Abstract
The invention relates to the field of construction of tower crane foundations, in particular to a device and a method for reinforcing uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation. Comprises a tower crane body and a tower crane foundation; the tower crane body is erected on the tower crane foundation, and a new pouring concrete slab, a steel bar and a channel steel are arranged at the uneven settlement position of the tower crane foundation; the steel bars are implanted on the side face of the settlement and welded with the channel steel, and the channel steel is placed on the concrete slab. According to the invention, the steel bars are planted on the side edges of the original tower crane foundation, the steel bars are welded by the channel steel, the I-steel is placed on the newly poured concrete slab surface beside the foundation, and the tower crane foundation is provided with a hand which is supported on the hard ground, so that the tower crane foundation can be effectively ensured not to be settled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of construction of tower crane foundations, in particular to a device and a method for reinforcing uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation.
Background
The tower crane is an important device for hoisting and transporting in the building industry, is used as a raw material for construction such as steel bars, wood ribs, concrete, steel pipes and the like for hoisting construction, and plays an increasingly large role in building construction, cargo transportation and the like due to the characteristics of strong retractility and large bearing capacity of the tower crane along with the high-speed development of urban construction in China. Because of the rapid development of high-rise buildings, the use amount of the vertical transportation mechanical tower crane in construction is increased sharply, and serious safety accidents of tower crane overturning also occur frequently. In engineering practice, the tower crane sometimes has uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation, so that the risk of tower crane overturning exists.
The prior art has no specific solution to the uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation, and the traditional construction technical solution comprises the following steps: 1. reworking a tower crane foundation; 2. the free height of the tower crane is reduced; 3. compacting and grouting. The traditional construction technology solution has the problems of time and labor waste, uncontrollable process, difficult immediate effect of results and the like, and has no method for well solving the problem of uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a device for reinforcing uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation comprises a tower crane body and the tower crane foundation; the tower crane body is erected on the tower crane foundation, and a new pouring concrete slab, a steel bar and a channel steel are arranged at the uneven settlement position of the tower crane foundation; the steel bars are implanted on the side face of the settlement and welded with the channel steel, and the channel steel is placed on the concrete slab.
Further, the concrete slab is poured beside the uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation, the width and the length of the concrete slab are the same as those of the tower crane foundation, and the elevation of the surface of the concrete slab is the same as the elevation of the bottom of the tower crane foundation.
Furthermore, two reinforcing bars are respectively arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface of the settlement.
Furthermore, the number of the channel steels is two, and the channel steels are respectively placed on the left side and the right side of the concrete slab.
The invention also provides a method for overcoming uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation, which comprises the following steps:
s1, pouring concrete plates beside a settlement azimuth of a tower crane foundation, wherein the elevation of the plate surface of the concrete plates is the same as the elevation of the bottom of a bearing platform of the tower crane foundation.

S3, placing two channel steels on the concrete slab along the direction of the tower crane foundation, wherein one channel steel is left and right, and each channel steel is welded with two steel bars on the same side in the S2.
S4, if sedimentation occurs in a plurality of directions, repeating the steps S1, S2 and S3 when sedimentation occurs in the directions.
The key point of the invention is that the side edge of the original tower crane foundation is planted with the steel bar, the steel bar is welded with the planted steel bar, the I-steel is placed on the newly poured concrete slab surface beside the foundation, so that the uneven settlement part is supported, and the tower crane foundation is not settled any more.
Further, the thickness of the concrete slab in the step S1 can be changed according to the actual weight of the tower crane, and the width and the length can be the same as the length and the width of the foundation.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a device for reinforcing uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation comprises a tower crane body 1 and a tower crane foundation 2; the tower crane body 1 is erected on the tower crane foundation 2, and a new pouring concrete slab 3, a reinforcing steel bar 4 and a channel steel 5 are arranged at the uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation 2; the steel bars 4 are planted on the side face of the subsidence part and welded with the channel steel 5, and the channel steel 5 is placed on the concrete slab 3.
Furthermore, the concrete slab 3 is poured beside the uneven settlement of the tower crane foundation 2, the width and the length of the concrete slab 3 are the same as the length and the width of the tower crane foundation 2, and the elevation of the surface is the same as the elevation of the bottom of the tower crane foundation 2.

2. The device for reinforcing uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation according to claim 1, wherein the number of the channel steels (5) is two, and the channel steels are respectively placed on the left side and the right side of the concrete slab (3).
3. A method for overcoming uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation by using the uneven settlement reinforcing device for the tower crane foundation according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
s1, pouring a concrete plate (3) beside a settlement azimuth of a tower crane foundation (2), wherein the elevation of the plate surface of the concrete plate (3) is the same as the elevation of the bottom of a bearing platform of the tower crane foundation (2);
s2, respectively implanting two steel bars (4) on two side surfaces of the settlement azimuth of the tower crane foundation (2), wherein the steel bars (4) are provided with extension lengths;
s3, two channel steels (5) are placed on the concrete slab (3) along the direction of the tower crane foundation (2), one channel steel is placed on the left side and the other channel steel is placed on the right side, and each channel steel (5) is welded with two steel bars (4) on the same side in the S2;
s4, if sedimentation occurs in a plurality of directions, repeating the steps S1, S2 and S3 when sedimentation occurs in the directions.
4. A method of overcoming uneven settlement of a tower crane foundation according to claim 3, wherein the thickness of the concrete slab (3) in S1 is changed according to the actual weight of the tower crane, and the width, length and foundation are the same length and width.
