本发明涉及一种纸筋石灰粉的生产方法,它由纸 筋、石灰组成,其特点是以纸筋粉取代传统的纸筋,易 于纤维素的水解,产品为粉状固体便于运输、贮藏,使 用方便。

本发明涉及一种粉刷材料。
长期以来建筑工程使用的粉刷材料纸筋石灰膏由于其价格低深受人们的欢迎,但在生产过程需石灰与片状纸筋长时间浸泡,消化,占地大,难以实现工业化大生产。中国专利CN85108720公开了一种由淀粉和NaOH作胶体,外加填料的方法,但产品刷涂后易掉粉。
本发明的目的是设计一种易于工业化生产纸筋石灰刷材料的生产新方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明改变了传统将纸破碎成1~5mm块状,再利用石灰与之混均,消化的传统方法,取之为将纸筋粉碎成细度为4900孔/cm2的筛余不大于15%的纸筋粉,并按3~5∶100的比例与石灰混合,粉刷时加入水搅拌后即可使用。
本发明采用机械粉碎纸筋,颗粒小易于与石灰消化,提高了纤维素的水解速度,易于纤维素糊精的形成。由于本产品为固体运输、贮藏、使用方便,经实践表明,产品成本比原石灰膏降低20%。
本发明实施例为石灰石经立窑煅烧精选,破碎、磨细或粉碎造成石灰粉(其细度要求4900孔/cm2的筛余不大于15%),另将纸筋粉碎成粉,与混石灰按3∶100比例搅拌,均匀,包装成25kg成品。

  1. 一种纸筋石灰粉,由纸筋、石灰粉组成,其特征在于生产方法为将纸筋粉碎,按3~5∶100的比例与石灰混合。
