随着社会生产力的进步,人们的体力活动减少,脑力活动增加, 随之人类的现代病如神经衰弱、精神抑郁、体质虚弱、头痛失眠等也 大大增加。

优选地,所述组合物包括如下重量份的原料:磷脂酰丝氨酸 0.1-0.15份,茶氨酸0.2-0.4份,留兰香提取物0.15-0.3份,瓜拉纳提取 物0.3-0.7份,牛磺酸0.05-0.07份。
进一步优选地,所述组合物包括如下重量份的原料:磷脂酰丝氨 酸0.1份,茶氨酸0.3份,留兰香提取物0.2份,瓜拉纳提取物0.5份,牛 磺酸0.05份。

本发明还提供一种能量果冻的制备方法,包括:将复合碳水化合 物于90-105℃化糖,控制糖度在35~40°Brix,再将各组分依据其自身 特性加入磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳提取物和牛 磺酸的混合物中,搅匀,保温灌装并冷却,形成软弹、顺滑的软冻状, 水浴杀菌后冷却。
本发明所述的重量份可以是ug、mg、g、kg等医药领域公知的含 量单位。
本发明所述组合物所用原料均可市售购得。
(三)有益效果

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
磷脂酰丝氨酸(phosphatidylserine,PS)是存在于细菌、酵母、 植物、哺乳动物细胞中的一种重要的膜磷脂,是大脑中主要的酸性磷 脂。它占哺乳类动物脑中全部磷脂的10%~20%,对许多细胞代谢过 程有重要的调节作用。如PS通过甲基化可生成磷脂酰胆碱,后者又可 作为合成乙酰胆碱的前体,参与调节细胞膜的流动性。并在细胞膜受 体与第二信使间起中介作用。另外,PS还可激活细胞膜上的Na+/K+- ATP酶、蛋白激酶C和酪氨酸羟化酶。PS具有神经保护和抗氧化作用, 改善阿耳茨海默(氏)病的功效,能指示早期编程性死亡。促进乙酰 胆碱的释放和Na+/K+-ATP酶的活性,而当乙酰胆碱随血液进入大脑 后,随着其含量的积累,大脑神经细胞间的信息传递速度加快,从而 起到促进大脑功能,增强记忆、思维和分析的能力。关于磷脂酰丝氨 酸的药理及临床应用研究已有广泛深入的报道。

其制备方法:按配比称取原料,称取果葡糖浆和低聚麦芽糖浆加 入水40g,加热至105℃化糖;
称取麦芽糊精、氯化钾、乳酸钙、食用盐、魔芋精粉、卡拉胶、 黄原胶并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到加热后的糖浆中,继续搅拌机搅 打均匀,降温至70℃。称取柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠混合均匀后,边搅拌边 加入到浆料中,继续搅拌均匀。控制产品糖度在35-40°Brix。
称取磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳提取物、牛 磺酸、维生素B2、维生素B6并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到浆料中,加 入苹果浓缩汁并加水15g,继续搅拌10-15分钟至均匀。称取牛奶香精 和香蕉香精边搅拌边加入并继续搅拌5分钟至均匀。保温60℃以上并 灌装并冷却,产品形成较软弹、顺滑的软冻状。水浴杀菌后冷却。包 装即为成品。
实施例2
脑力能量果冻的配方如下:磷脂酰丝氨酸0.05g,茶氨酸0.01g, 留兰香提取物0.5g,瓜拉纳提取物0.1g,牛磺酸0.1g,维生素B20.006g, 维生素B60.006g,果葡糖浆5g,低聚异麦芽糖浆10g,低聚麦芽糖粉 20g,氯化钾0.2g,柠檬酸0.3g,柠檬酸钠0.15g,食用盐0.05g,魔芋 精粉0.2g,卡拉胶0.1g,葡萄浓缩汁3g,黑加仑香精0.25g,混合水果 香精0.1g,水65g。
其制备方法:按配比称取原料,称取果葡糖浆和低聚异麦芽糖浆 加入水40g,加热至90℃以上化糖;称取低聚麦芽糖、氯化钾、食用 盐、魔芋精粉、卡拉胶、并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到加热后的糖浆 中,继续搅拌机搅打均匀,并降温至70℃。称取柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠混 合均匀后,边搅拌边加入到浆料中,继续搅拌均匀。控制产品糖度在 35-40°Brix。称取磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳提 取物、牛磺酸、维生素B2、维生素B6并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到浆 料中,加入葡萄浓缩汁并加水25g,继续搅拌10-15分钟至均匀。称取 黑加仑香精和混合水果香精边搅拌边加入并继续搅拌5分钟至均匀。 保温60℃以上并灌装并冷却,产品形成较软弹、顺滑的冻状。水浴杀 菌后冷却。包装即为成品。

