Description

本发明涉及一种弯曲金属管坯的冷加工方法属于金属管件加工技术领域。
目前金属管件冷压成形时一般向坯料直管段中充填低熔点的材料如铅、石腊、松香等,这种方法取出充填物时操作复杂而且污染环境效果不好。
本发明的目的是在弯曲金属管坯时,在直管段中放置一根弹簧以便使管坯内外形平滑而且容易取出。
本发明的方法是用一根钢丝制成的密绕弹簧为管坯料的充填物,该簧的钢丝直径为管坯壁厚的1.5至3倍,该簧的外径小于管坯内径0.1-0.3毫米,将弹簧一端向心弯一小勾,勾长达弹簧半径,可放在取簧器槽内。
将待弯曲的金属直管坯经退火处理后,内壁刷一层机油(或黄油)将充填用弹簧置入直管坯中,弹簧的长度与待弯曲的管坯长度相同,经弯管机按所需曲率半径对管坯施压弯曲,这时内填弹簧随压力有伸缩弹性,使管内、外壁弯曲平滑,然后将弹簧一端小勾插在取簧器上的槽内用外力(手钻或电机)顺弹簧绕形罗旋,将弹簧取出。
该取簧器为一由工具钢制成的带槽夹具顺长度方向开一槽可使弹簧小勾放入,另一端夹在手电钻或电机轴上,顺势将内充簧取出。
本发明的方法简单易行,便于取出弹簧使弯管内外壁平滑,管直径不变。
实施例1
一根直钢管外径为25mm壁厚1.5mm要弯成直径为125mm的弯管时采用一根密绕簧,其钢丝的直径为3.5mm簧的直径为21.7-21.9mm作为内填物其长度与直钢管长度相同。
将直钢管退火后内壁涂上机油(或黄油)将上述密绕簧放入直钢管内,径弯管机对钢管施压弯曲成直径为125mm的弯管,然后将取簧器插在弹簧一端小勾上,顺势绕出内充弹簧。用卡尺量弯管外径均匀。
实施例2
在弯管机上弯曲一支外径为50mm的铜管,其壁厚为5mm,采用内填密绕簧,其钢丝直径为10mm,簧的直径为39.7-39.9mm,弯曲直径最大可达250mm。
取出内充簧的方法如实施例1所述。
实施例3
薄型管材    壁厚:0.5mm
直径:5mm
内充弹簧特殊加工,将一轴紧放在弹簧内,然后车磨弹簧外表面使弹簧平滑,弯曲时管材美观不留凸凹不平痕迹,最好使用方钢丝绕成的弹簧。

1、一种弯曲金属圆管的冷形方法其特征在于采用钢丝制成的一根密绕簧作为充填物,其直径略小于管坯内径,弹簧钢丝的直径为管坯壁厚的1.5至3倍,弹簧的一端向心弯一小勾,勾长度为弹簧的半径,管坯经退火处理后,在管坯内部涂一层机油(或黄油)将弹簧放入,其长度与管坯长度相同。经弯管机按所需曲率半径对金属管坯施压弯曲,然后用取簧器夹住小勾顺弹簧卷绕方向绕出内填弹簧,整个成形过程在冷态下一次完成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的方法其特征在于弹簧的直径小于管坯内径0.1-0.3毫米为最佳状态。
3、按照权利要求1所述的方法其特征在于取簧器为带槽的由工具调制成的夹具,可夹往弹簧小勾及手电钻或电机的轴。
4、按照权利要求1所述的方法其特征在于金属管坯弯曲直径最小可达管坯外径:5倍。
