本发明涉及一种TRGG型特软耐温拖链电缆,包括挤包分布的若干根导体,每根导体上均包覆有绝缘层,若干根导体的外部共同包覆有外护套,所述外护套内设有填充物,导体为由若干根股线绞合而成,股线为7根直径0.20mm的铜丝编织成型,绝缘层和外护套均为抗拉撕硅橡胶材料挤包而成。本发明能够承受100万次卷绕不断线,绝缘和护套耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗拉强度强、柔韧性优越。耐高温能够达到180℃,电缆放入耐酸碱化学溶液中浸泡1小时不无发泡现象,电缆能承受550N的拉力,弯曲半径达到电缆外径的8倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体的说是一种TRGG型特软耐温拖链电缆。
背景技术
现有的卷筒电缆一般导体寿命、绝缘性、受潮性、耐化学腐蚀性及耐温性能较差的问题。同时,电缆的强度和耐磨性差,容易损耗,耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐油效果差,不能够进行有效的防潮,强度低、柔韧性差、卷绕半径大,使用寿命短,更换频繁。
发明内容
为了避免和解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种TRGG型特软耐温拖链电缆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种TRGG型特软耐温拖链电缆,包括挤包分布的若干根导体,每根导体上均包覆有绝缘层,若干根导体的外部共同包覆有外护套,所述外护套内设有填充物,所述填充物为麻绳。
所述导体为由若干根股线绞合而成,所述股线为7根直径0.20mm的铜丝编织成型。
所述绝缘层和外护套均为抗拉撕硅橡胶材料挤包而成。
优选的,7根直径0.20mm的铜丝在24锭编织机上编织成型。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能够承受100万次卷绕不断线,绝缘和护套耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗拉强度强、柔韧性优越。耐高温能够达到180℃,电缆放入耐酸碱化学溶液中浸泡1小时不无发泡现象,电缆能承受550N的拉力,弯曲半径达到电缆外径的8倍。

如图1至图2所示,一种TRGG型特软耐温拖链电缆,包括挤包分布的若干根导体1,每根导体1上均包覆有绝缘层2,若干根导体1的外部共同包覆有外护套3,所述外护套3内设有填充物4,所述填充物4为麻绳。
所述导体1为由若干根股线绞合而成,所述股线为7根直径0.20mm的铜丝编织成型。
所述绝缘层2和外护套3均为抗拉撕硅橡胶材料挤包而成。
7根直径0.20mm的铜丝在24锭编织机上编织成型。

所述绝缘层(2)和外护套(3)均为抗拉撕硅橡胶材料挤包而成。
