本发明公开了一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部设置有电机,所述电机底部设置有减速齿轮箱,所述减速齿轮箱底部设置有主动轴,所述主动轴底部设置有连接件,所述连接件底部设置有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆表面设置有第一叶片,所述连接件两侧均设置有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆表面设置有第二叶片,所述第一连接杆和第二连接杆一侧均设置有液压杆。本发明通过第一叶片与第二叶片,使得搅拌的速度与效率得到大幅度提高,同时由于叶片的型号不同,满足了多种材料混合的需要,通过设置液压杆,推动连接杆在箱体内上下移动,能够全方位、多方面的对不同的材料进行混合搅拌,操作简单,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工生产技术领域,特别涉及一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置。
背景技术
陶瓷膜是无机膜中的一种,属于膜分离技术中的固体膜材料,主要以不同规格的氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化硅等无机陶瓷材料作为支撑体,经表面涂膜、高温烧制而成。商品化的陶瓷膜通常具有三层结构(多孔支撑层、过渡层及分离层),呈非对称分布,其孔径规格为0.8nm~1μm不等,过滤精度涵盖微滤、超滤、纳滤级别。根据支撑体的不同,陶瓷膜的构型可分为平板、管式、多通道三种。陶瓷膜由于耐酸碱、耐高温和在极端环境下的化学稳定性,又由于商品化的陶瓷膜孔径较小(通常小于0.2μm),可以成功地实现分子级过滤,因此其主要用于对液态、气态混合物进行过滤分离,可以取代传统的离心、蒸发、精馏、过滤等分离技术,达到提高产品质量、降低生产成本的目标,在石油和化学工业等苛刻环境中具有广泛的应用前景。陶瓷膜与人们的生活息息相关,因此有越来越多的厂家选择生产陶瓷膜,由于陶瓷膜在生产的过程中需要对多种原料进行混合,而现有的搅拌装置不能够很好的满足其搅拌的需求。
因此,发明一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部设置有电机,所述电机底部设置有减速齿轮箱,所述减速齿轮箱底部设置有主动轴,所述主动轴底部设置有连接件,所述连接件底部设置有第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆表面设置有第一叶片,所述连接件两侧均设置有第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆表面设置有第二叶片,所述第一连接杆一侧和第二连接杆一侧均设置有液压杆。
优选的,所述箱体顶部设置有储料盒,所述储料盒内设置有电磁阀门,所述储料盒底部设置有进料管。
优选的,所述箱体一侧设置有控制器,所述电磁阀门和液压杆均与控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述箱体内设置有挡板,所述箱体底部设置有下料口。
优选的,所述箱体顶部设置有电阻加热棒。
优选的,所述电机输出轴与主动轴传动连接。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该陶瓷膜生产用高效搅拌装置,通过设置第一叶片和第二叶片,使得搅拌的速度与效率得到大幅度提高,同时由于叶片的型号不同,满足了陶瓷膜不同生产原料搅拌混合的需求,通过设置液压杆,推动连接杆在箱体内上下移动,能够全方位、多方面的对不同的材料进行混合搅拌,有利于搅拌的更均匀,通过设置电阻加热棒,及时采取温控措施,电阻加热棒可以提高箱体内的温度,满足陶瓷膜生产原料搅拌时对温度的需求,整机结构简单,操作方便,搅拌的更均匀彻底,可以达到提高搅拌效率,节约人工成本的效果。

本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体1顶部设置有电机2,所述电机2底部设置有减速齿轮箱3,设置减速齿轮箱3便于对电机2的转速进行控制,防止电机2转速过快,所述减速齿轮箱3底部设置有主动轴4,电机2驱动主动轴4的转动,所述主动轴4底部设置有连接件5,连接件5用于连接和固定,所述连接件5底部设置有第一连接杆6,所述第一连接杆6表面设置有第一叶片7,所述连接件6两侧均设置有第二连接杆8,所述第二连接杆8表面设置有第二叶片9,所述第一连接杆6一侧和第二连接杆8一侧均设置有液压杆10,利用液压杆10的伸缩来推动第一连接杆6和第二连接杆8的上下移动。
所述箱体1顶部设置有储料盒11,用于储存待搅拌的原料,所述储料盒11内设置有电磁阀门12,所述储料盒11底部设置有进料管13,用控制器14打开电磁阀门12,原料从进料管13进入箱体1内,所述箱体1一侧设置有控制器14,所述电磁阀门12和液压杆10均与控制器14电性连接,便于控制液压杆与10电磁阀门12,所述箱体1内设置有挡板15,在搅拌时原料会四处飞溅,设置挡板15防止原料溅到箱体1内壁上,节约原料,所述箱体1底部设置有下料口16,搅拌完成后的原料通过下料口16排出,所述箱体1顶部设置有电阻加热棒17,便于提高箱体1温度,所述电机2输出轴与主动轴4传动连接,便于为主动轴4的旋转提供动力。
本发明工作原理:当一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置使用时,通过控制器14打开电磁阀门12,原料顺着进料管13进入到箱体1内,电机2驱动主动轴4转动,减速齿轮箱3对电机2的转速进行减速,防止转速过快,主动轴4带动第一连接杆6与第二连接杆8的转动,从而使第一叶片7和第二叶片9对原料进行搅拌,利用控制器14控制液压杆10的伸缩,带动第一连接杆6与第二连接杆8上下移动,从而使得搅的更均匀彻底,因搅拌而四处飞溅的原料被挡板15拦截,防止溅到箱体1四壁,同时节约原料,用电阻加热棒17对箱体1内进行加温。

1.一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)顶部设置有电机(2),所述电机(2)底部设置有减速齿轮箱(3),所述减速齿轮箱(3)底部设置有主动轴(4),所述主动轴(4)底部设置有连接件(5),所述连接件(5)底部设置有第一连接杆(6),所述第一连接杆(6)表面设置有第一叶片(7),所述连接件(6)两侧均设置有第二连接杆(8),所述第二连接杆(8)表面设置有第二叶片(9),所述第一连接杆(6)一侧和第二连接杆(8)一侧均设置有液压杆(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)顶部设置有储料盒(11),所述储料盒(11)内设置有电磁阀门(12),所述储料盒(11)底部设置有进料管(13)。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)一侧设置有控制器(14),所述电磁阀门(12)和液压杆(10)均与控制器(14)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加热式陶瓷膜原料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内设置有挡板(15),所述箱体(1)底部设置有下料口(16)。
