本发明公开了一种透气无纺布的制造方法,连续纤维作为经纱和纬纱,熔融处理,再经喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取;烘燥定型后的成品进行收卷。本发明的有益效果:改变了传统织布概念和复合工艺,改变了材料的力学结构特性,从而大幅度提高了产品的综合性能和生产效率,大大降低了相关强力织物的材料成本;经合理的配置设计,可使各种材料的优势特性充分发挥,从而大大提高其复合材料的综合性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布制造工艺,特别涉及一种透气无纺布的制造方法。
背景技术
抗菌材料是具有杀灭和(或)抑制微生物(特别是致病微生物) 生长的一类材料,具有卫生自洁的功能。抗菌塑料、抗菌陶瓷、抗菌纤维、抗菌涂料等抗菌材料在家用电器、日用品、纺织服装、建筑等领域具有十分重要的用途。目前市场上的抗菌无纺布大部分采用化学方式、光触媒或纳米银离子处理技术进行抗菌加工,其缺点是:化学方式虽可抗菌,但化学制剂本身易对人体造成伤害;光触媒虽安全有效,但成本较高;纳米银虽有抑菌能力,但抗菌能力较弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种透气无纺布的制造方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种透气无纺布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:A、连续纤维作为经纱和纬纱,采用铺纬器,将纬纱从纱架上引出,与纬纱垂直,整齐排列;经纱的排列密度为5-8根/cm;B、以聚丙烯粒料为无纺布的原材料,均匀加入使用微米重组技术制备的精细陶瓷抗菌、抗病毒剂;C、对加入抗菌剂的聚丙烯粒料进行熔融处理,再经喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取;D、使用含透水剂的纯净水进行无纺布后整理,通过烘燥定型机对复合织物使用60-80℃加热烘燥和定型;E、经烘燥定型后的成品进行收卷。

实施例1:一种透气无纺布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:A、连续纤维作为经纱和纬纱,采用铺纬器,将纬纱从纱架上引出,与纬纱垂直,整齐排列;经纱的排列密度为5根/cm;B、以聚丙烯粒料为无纺布的原材料,均匀加入使用微米重组技术制备的精细陶瓷抗菌、抗病毒剂;C、对加入抗菌剂的聚丙烯粒料进行熔融处理,再经喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取;D、使用含透水剂的纯净水进行无纺布后整理,通过烘燥定型机对复合织物使用60℃加热烘燥和定型;E、经烘燥定型后的成品进行收卷。
实施例2:一种透气无纺布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:A、连续纤维作为经纱和纬纱,采用铺纬器,将纬纱从纱架上引出,与纬纱垂直,整齐排列;经纱的排列密度为6根/cm;B、以聚丙烯粒料为无纺布的原材料,均匀加入使用微米重组技术制备的精细陶瓷抗菌、抗病毒剂;C、对加入抗菌剂的聚丙烯粒料进行熔融处理,再经喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取;D、使用含透水剂的纯净水进行无纺布后整理,通过烘燥定型机对复合织物使用72℃加热烘燥和定型;E、经烘燥定型后的成品进行收卷。
实施例3:一种透气无纺布的制造方法,包括以下步骤:A、连续纤维作为经纱和纬纱,采用铺纬器,将纬纱从纱架上引出,与纬纱垂直,整齐排列;经纱的排列密度为8根/cm;B、以聚丙烯粒料为无纺布的原材料,均匀加入使用微米重组技术制备的精细陶瓷抗菌、抗病毒剂;C、对加入抗菌剂的聚丙烯粒料进行熔融处理,再经喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取;D、使用含透水剂的纯净水进行无纺布后整理,通过烘燥定型机对复合织物使用80℃加热烘燥和定型;E、经烘燥定型后的成品进行收卷。
