Description

一种模压复合胶合板的制备工艺
本发明涉及一种模压复合胶合板的制备工艺,特别是一种需要在粘接前对芯板内的胶合薄板单片进行稀松处理的模压复合胶合板的制备工艺。
现有模压复合胶合板的制备工艺,是先将若干层胶合薄板单片与金属网粘接在一起制成芯板,再将外层帖面板粘在芯板上面,最后经高温高压模压成型,但是,由于制备芯板时使用的胶合薄板单片是取自不同树种、不同树龄的木材,因此,干湿度等物理性能有较大区别,膨胀系数也就不同,当使用温度或湿度发生变化时,胶合薄板单片会起泡甚至变形使整个板材变得不平整,进而影响制成品的质量。如果使用物理性能基本相同的木材则成本大大提高,且很难实现。本发明的目的在于提供一种需要在粘接前对芯板内的胶合薄板单片进行稀松处理的模压复合胶合板的制备工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:所述模压复合胶合板的制备工艺,包括:芯板及外层帖面板各层的粘接、高温高压模压成型等工艺,其特征在于:粘接前需要对芯板内的胶合薄板单片进行稀松处理。
本发明的优点在于:工艺简单、实用,加工成本低,经稀松处理的胶合薄板单片再进行粘接,板材不会随温度、湿度变化起泡、变形,进而保证了制成品的质量。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明:
本例所述的模压复合胶合板的制备工艺为以下步骤:
a)稀松处理:粘接前需要对芯板内的胶合薄板单片进行稀松处理,即利用一针滚在胶合薄板单片上进行滚压,使之布满均匀小孔。
b)粘接:将金属网与三层互成20-60度夹角的胶合薄板单片依照底层胶合薄板单片、金属网、中间层胶合薄板单片及上层胶合薄板单片的次序粘接成芯板;再将外层帖面板粘接在芯板上面。粘接剂是采用尿醛树脂胶。
c)模压成型:热压温度为80-120度,最好是100度;热压压力为1.0-3.5MPa,热压时间为3-12分钟,最好是8分钟。

1、一种模压复合胶合板的制备工艺,包括:芯板及外层帖面板的粘接、高温高压模压成型等工艺,其特征在于:粘接前需要对芯板内的胶合薄板单片进行稀松处理,具体工艺过程为:
a)稀松处理:粘接前需要对芯板内的胶合薄板单片进行稀松处理,即利用一针滚在胶合薄板单片上进行滚压,使之布满均匀小孔;
b)粘接:将金属网与三层互成20-60度夹角的胶合薄板单片依照底层胶合薄板单片、金属网、中间层胶合薄板单片及上层胶合薄板单片的次序粘接成芯板,再将外层帖面板粘接再芯板上面,粘接剂采用尿醛树脂胶;
c)模压成型:热压温度为80-120℃,最好是100℃,热压压力为1.0-3.5MPa,热压时间为3-12分钟,最好是8分钟。
