐蚀电缆
技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种电缆,具体是一种用于输电用途中具有防霉防菌抗腐蚀的电缆。
背景技术
随着人类社会的发展,人类时时刻刻都离不开电力。电缆,在现代生活中榜样越来越重要的角色,其承担着将电能输送到所需要的地方的重要使命。
但是电缆的使用环境通常都比较恶劣,比如将电缆埋在地下,电缆容易发霉、受到腐蚀,可能导致电缆断裂或者短路,进而影响电力的输送。目前电缆输送一般使用的电缆沟进行埋设电缆,但是沟盖板为普通混凝土沟盖板,沟盖板的功能主要是盖住电缆沟,不让水及杂物掉落到电缆沟内,沟盖板与电缆沟之间密封较为紧密,缺乏换气通道,电缆沟内气体流动性差,在湿度大或下雨较多的地区会从地底冒出湿气,湿气不断增加,在流动性差的情况下造成电缆沟内湿度增大,引起电缆沟内的电缆表层发霉,降低了电缆的运行寿命。为了解决电缆的发霉的问题,虽然有一些方法加入了化学试剂等方式,但是其效果总体来说不是很好,而且成本也高,并不能够真正的解决发霉的问题。其主要原因在于,电缆中通常会使用芳纶,芳纶是一种新型高科技合成纤维,具有超高强度、高模量和耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化、生命周期长等优良性能,广泛应用于复合材料、防弹制品、建材、特种防护服装、电子设备等领域,常被用于制造绳索、织带、织布、补强电缆光缆增强芯、船舶用缆绳以及密封用盘根等产品。芳纶结构具有皮芯两层,芳纶的高强度高模量主要由内部高结晶的芯层决定,而芳纶在应用过程中,特别是在一些潮湿或户外暴露的应用环境中,芳纶材料中很容易发霉,当霉菌大量聚集后会对芳纶纤维丝造成损伤,从而降低了其所应用的产品的质量。因此,人们在生产芳纶时,需要对其进行防霉抗菌处理,传统的处理方式中,一种是在芳纶纺丝过程中加入抗菌剂,使抗菌剂融入芳纶纤维丝中,这种方式的工艺相对复杂,成本较高,同时,由于抗菌剂存在于芳给纤维的的内部,会破坏分子间的规整性,影响芳给的结晶,大大降低了芳纶的拉伸强度;另一种是通过化学反应在芳纶表面接枝抗菌剂,而这种方式所需的处理时间较长,成本也较高,同时接枝抗菌剂往往需要通过射线辐射或化学方法使芳纶表面产生较多活性基团,在将抗菌剂接枝到芳纶上,这个反应过程会对芳纶性能造成较大影响,也大大降低了芳纶的拉伸强度。因此开发一种不需要繁琐的灭菌或者加入抗菌剂的方式,即可实现防止电缆发霉进而耐腐蚀是迫在眉睫的技术追求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种具有防霉防菌、耐腐蚀的输电电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉防菌耐腐蚀电缆,包括有三根导体(l),每个导体(1)外有云母子带绕包的内隔离层(2),内隔离层(2)外有绝缘层(3),三个导体(1)的绝缘层(3)外有云母带和芳纶绕包的外隔离层(4),所述的外隔离层(4)外依次包覆有聚乙烯护套(5)和抗霉多肽薄膜层(7),所述的三根导体的绝缘层(3)与云母带和芳纶绕包外隔离层(4)之间有耐火填充料(6)。
本发明中的导体根据需要,选择采用符合国家标准的导体,绝缘材料采用交联聚乙烯。所述内、外隔离层采用云母带,大大提高了电缆的耐火性能,保证了在发生火灾时电缆仍能正常工作。添加的芳纶,能够增强电缆的强度,特别是二层的添加,可以大大稳定电缆的构型,使得其在使用中具有较好的拉伸强度和安全性,不容易断裂。所述外护套采用防霉聚乙烯材料,能有效的防止周围环境和细菌产生的发霉现象对电缆的腐蚀和损坏,特别是添加的多肽薄膜层,其具有超强的抑制电缆发霉防菌的效果,能够显著的延长电缆的使用寿命,节约资源。
本发明另外提供一种抗霉多肽的制备方法,我们首先构建了多肽数据库,然后采用计算机模拟筛选技术进行抗菌肽的高通量的筛选。从计算机筛选结果中,选择116条能够特异性的抑制霉菌功能的多肽,通过常规的验证试验,证实了这些多肽具有抑制霉菌生长并且杀死相应霉菌并且防菌的功能。所述的多肽分别命名为KJTD-1~116,其序列分别对应于SEQ ID NO:1-116所示。所述多肽,可以通过人工合成的方式用于后续的批量工业化生产。
