本发明属于碎纸机技术领域,具体是安全碎纸机。
背景技术
现有的碎纸机一般包括一个箱体,箱体上设置有用于纸张进入的条形开口,条形开口下方两侧分别设置有一根转动轴,转动轴上设置有刀片,所述箱体内设置有用于驱动所述转动轴转动的电机,所述条形开口侧设置有控制电机转动的感应开关,当纸张伸入到开口内触动感应开关,电机驱动转轴转动将纸张卷入箱体并切碎。而由于条形开口上没有异物检测装置,如果有异物进入到条形开口内也会被转动轴卷入到转动轴内进行切碎,因此如果使用者不慎将衣角或者别的东西误放到开口上会将该物切碎很难停止和扯出,如果将衣角卷入由于衣角无法快速切断无法扯出还具有一定的危险性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供安全碎纸机,该种碎纸机在卷入异物时能够快速的将转动轴分离将异物扯出,防止危险。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:安全碎纸机,包括箱体,所述箱体上设置有用于放入纸张的条形开口,所述条形开口内两侧设置有转轴,所述转轴上设置有刀片,所述箱体内还设置有驱动所述转轴转动的电机,所述电机与所述转轴通过齿轮传动,所述箱体包括上箱体和下箱体,所述上箱体下部开口,所述下箱体上部开口,所述上箱体与所述下箱体之间配合移动,所述下箱体转动连接有两对连杆,每根所述连杆的长度相同,所述连杆的另一端连接有滑块,所述上箱体上设置有直线滑槽,所述滑块设置在所述滑槽内,每对所述连杆上转动设置有一根所述转轴,所述连杆与所述下箱体连接处设置有扭簧,所述扭簧的弹力驱使所述连杆趋于竖直,当所述上箱体下压时所述转轴之间的距离增大。这种碎纸机在使用时如果有异物进入条形开口时,可以通过下压上箱体使得连杆转动,从而使得转轴之间的距离变大,从而不会切碎异物,使得异物能够轻松的从条形开口内抽出。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图3,安全碎纸机,包括箱体1,所述箱体1上设置有用于放入纸张的条形开口2,所述条形开口2内两侧设置有转轴3,所述转轴3上设置有刀片4,所述箱体1内还设置有驱动所述转轴转动的电机,所述电机与所述转轴3通过齿轮传动,所述箱体1包括上箱体11和下箱体12,所述上箱体11下部开口,所述下箱体12上部开口,所述上箱体11与所述下箱体12之间配合移动,所述下箱体12转动连接有两对连杆5,每根所述连杆5的长度相同,所述连杆5的另一端连接有滑块6,所述上箱体11上设置有直线滑槽7,所述滑块6设置在所述滑槽7内,每对所述连杆5上转动设置有一根所述转轴3,所述连杆5与所述下箱体12连接处设置有扭簧8,所述扭簧8的弹力驱使所述连杆5趋于竖直,当所述上箱体11下压时所述转轴3之间的距离增大。这种碎纸机在使用时如果有异物进入条形开口时,可以通过下压上箱体使得连杆转动,从而使得转轴之间的距离变大,从而不会切碎异物,使得异物能够轻松的从条形开口内抽出。
所述电机的输出轴上设置有第一齿轮91,两所述转轴3上分别设置有第二齿轮92和第三齿轮93,所述上箱体11上转动设置有第四齿轮94,所述第四齿轮94两侧与所述第一齿轮91和第二齿轮92啮合,所述第一齿轮91与所述第三齿轮93啮合;当所述上箱体11下压时,所述第四齿轮94与所述第二齿轮92分离,所述第一齿轮91与所述第三齿轮93分离。
