技术领域
本发明涉及荧光粉材料的技术领域,尤其是指一种LED荧光粉胶料。
背景技术
LED 作为一种新型的绿色环保型固体照明光源,已经成为未来发展的必然趋势,以 LED 为代表的新型照明光源时代日益显示出其优势。LED(发光二级管),是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态半导体材料,它可以直接把电能转化成光能。LED 内在的特征决定了其是目前最理想的光源,在光电系统中应用极为普遍,与其它光源相比,LED 具有节能、安全、寿命长、能耗低、发热少、亮度高、防水、防震、易调光、光束集中、维护方便等优点。
荧光粉对于LED生产企业至关重要,尤其是白光LED,对于实现白光 LED 的途径有多种,目前使用最为普遍最成熟的一种是通过在蓝光芯片上涂抹一层黄色萤光粉,使蓝光和黄光混合成白光,所以荧光粉的材质对白光 LED 的衰减影响很大,现有荧光粉存在有加速老化晶片的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种LED荧光粉胶料。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明所提供的一种LED荧光粉胶料,按份数比计,由铝20-24份、氧化铕2-3份、二氧化锆2-4份、氯化钙7-9份、氧化镁5-8份、氟化锂0.05~0.1份、氧化镧4-8份、乙酸钡7-9份和粘合剂30-35份组成。
进一步,包括有铝20份、氧化铕2份、二氧化锆2份、氯化钙7份、氧化镁5份、氟化锂0.05份、氧化镧4份、乙酸钡7份和粘合剂30份。
进一步,包括有铝24份、氧化铕3份、二氧化锆4份、氯化钙9份、氧化镁8份、氟化锂0.1份、氧化镧8份、乙酸钡9份和粘合剂35份。
进一步,包括有铝22份、氧化铕2.5份、二氧化锆3份、氯化钙7.9份、氧化镁7.2份、氟化锂0.1份、氧化镧5.6份、乙酸钡8.6份和粘合剂35份。
本发明采用上述的方案,其有益效果在于:本申请的荧光粉发光效率高、优化对LED晶片的寿命,避免出现加速晶片老化的问题,以提高LED灯的使用寿命。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例一:
在本实施例中,一种LED荧光粉胶料,按份数比计,包括有铝20份、氧化铕2份、二氧化锆2份、氯化钙7份、氧化镁5份、氟化锂0.05份、氧化镧4份、乙酸钡7份和粘合剂30份。
实施例二:
在本实施例中,一种LED荧光粉胶料,按份数比计,包括有铝24份、氧化铕3份、二氧化锆4份、氯化钙9份、氧化镁8份、氟化锂0.1份、氧化镧8份、乙酸钡9份和粘合剂35份。
实施例三:
在本实施例中,一种LED荧光粉胶料,最佳的份数比为,包括有铝22份、氧化铕2.5份、二氧化锆3份、氯化钙7.9份、氧化镁7.2份、氟化锂0.1份、氧化镧5.6份、乙酸钡8.6份和粘合剂35份。
本发明的荧光粉发光效率高、优化对LED晶片的寿命,避免出现加速晶片老化的问题,以提高LED灯的使用寿命。

1.一种LED荧光粉胶料,其特征在于:按份数比计,由铝20-24份、氧化铕2-3份、二氧化锆2-4份、氯化钙7-9份、氧化镁5-8份、氟化锂0.05~0.1份、氧化镧4-8份、乙酸钡7-9份和粘合剂30-35份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED荧光粉胶料,其特征在于:按份数比计,包括有铝20份、氧化铕2份、二氧化锆2份、氯化钙7份、氧化镁5份、氟化锂0.05份、氧化镧4份、乙酸钡7份和粘合剂30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED荧光粉胶料,其特征在于:包括有铝24份、氧化铕3份、二氧化锆4份、氯化钙9份、氧化镁8份、氟化锂0.1份、氧化镧8份、乙酸钡9份和粘合剂35份。
