Abstract
本申请本发明提供一种低泡沫洁厕剂,是由下述重量百分比的组分制备得到的:低泡沫表面活性剂0.2‑0.8%,助洗剂3‑4%,缓蚀剂0.2‑0.3%,橙油1‑2%,甘油2‑5%,丁香油1‑3%,余量为水。本发明的洁厕剂酸性小,pH 值在6.8‑7.1之间,使用过程中对厕盆的腐蚀性小,同时洁厕效果好,由于加入的丁香油具有清香作用,因此本发明的洁厕剂具有一定的除臭功能。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化工产品领域,尤其涉及一种低泡沫洁厕剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高及居住条件的改善,洁厕剂已经成为人们熟悉的日用品。洁厕剂按照配方不同分为酸性产品、中性产品和碱性产品。目前市场上销售的产品以酸性产品为主,能够分解厕盆内的顽固污垢,更有杀菌功效,清洁同时还能杀灭盆内隐藏的细菌。目前市场多数洁厕剂以高泡沫性为主,但是高泡沫性不利于清洗者观察污物的存在,且泡沫多,需要清洗的水也多,易造成水资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清洁效果好、低泡沫、腐蚀性小的的低泡沫洁厕剂。
为实现本发明的目的,所采取的技术方案是:
一种低泡沫洁厕剂,由以下组分组成:
低泡沫表面活性剂0.2-0.8%,助洗剂3-4%,缓蚀剂0.2-0.3%,橙油1-2%,甘油2-5%,丁香油1-3%,余量为水。
优选的,所述的低泡沫表面活性剂为乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。
优选的,所述的低泡沫表面活性剂中乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬(辛)基酚聚氧乙烯醚的比例为1:1~1:4。
优选的,所述的助洗剂乙二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸中一种或两种。
优选的,所述的缓蚀剂选自丹宁酸或苯甲酸。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:本发明的洁厕剂低泡沫性,对厕盆的腐蚀性较小;使用方便、清洁效果好。另外,洁厕剂中添加有橙油和丁香油,使得洁厕剂有种令人愉悦的香味。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行描述。
实施例1
乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合物(1:1)0.2%,乙二胺四乙酸3%,丹宁酸0.2%,橙油1%,甘油2%,丁香油1%,余量为水。
实施例2
乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合物(1:4)0.8%,柠檬酸4%,苯甲酸0.3%,橙油2%,甘油5%,丁香油3%,余量为水。
实施例3
乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚混合物(1:3)0.6%,柠檬酸2%,乙二胺四乙酸1%、苯甲酸0.3%,橙油2%,甘油4%,丁香油2%,余量为水。
所述低泡沫洁厕剂的制备方法,采用常规制备方法即可,即准确称量上述药物,加入90%水中,溶解完全,加水补齐到总量即可制得低泡沫洁厕剂。
经测试,实施例1~3 得到的产品的泡沫低、去污力强,且稳定性好。
采用本发明实施例1~3进行清洁厕所后,观察耐腐蚀效果如下表:

Claims (5)
1.一种低泡沫洁厕剂,由以下组分组成:
低泡沫表面活性剂0.2-0.8%,助洗剂3-4%,缓蚀剂0.2-0.3%,橙油1-2%,甘油2-5%,丁香油1-3%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种低泡沫洁厕剂,其特征在于,所述的低泡沫表面活性剂为乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的混合物。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种低泡沫洁厕剂,其特征在于,所述的低泡沫表面活性剂中乙氧基化的脂肪酸甲酯和壬(辛)基酚聚氧乙烯醚的比例为1:1~1:4。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种低泡沫洁厕剂,其特征在于,所述的助洗剂乙二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸中一种或两种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种低泡沫洁厕剂,其特征在于,所述的缓蚀剂选自丹宁酸或苯甲酸。
