本发明公开了一种阻燃面料染料配方,其特征在于,其原料组成为:甲基丙烯酸丁酯12‑15份;硬硬脂酸锌6‑8份;丁二醇6‑10份;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2‑4份;氢氧化钠6‑8份;阻燃剂ATP 11‑22份;阴离子渗透剂4‑8份;催化剂2‑4份;鱼粉6‑8份;油酸钠4‑8份;甲基纤维素3‑5份;着色剂7‑9份;匀染剂1‑2份;醋酸4‑6份;上述份数均为质量份数。本发明提供一种不易掉色、不结冻,防火效果好的阻燃面料染料配方。

一种阻燃面料染料配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染料,尤其是一种用于布料的染料。
背景技术
染布已有2800多年的历史,品种繁多,染色工艺水平高,但采用简单方便的工艺生产成本低,民间染坊大多为露天作业,主要设备有锅灶、大缸、担缸板、碾布石、卷布轴、晾布架、麻花板、缸棍子、看缸碗等,此种传统染料染色不是容易掉色就是上色不好,而且染料染色不均匀,且染料到了冬天容易冻结,从而不具备效果。国内的火灾发生情况还是相对比较频繁,而每次总是消防员战斗在火灾现 场的消防员。据统计,每年都有一定数量的消防员在救火过程中丢掉宝贵的生命,而死因大多是因烧伤引起的。因此防火效果更好的消防服装显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种不易掉色、不结冻,防火效果好的阻燃面料染料配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种阻燃面料染料配方,其特征在于,其原料组成为:

本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明染出的布料颜色均匀,色彩鲜亮,冬天依然不会冻结,而且还不易掉色,用的时间长于传统染料,增加了布料的使用寿命。本发明利用氢氧化钠能有效除去面料中的杂质,利用阴离子渗透剂 提高阻燃剂的表面活性,从而有助于提高阻燃剂的阻燃。

甲基丙烯酸丁酯12-15份;
硬硬脂酸锌6-8份;

阻燃剂 ATP 11-22份;
阴离子渗透剂4-8份;
催化剂2-4份 ;
鱼粉6-8 份;
油酸钠4-8份;
甲基纤维素3-5份;
着色剂7-9份;
匀染剂1-2份;
醋酸4-6份;

综上所述:本发明染出的布料颜色均匀,色彩鲜亮,冬天依然不会冻结,而且还不易掉色,用的时间长于传统染料,增加了布料的使用寿命。本发明利用氢氧化钠能有效除去面料中的杂质,利用阴离子渗透剂 提高阻燃剂的表面活性,从而有助于提高阻燃剂的阻燃。
