Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其包括如下步骤:(1)采用现浇钢筋混凝土施工方法完成钢筋混凝土薄壁施工,在钢筋混凝土薄壁上铺贴保温板,并在保温板一侧粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,保温板内侧砌筑加气混凝土砌块完成砌体墙施工;(2)在砌体墙上涂刷墙体保温浆料,形成保温基层,保温基层的厚度3‑4cm;(3)在保温基层上均匀涂覆一层醋酸乙烯‑乙烯共聚乳液形成界面层;(5)在聚氨酯发泡保温层上粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,将锚固钉均匀分布并穿过聚氨酯发泡保温层、界面层和保温基层,钉在砌体墙上,在锚固钉上挂金属网;(6)在金属网上涂覆水泥灰浆,形成防裂保护层。本发明中的复合保温墙体结构具有保温效果好、墙体整体性好且抗渗性能强等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及保温墙体技术领域,具体涉及一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法。
背景技术
随着节约能源与保护环境要求的不断提高,建筑维护结构墙体保温技术不断得到改进和发展,成为我国一项重要的建筑节能技术。在建筑节能方面,重点为外墙节能技术,目前普遍采用复合墙体,就是在主体墙上加上一层或几层保温材料,从而降低墙体的热损失,其缺点是对保温材料的耐久性和抗冻能力要求高,保温层与墙体的连接紧密,否则容易脱落而砸伤人。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其具有保温效果好、墙体整体性好且抗渗性能强等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)采用现浇钢筋混凝土施工方法完成钢筋混凝土薄壁施工,在钢筋混凝土薄壁上铺贴保温板,并在保温板一侧粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,保温板内侧砌筑加气混凝土砌块完成砌体墙施工,将保温板与砌体墙之间填充发泡材料;
(2)在砌体墙上涂刷墙体保温浆料,形成保温基层,保温基层的厚度3-4cm,所述墙体保温浆料由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:硫铝硅酸盐水泥30-40份,高岭土6-12份,硅藻土10-15份,玻璃丝棉3-7份,膨胀珍珠岩30-50份,氢氧化钙3-8份,二氧化锰2-5份,水15-20份;
(3)在保温基层上均匀涂覆一层醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液形成界面层,所述界面层厚度为5-10mm,将聚氨酯与发泡剂混合,通过喷枪将混合物喷射在界面层上,附着并形成多泡沫的聚氨酯发泡保温层;
(5)在聚氨酯发泡保温层上粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,将锚固钉均匀分布并穿过聚氨酯发泡保温层、界面层和保温基层,钉在砌体墙上,在锚固钉上挂金属网;
(6)在金属网上涂覆水泥灰浆,形成防裂保护层,所述水泥灰浆由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:325号水泥30-40份,固化剂3-6份,增韧剂2-4份,环保胶8-12份,聚乙烯醇6-10份,石英砂10-20份,水16-24份;
(7)在防裂保护层上进行找平,并涂刷乳胶面漆。
优选地,所述墙体保温浆料由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:硫铝硅酸盐水泥36份,高岭土10份,硅藻土12份,玻璃丝棉5份,膨胀珍珠岩42份,氢氧化钙5份,二氧化锰3份,水18份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其可以有效提高建筑外墙的保温效果,增强墙体整体性、抗渗性能,而且施工操作简便,成本低,可广泛应用于各类房屋建筑工程墙体结构的保温工程中。

下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围并不受此限制。
实施例一:
一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)采用现浇钢筋混凝土施工方法完成钢筋混凝土薄壁施工,在钢筋混凝土薄壁上铺贴保温板,并在保温板一侧粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,保温板内侧砌筑加气混凝土砌块完成砌体墙施工,将保温板与砌体墙之间填充发泡材料;
(2)在砌体墙上涂刷墙体保温浆料,形成保温基层,保温基层的厚度3-4cm,所述墙体保温浆料由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:硫铝硅酸盐水泥30-40份,高岭土6-12份,硅藻土10-15份,玻璃丝棉3-7份,膨胀珍珠岩30-50份,氢氧化钙3-8份,二氧化锰2-5份,水15-20份;
(3)在保温基层上均匀涂覆一层醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液形成界面层,所述界面层厚度为5-10mm,将聚氨酯与发泡剂混合,通过喷枪将混合物喷射在界面层上,附着并形成多泡沫的聚氨酯发泡保温层;

(6)在金属网上涂覆水泥灰浆,形成防裂保护层,所述水泥灰浆由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:325号水泥30-40份,固化剂3-6份,增韧剂2-4份,环保胶8-12份,聚乙烯醇6-10份,石英砂10-20份,水16-24份;
(7)在防裂保护层上进行找平,并涂刷乳胶面漆。
实施例二:
一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)采用现浇钢筋混凝土施工方法完成钢筋混凝土薄壁施工,在钢筋混凝土薄壁上铺贴保温板,并在保温板一侧粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,保温板内侧砌筑加气混凝土砌块完成砌体墙施工,将保温板与砌体墙之间填充发泡材料;

1.一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用现浇钢筋混凝土施工方法完成钢筋混凝土薄壁施工,在钢筋混凝土薄壁上铺贴保温板,并在保温板一侧粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,保温板内侧砌筑加气混凝土砌块完成砌体墙施工,将保温板与砌体墙之间填充发泡材料;
(2)在砌体墙上涂刷墙体保温浆料,形成保温基层,保温基层的厚度3-4cm,所述墙体保温浆料由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:硫铝硅酸盐水泥30-40份,高岭土6-12份,硅藻土10-15份,玻璃丝棉3-7份,膨胀珍珠岩30-50份,氢氧化钙3-8份,二氧化锰2-5份,水15-20份;
(3)在保温基层上均匀涂覆一层醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液形成界面层,所述界面层厚度为5-10mm,将聚氨酯与发泡剂混合,通过喷枪将混合物喷射在界面层上,附着并形成多泡沫的聚氨酯发泡保温层;
(5)在聚氨酯发泡保温层上粘贴抗裂纤维网格布,将锚固钉均匀分布并穿过聚氨酯发泡保温层、界面层和保温基层,钉在砌体墙上,在锚固钉上挂金属网;
(6)在金属网上涂覆水泥灰浆,形成防裂保护层,所述水泥灰浆由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:325号水泥30-40份,固化剂3-6份,增韧剂2-4份,环保胶8-12份,聚乙烯醇6-10份,石英砂10-20份,水16-24份;
(7)在防裂保护层上进行找平,并涂刷乳胶面漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合保温墙体结构的施工方法,其特征在于:所述墙体保温浆料由以下重量份数的原料组分制成:硫铝硅酸盐水泥36份,高岭土10份,硅藻土12份,玻璃丝棉5份,膨胀珍珠岩42份,氢氧化钙5份,二氧化锰3份,水18份。