本发明另外提供一种多肽薄膜层的制备方法,以本领域常规的铺膜方法进行铺膜,将多肽以均匀混合的形式融合在薄膜中即可。其中CN103589153A中的制备方法是最优的方式,但不是唯一的方式。
本发明的技术优点:
本发明研制的电缆,具有极强的耐菌、抗腐蚀的功效,并且制备方式简便,并不要特殊的工艺,即可实现了所述的效果。具有低投入高产出,节约资源的功效。

具体实施方式:
实施例1多肽以及薄膜的制备
首先构建了多肽数据库,然后采用计算机模拟筛选技术进行抗菌肽的高通量的筛选。从计算机筛选结果中,选择116条能够特异性的抑制霉菌功能的多肽,通过常规的验证试验,证实了这些多肽具有抑制霉菌生长并且杀死相应霉菌的功能。所述的多肽分别命名为KJTD-1~116,其序列分别对应于SEQ ID NO:1-116所示。所述多肽,通过人工合成的方式用于后续的批量工业化生产。
将所述的多肽制备成为薄膜层,方法为:(1)原料混合:25℃下,在三口瓶中加热3g4,4’-二胺基二苯醚与54mL N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,经超声搅拌至完全溶解后,向其中加入5.72gγAl2O3溶胶,继续超声搅拌28~35min;(2)聚酰胺酸/γAl2O3前驱体的制备:在冰水浴条件下,将3.27g均苯四甲酸二酐平均分6次加入到三口瓶中,制得聚酰胺酸γAl2O3前驱体,继续搅拌6h,充分混合γAl2O3与聚酰胺酸;再加入0.1g KJTD-1即SEQ IDNO:1所示的多肽;(3)铺膜:将步骤(2)制得的混合溶液倒入在玻璃板上铺膜,在烘箱中保温0.7h,控制烘箱温度为80℃;(3)复合薄膜的制备:将步骤(3)保温后的玻璃板取出,待自然冷却后,将薄膜和玻璃板置于去离子水中浸泡2.5~3.2h,然后从玻璃板上取下薄膜,得到厚度为25~30μm的复合薄膜;(5)烘干:将步骤(4)制得的复合薄膜置于烘箱中烘干。
所述薄膜层可以按照实施例1的方法,分别为采用KJTD-2~116的多肽制备成为的116种不同类型的薄膜层。
实施例2电缆的制备
按照本领域常规的制备电缆方法,按照图1的制备方式,制备得到所述的电缆,其中薄膜在制备作为电缆的最外层时,可以依托聚乙烯制备成为锯齿状的薄膜层的性状,从而使得电缆有更大的接触的杀菌比表面积,能够更优的杀菌。所述电缆以不同的多肽薄膜层为基础,共制备得到116种类型。
实施例3对照电缆的制备
按照本领域常规的制备电缆方法,按照图1的制备方式,制备得到所述的电缆,其中薄膜层按照实施例1的方法制备,其中不加入多肽。
实施例4防霉实验
按照GB2423.16-90标准中试验J:长霉实验方法进行相应的实验,具体步骤参见标准,其结果如下:
由以上结果可以看出,本发明多肽制备的电缆具有较好的抗霉菌生长的功能。
实施例5其它菌的防止实验
模拟地下环境,将电缆置于黑暗环境,20℃户外环境,湿度保持95%,将链霉菌、毛霉菌、酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌以喷雾的形式喷到电缆表面,3天喷一次。4个月之后,观察电缆情况,结果如下:
从以上结果可以看出,本发明的电缆具有防止霉菌以及相应细菌生长的功能,与普通电缆相比本发明的电缆能有效的防止霉菌细菌的腐蚀,可广泛的敷设于潮湿、霉菌滋生严重的环境,具有广泛的应用前景。

1.一种防霉防菌耐腐蚀电缆,其特征在于包括有三根导体(l),每个导体(1)外有云母子带绕包的内隔离层(2),内隔离层(2)外有绝缘层(3),三个导体(1)的绝缘层(3)外有云母带和芳纶绕包的外隔离层(4),所述的外隔离层(4)外依次包覆有聚乙烯护套(5)和抗霉多肽薄膜层(7),所述的三根导体的绝缘层(3)与云母带和芳纶绕包外隔离层(4)之间有耐火填充料(6),所述的抗霉多肽薄膜层(7)含有SEQ ID NO:1所示的多肽。
2.序列如SEQ ID NO:1所示的多肽在用于制备防霉防菌耐腐蚀电缆中的用途。
