The control system adopts a PLC as the center of the control system, the PLC controls the opening and closing operations of the relay array according to the requirements of users, and then the PLC is connected with the electromagnetic valve to achieve the effect of controlling the cylinder to move forwards and backwards. The PLC program is changed by adopting a logic diagram and a statement table, the flow is clear, the stability is high, the module is fast, and the integration level is high. On the other hand, the PLC can adapt to various severe operating environments, has strong anti-interference capability and strong reliability, and is far higher than other various machine types.
The hydraulic control system adopts 10 oil cylinders for controlling the mechanical transmission of the roll port mounting device. The hydraulic control system is provided with a general hydraulic station which is provided with a general oil circuit switch. The oil circuit switch is provided with a general oil circuit input pipe and is an electromagnetic valve, and power supply of all parts of the roller opening installation device is completed. In the actual use process, the control system is controlled by computer software, and preferably, the control system is controlled by a control panel. Generally, when the control panel has a fault, computer software is used for control.

Examples