脑力能量果冻的配方如下:磷脂酰丝氨酸0.2g,茶氨酸0.5g,留 兰香提取物0.01g,瓜拉纳提取物1g,牛磺酸0.01g,维生素B20.006g, 维生素B60.006g,果葡糖浆5g,低聚异麦芽糖浆10g,异麦芽酮糖粉 10g,麦芽糊精5g,氯化钾0.15g,柠檬酸0.3g,柠檬酸钾0.2g,魔芋 精粉0.2g,卡拉胶0.1g,梨浓缩汁4g,青柠檬香精0.3g,清凉香精0.04g, 水60g。
其制备方法:按配比称取原料,称取果葡糖浆和低聚异麦芽糖浆 加入水40g,加热至905℃以上化糖;称取异麦芽酮糖、麦芽糊精、氯 化钾、魔芋精粉、卡拉胶、并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到加热后的糖 浆中,继续搅拌机搅打均匀,并降温至70℃。称取柠檬酸和柠檬酸钾 混合均匀后,边搅拌边加入到浆料中,继续搅拌均匀。控制产品糖度 在35-40°Brix。称取磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳 提取物、牛磺酸、维生素B2、维生素B6并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到 浆料中,加入梨浓缩汁并加水25g,继续搅拌10-15分钟至均匀。称取 青柠檬香精和清凉香精边搅拌边加入并继续搅拌5分钟至均匀。保温 60℃以上并灌装并冷却,产品形成较软弹、顺滑的冻状。水浴杀菌后 冷却。包装即为成品。

其制备方法:按配比称取原料,称取低聚麦芽糖浆加入水40g, 加热至90℃以上化糖;称取低聚异麦芽糖、魔芋精粉并混合均匀,边 搅拌边加入到加热后的糖浆中,继续搅拌机搅打均匀,并降温至70℃。 称取柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠混合均匀后,边搅拌边加入到浆料中,继续搅 拌均匀。控制产品糖度在35-40°Brix。称取磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、 留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳提取物、牛磺酸、维生素B2、维生素B6并混合 均匀,边搅拌边加入到浆料中,加入葡萄浓缩汁并加水15g,继续搅 拌10-15分钟至均匀。称取混合水果香精边搅拌边加入并继续搅拌5分 钟至均匀。保温60℃以上并灌装,产品形成较软弹、顺滑的软冻状。 水浴杀菌后冷却。包装即为成品。

其制备方法:按配比称取原料,称取果葡糖浆加入水40g,加热 至90℃以上化糖;称取异麦芽酮糖、魔芋精粉、乳酸钙并混合均匀, 边搅拌边加入到加热后的糖浆中,继续搅拌机搅打均匀,并降温至 70℃。称取柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠混合均匀后,边搅拌边加入到浆料中, 继续搅拌均匀。控制产品糖度在35-40°Brix。称取磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶 氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳提取物、牛磺酸、维生素B2、维生素B6、 维生素B12并混合均匀,边搅拌边加入到浆料中,加入葡萄浓缩汁并 加水20g,继续搅拌10-15分钟至均匀。称取黑加仑香精边搅拌边加入 并继续搅拌5分钟至均匀。保温60℃以上并灌装,产品形成较软弹、 顺滑的流质的软冻状。水浴杀菌后冷却。包装即为成品。
实施例8
脑力能量果冻的配方如下:磷脂酰丝氨酸0.1g,茶氨酸0.2g,留 兰香提取物0.15g,瓜拉纳提取物0.3g,牛磺酸0.05g,维生素B20.002g, 维生素B60.002g,维生素B120.000002g,果葡糖浆10g,异麦芽酮糖5g, 乳酸钙0.2g,柠檬酸0.2g,柠檬酸钠0.10g,魔芋精粉0.4g,葡萄浓缩 汁2g,黑加仑香精0.3g,水60g。
其制备方法其制备方法同实施例7的描述。
实验例功效试验
1、实验对象和方法
1.1动物实验对象
雄性SD大鼠,体质量180~220g,设正常对照组、模型组、阳性 对照组(市售补脑健脑保健产品)、实施例1、实施例8。除正常对照 组外,其余各组大鼠均腹腔注射D-半乳糖(50mg·kg-1),连续12周, 并于第6周侧脑室注射β-AP25-35复制AD大鼠模型。每只大鼠腹腔注 射青霉素钠3.0×104U,连续3d。造模大鼠除实施例1外,其余各组均 有1只大鼠死亡。从造模第1天各给药组开始按体质量10mL·kg-1灌 胃给药,正常对照组与模型组灌胃给予等量生理盐水,每天1次,连 续12周,阳性对照组、实施例1、实施例8分别给予6g·kg-1食用量。
1.2实验方法
于给药第13周,各组取6只大鼠,断头取大脑,用预冷生理盐水 冲洗表面血液,滤纸擦干,以质量体积比1∶9加入4℃生理盐水,制 成10%匀浆,3000r·min-1低温离心15min,取上清液,按试剂盒说 明,用722分光光度计测定大脑组织SOD、MDA、AchE含量;用酶联 免疫吸附法(ELISA)法测定脑组织LPO含量。
过氧化脂质(LPO)试剂盒,美国Sigma公司;超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)试剂盒,均购于 南京建成生物技术研究所。
1.3结果统计
所有数据均以均数±标准差(x±s)表示,采用SAS6.12统计软 件,以t检验进行组间差异分析。
2、实验结果
2.1对AD大鼠脑组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA) 水平的影响

