本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种弹力绷带;包括弹性基层,所述弹性基层的两侧面有聚丙烯薄膜层,聚丙烯薄膜层的外侧面有抑菌层,所述抑菌层为石墨烯抑菌层,所述石墨烯抑菌层内吸附有纳米银,所述抑菌层和聚丙烯薄膜层之间有一层竹纤维编织层,弹性基层、聚丙烯薄膜层和抑菌层之间通过医用级热熔压敏胶粘合而成;本发明中的弹力绷带中的表面有若干凸点,增大了弹力绷带与皮肤之间的空隙,提高了透气性,降低了二次感染的风险,降低了细菌滋生的概率,使用更安全,弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%,大大提高了弹力绷带的收缩回弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种弹力绷带。
背景技术
绷带作为一种医用敷料,被广泛地应用于手术、伤口包扎等医疗领域,同时在日常护理、运动保护中也有较多的应用,主要起到了支撑、保护、矫形以及其他特殊功能。现有的绷带,大致分为两种:一种是不带有任何弹力而带有胶水的绷带,如运动胶带、挂盐水使用的纸质无纺布胶带,这种绷带没有任何弹性,因为实现不了与身体变形的同步变化,使用时的舒适感不够;另一种为经向带有弹力而纬向不具有弹力并且带有胶水的绷带,如自粘绷带等。现有的弹力绷带多数为经向带有弹力而纬向不具有弹力,将其贴在皮肤表面后,绷带一直处于受力状态,随着使用时间的延长,边缘处会出现起翘现象,尤其贴在肘关节处,当手肘弯曲时,绷带极容易崩开,从而离开贴合表面,大大影响了患者的使用舒适性和持久性。
现有的弹力绷带因其本身材质所限其弹性和抑菌性能较差,同时在使用过程容易因人体活动发生滑动移位,无法达到应有的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种弹性好、抑菌性高的弹力绷带。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种弹力绷带,包括弹性基层,所述弹性基层的两侧面有聚丙烯薄膜层,聚丙烯薄膜层的外侧面有抑菌层,所述抑菌层为石墨烯抑菌层,所述石墨烯抑菌层内吸附有纳米银,所述抑菌层和聚丙烯薄膜层之间有一层竹纤维编织层,弹性基层、聚丙烯薄膜层和抑菌层之间通过医用级热熔压敏胶粘合而成。
优选的,所述弹力绷带上有若干透气通孔,所述透气通孔的直径为0.1-0.2mm。
优选的,所述竹纤维编织层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
优选的,所述弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,所述聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,所述竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%。
优选的,所述弹力绷带的表面有若干凸点,所述凸点的直径为0.02-0.05mm,相邻凸点之间的间距为2-3cm。
优选的,所述医用级热熔压敏胶选自苯乙烯一聚异戊烯共聚物。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明中的弹力绷带中的表面有若干凸点,增大了弹力绷带与皮肤之间的空隙,提高了透气性,降低了二次感染的风险,降低了细菌滋生的概率,使用更安全,弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%,大大提高了弹力绷带的收缩回弹性。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种弹力绷带,包括弹性基层,弹性基层的两侧面有聚丙烯薄膜层,聚丙烯薄膜层的外侧面有抑菌层,抑菌层为石墨烯抑菌层,石墨烯抑菌层内吸附有纳米银,抑菌层和聚丙烯薄膜层之间有一层竹纤维编织层,弹性基层、聚丙烯薄膜层和抑菌层之间通过医用级热熔压敏胶粘合而成,弹力绷带上有若干透气通孔,所述透气通孔的直径为0.1mm,竹纤维编织层的厚度为0.1mm,弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%,弹力绷带的表面有若干凸点,凸点的直径为0.02mm,相邻凸点之间的间距为2cm,医用级热熔压敏胶选自苯乙烯一聚异戊烯共聚物。

一种弹力绷带,包括弹性基层,弹性基层的两侧面有聚丙烯薄膜层,聚丙烯薄膜层的外侧面有抑菌层,抑菌层为石墨烯抑菌层,石墨烯抑菌层内吸附有纳米银,抑菌层和聚丙烯薄膜层之间有一层竹纤维编织层,弹性基层、聚丙烯薄膜层和抑菌层之间通过医用级热熔压敏胶粘合而成,弹力绷带上有若干透气通孔,所述透气通孔的直径为0.15mm,竹纤维编织层的厚度为0.2mm,弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%,弹力绷带的表面有若干凸点,凸点的直径为0.03mm,相邻凸点之间的间距为2.5cm,医用级热熔压敏胶选自苯乙烯一聚异戊烯共聚物。
实施例3
一种弹力绷带,包括弹性基层,弹性基层的两侧面有聚丙烯薄膜层,聚丙烯薄膜层的外侧面有抑菌层,抑菌层为石墨烯抑菌层,石墨烯抑菌层内吸附有纳米银,抑菌层和聚丙烯薄膜层之间有一层竹纤维编织层,弹性基层、聚丙烯薄膜层和抑菌层之间通过医用级热熔压敏胶粘合而成,弹力绷带上有若干透气通孔,所述透气通孔的直径为0.2mm,竹纤维编织层的厚度为0.3mm,弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%,弹力绷带的表面有若干凸点,凸点的直径为0.05mm,相邻凸点之间的间距为3cm,医用级热熔压敏胶选自苯乙烯一聚异戊烯共聚物。
本发明中的弹力绷带采用常规方法制得。
本发明中的弹力绷带中的表面有若干凸点,增大了弹力绷带与皮肤之间的空隙,提高了透气性,降低了二次感染的风险,降低了细菌滋生的概率,使用更安全,弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%,大大提高了弹力绷带的收缩回弹性。

1.一种弹力绷带,其特征在于:包括弹性基层,所述弹性基层的两侧面有聚丙烯薄膜层,聚丙烯薄膜层的外侧面有抑菌层,所述抑菌层为石墨烯抑菌层,所述石墨烯抑菌层内吸附有纳米银,所述抑菌层和聚丙烯薄膜层之间有一层竹纤维编织层,弹性基层、聚丙烯薄膜层和抑菌层之间通过医用级热熔压敏胶粘合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹力绷带,其特征在于:所述弹力绷带上有若干透气通孔,所述透气通孔的直径为0.1-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹力绷带,其特征在于:所述竹纤维编织层的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹力绷带,其特征在于:所述弹性基层由聚氨酯氨纶丝和竹纤维经纬编织而成,所述聚氨酯涤纶丝的断裂伸长度高达600%,所述竹纤维的断裂伸长度高达500%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹力绷带,其特征在于:所述弹力绷带的表面有若干凸点,所述凸点的直径为0.02-0.05mm,相邻凸点之间的间距为2-3cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹力绷带,其特征在于:所述医用级热熔压敏胶选自苯乙烯一聚异戊烯共聚物。
