本发明属于保健茶饮领域，具体涉及一种生津茶。
背景技术
从中医的角度来讲，津液是人体正常生命活动的基础，也是人体正常生理活动的一种产物，它主要包括泪液、唾液、胃液还有肠液，它的形成输布和代谢和肺、脾、肾三脏都有直接的关系。
津液的来源主要是源于饮食水谷，然后通过胃肠的消化吸收，脾的运化，肺的宣发肃降功能，肾的汽化蒸腾的作用，周而复始环流不息。
若津液代谢异常，比如津液的生成不足、津液的分布不均等，出现这些情况就会导致多饮、多尿、多食及消瘦、疲乏为特征等症状，病机为阴津亏耗，燥热偏盛。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生津茶，以达到生津的作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：五味子15-30份、乌梅10-20份、椿皮4-12份、莲子肉6-18份、山茱萸6-15份、诃子5-11份、五倍子2-8份、麻黄根2-6份、石榴皮3-7份、天冬2-11份、玉竹3-8份、石斛1-5份、北沙参1-5份、甘草1-5份、枸杞1-3份、浮小麦1-5份。
本发明有益的技术效果：
本发明具有该产品具有生津止渴、清热解毒的功效，尤其适用于用津液少寡、口干舌燥的人群。

一种生津茶，所述生津茶包括按照重量份数的以下组分：五味子20份、乌梅12份、椿皮6份、莲子9份、山茱萸11份、诃子7份、五倍5份、麻黄根3份、石榴皮5份、天冬4份、玉竹6份、石斛3份、北沙参2份、甘草3份、枸杞2份、浮小麦3份。
上述中药组份均打磨成粉后加工成颗粒然后装袋冲泡。