与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织MDA含量明显增加(P< 0.05),SOD含量明显下降(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,实施例1及阳 性对照组大鼠脑组织中MDA的含量明显减少(P<0.05),SOD的含 量明显增加(P<0.05),见表1。
2.2对AD大鼠脑组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、过氧化脂质(LPO) 含量的影响

与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织AchE、LPO含量显著增加 (P<0.01)。与模型组比较,实施例1及阳性对照组大鼠脑组织中AchE 含量明显减少(P<0.01);实施例1大鼠脑组织中LPO含量明显减少(P <0.05),见表2。
以D-半乳糖与β-AP25-35联合诱导老年痴呆小鼠模型,行为学上 具有明显的学习认知障碍和记忆减退的症状,脑组织中SOD活性明显 下降,MDA、脂褐素含量显著升高。采用此法复制大鼠模型,以脑 组织SOD、MDA、AchE和LPO含量为微观观察指标,进一步考察验 证结果表明,模型组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显下降,脑组织中SOD明 显下降,MDA、AchE、LPO显著升高;实施例1能明显提升AD大鼠 的学习记忆能力,显著增加大鼠脑组织中SOD含量,降低MDA、LPO、 AchE含量,故抑制胆碱酯酶分解,通过抑制胆碱酶活性的途径改善 学习记忆的功能。
其与实施例2-7的功效实验与实施例1、实施例8基本一致。
3、结论
食用本发明得到的磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉 纳提取物、牛磺酸、复合碳水化合物、维生素、矿物质后迅速进入机 体代谢系统,为大脑及时补充能量,更进一步通过“舒缓、保护、增 强”三重作用,直接增强了大脑的工作状态,从根本上解决用脑疲劳, 记忆力下降等问题,同时达到长期有效的健脑益智的目的。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了 详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这 对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神 的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种提高脑力的组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:磷脂酰丝氨酸0.1份,茶氨酸0.3份,留兰香提取物0.2份,瓜拉纳提取物0.5份,牛磺酸0.05份;
所述组合物还包括复合碳水化合物10-70份;所述复合碳水化合物选自麦芽糊精、低聚麦芽糖、低聚异麦芽糖、果葡糖浆或异麦芽酮糖中的一种或几种;
所述组合物还包括维生素,所述维生素选自维生素B2、维生素B6或维生素B12中的一种或多种;所述维生素B2为0.002-0.02重量份、维生素B6为0.002-0.02重量份,维生素B12为0.000002-0.000006重量份;
所述组合物还包括矿物质;所述矿物质选自氯化钾、柠檬酸钾或乳酸钙中的一种或多种;所述乳酸钙为0.01-0.4重量份、柠檬酸钾为0.05-0.4重量份、氯化钾为0.1-0.5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高脑力的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物还包括助剂0.1-10份;所述助剂选自魔芋精粉、卡拉胶、黄原胶、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、苹果酸、食用盐、苹果浓缩汁、葡萄浓缩汁或梨浓缩汁中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的提高脑力的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物还包括香精0.5-5份;所述香精选自青柠檬香精、香蕉香精、清凉香精、牛奶香精、混合水果香精或黑加仑香精中的一种或几种。
4.一种能量果冻,其特征在于,含有权利要求1-3任一项所述组合物。
5.权利要求4所述能量果冻的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将复合碳水化合物于90-105℃化糖,控制糖度在35~40°Brix,再将各组分依据其自身特性加入磷脂酰丝氨酸、茶氨酸、留兰香提取物、瓜拉纳提取物和牛磺酸的混合物中,搅匀,保温灌装并冷却,形成软冻状,水浴杀菌后冷却。
