众所周知,我国目前对能源的需求量随着经济的发展快速增长,天然气、石油的输送管道已经大量长距离铺设,沿途环境条件复杂多变,对管道的要求和防护要求相当高,这就为我们常规的输送管道的防腐工程提出了很高的标准。目前国内管道防腐多采用环氧沥青,沥青的施工和防护均难以达到工程质量的要求,且均匀性、密封性差。
聚氯乙烯可有效地抵抗由于土壤应力而产生的蠕变破坏,经老化试验检测证明其耐蚀寿命达50年以上。具有施工简便、抗冲击、耐老化、耐拉伸、耐紫外线辐射、粘结强度高等特性。本领域技术人员,亟待开发出新的阻燃防腐绝缘胶带,降低成本,以满足更高的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种阻燃防腐绝缘胶带。
一种阻燃防腐绝缘胶带,由聚氯乙烯基膜和粘胶剂层组成,所述聚氯乙烯膜的厚度为0.2~0.5mm,其中所述粘胶剂层组分按重量份数计,包括:丁腈橡胶30~35份、氯醋树脂10~15份、氯丁橡胶3~10份、松香树脂4~9份、醋酸乙脂2~3份、石墨微粉8~9份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷9~12份、硬脂酸0.3~0.6份、二苯基硅二醇2~3份、抗氧剂 0.1~0.3份、无机填料11~17份。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTP的混合物。
进一步的,所述无机填料为硅灰石、碳酸钙和石英粉,三者的重量比为1:2~3:4~5。
进一步的,其中所述的硅灰石的粒径为0.3~2μm,碳酸钙的粒度为1250目,石英粉的粒径为0.2~1μm。
一种阻燃防腐绝缘胶带,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量配比称取丁腈橡胶30~35份,氯醋树脂10~15份放入密炼机中,温度控制在130~145℃,密炼35分钟,得到橡塑混合物;
(2)按照质量配比称取松香树脂4~9份,醋酸乙脂2~3份,石墨微粉8~9份,二甲基二甲氧基硅烷9~12份,将松香树脂,醋酸乙脂,石墨微粉先一起放入搅拌机中,在 50℃的温度下进行搅拌20min,后将二甲基二甲氧基硅烷投入到搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,得到石墨微粉混胶物;
(3)按照质量配比称取氯丁橡胶3~10份、硬脂酸0.3~0.6份、二苯基硅二醇2~3份、抗氧剂 0.1~0.3份混合均匀,加入密炼机中,升温至125~130℃,再加入石墨微粉混胶物和橡塑混合物,密炼45~ 60min后,降温至135~140℃,再加入无机填料11~17份,充分混合均匀,反应30~45min,将混合物在挤出机中挤出,得到胶层材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中制备的胶层材料在熔化状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在聚氯乙烯基膜上,涂胶量为8~10g/m³,制得阻燃防腐胶带。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明以合理的配方,适宜的生产工艺基础上,提供了一种聚氯乙烯防腐胶带,该胶带粘结力和致密性好,具有很好的剥离强度、抗化学腐蚀、抗霉菌腐蚀和抗氧化性;本发明的聚氯乙烯防腐胶带能够广泛的用于各种管道的防腐修复上,可延长管道使用寿命和降低成本。本发明使用的聚氯乙烯防腐胶带的制备方法,操作简单,精密度高,重现性好。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明公开的阻燃防腐绝缘胶带具有施工简便、抗冲击、耐老化、耐拉伸、耐紫外线辐射、粘结强度高等特性。本发明公开的阻燃防腐绝缘胶带基材为改性聚氯乙烯膜材,采用复合材料作胶黏层。共混改性胶黏剂和耐腐蚀PVC基材可有效地抵抗由于土壤应力而产生的蠕变破坏,是管道冷防腐施工胶带、电线电缆防腐实施中的适宜选择,经济实惠,可靠性高。且附带一定的阻燃效果,提高胶带的使用安全效果。

实施例1
一种阻燃防腐绝缘胶带,由聚氯乙烯基膜和粘胶剂层组成,所述聚氯乙烯膜的厚度为0.2~0.5mm,其中所述粘胶剂层组分按重量份数计,包括:丁腈橡胶33份、氯醋树脂13份、氯丁橡胶7份、松香树脂7份、醋酸乙脂3份、石墨微粉9份、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷9份、硬脂酸0.5份、二苯基硅二醇2.5份、抗氧剂0.2份、无机填料15份。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTP的混合物。
进一步的,所述无机填料为硅灰石、碳酸钙和石英粉,三者的重量比为1:2~3:4~5。

(2)按照质量配比称取松香树脂7份,醋酸乙脂3份,石墨微粉9份,二甲基二甲氧基硅烷9份,将松香树脂,醋酸乙脂,石墨微粉先一起放入搅拌机中,在 50℃的温度下进行搅拌20min,后将二甲基二甲氧基硅烷投入到搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,得到石墨微粉混胶物;
(3)按照质量配比称取氯丁橡胶7份、硬脂酸0.5份、二苯基硅二醇2.5份、抗氧剂0.2份混合均匀,加入密炼机中,升温至130℃,再加入石墨微粉混胶物和橡塑混合物,密炼60min后,降温至140℃,再加入无机填料15份,充分混合均匀,反应30~45min,将混合物在挤出机中挤出,得到胶层材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中制备的胶层材料在熔化状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在聚氯乙烯基膜上,涂胶量为8~10g/m³,制得阻燃防腐胶带。
实施例2

(3)按照质量配比称取氯丁橡胶10份、硬脂酸0.5份、二苯基硅二醇3份、抗氧剂 0.3份混合均匀,加入密炼机中,升温至130℃,再加入石墨微粉混胶物和橡塑混合物,密炼50min后,降温至140℃,再加入无机填料17份,充分混合均匀,反应40min,将混合物在挤出机中挤出,得到胶层材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中制备的胶层材料在熔化状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在聚氯乙烯基膜上,涂胶量为9g/m³,制得阻燃防腐胶带。

(2)按照质量配比称取松香树脂4~9份,醋酸乙脂2~3份,石墨微粉8~9份,二甲基二甲氧基硅烷9~12份,将松香树脂,醋酸乙脂,石墨微粉先一起放入搅拌机中,在 50℃的温度下进行搅拌20min,后将二甲基二甲氧基硅烷投入到搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,得到石墨微粉混胶物;
(3)按照质量配比称取氯丁橡胶3~10份、硬脂酸0.3~0.6份、二苯基硅二醇2~3份、抗氧剂 0.1~0.3份混合均匀,加入密炼机中,升温至125~130℃,再加入石墨微粉混胶物和橡塑混合物,密炼45~ 60min后,降温至135~140℃,再加入无机填料11~17份,充分混合均匀,反应30~45min,将混合物在挤出机中挤出,得到胶层材料;
(4)将步骤(3)中制备的胶层材料在熔化状态下,通过自动涂布机涂布在聚氯乙烯基膜上,涂胶量为8~10g/m³,制得阻燃防腐胶带。
