Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a special cleaning agent for a tire release agent, and belongs to the technical field of cleaning agents.
Background
The silicone oil type release agent is a silicone oil secondary processed product prepared by using silicone oil as a base oil, a dispersing component and various auxiliaries, and has the forms of oil type, emulsion type, solvent type, ointment type, aerosol type and the like. It is widely used in rubber, plastic and shell mold casting industries.
The silicone release agent used for rubber tyre forming processing is prepared by using methyl silicone oil or benzyl silicone oil, radical-terminated silicone oil and a small amount of silicon resin with active reaction group silicon radical as main polymer, matching with a proper amount of alkoxy silane cross-linking agent and organic tin stannate catalyst, and then adding additives such as wetting agent, bactericide and the like. The release agent has the advantages of stable storage, good release effect and long service life. When the rubber is used for molding processing of pneumatic tires or semi-pneumatic tires, the peeling friction force of the outer surface of the tire from the surface of a steel film is low, and the separation lubricity of the inner surface of the tire and an inflatable air bag is good.
The silicon oil release agent is used in a large amount in the tire industry, the produced tire is often provided with various complicated substances, the cleaning of the tire is difficult, the effect of the cleaning agent on the market is not obvious at present, and the requirement of additionally processing a part of tires cannot be met.
In order to solve the problem that the conventional detergent cannot well remove the residual silicone release agent on the tire, publication No. 102925305B discloses a water-based detergent for removing silicone grease and silicone oil, which is mainly used for silicone grease of a lubrication system of a motor car. However, such a single-function cleaning agent cannot be applied to other fields.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the special cleaning agent for the tire release agent, which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, low cost and simple raw material types.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the special cleaning agent for the tire release agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 160 parts of gasoline 150-one, 50-60 parts of kerosene, 10-30 parts of surfactant, 3-5 parts of perfluorohexyl n-octane, 4-6 parts of hexamethylenetetramine, 2-6 parts of solvent, 2-4 parts of auxiliary additive, 3-5 parts of aqueous covering liquid, 3-7 parts of essence and 3-5 parts of pigment.
In the existing cleaning agent proportion, a common surfactant and a part of lipid and other substances are generally simply mixed, the impurity solubility is poor, the applicable field is narrow, the cleaning effect cannot be well exerted, and the common cleaning agent often has pungent smell. Although the main components of the formula of the cleaning agent are simple, gasoline and kerosene are used as common hydrocarbon and are often the mixture of hydrocarbons with different carbon atoms, the cleaning agent can well dissolve silicone oil residues by utilizing the similar compatibility principle, has small damage to the cleaned object, has strong pertinence, has obvious cleaning effect on the object with the silicone oil compound residues, has less impurity residues, and is matched with non-toxic essence and pigment to adjust the comprehensive value of the cleaning agent. The perfluorohexyl n-octane is usually used for biological cleaning, and the toxicity of the perfluorohexyl n-octane to organisms is researched more, but the cleaning effect can be greatly improved by utilizing the good intermiscibility of the perfluorohexyl n-octane to silicone oil substances and adding a small amount of the perfluorohexyl n-octane into a cleaning agent formula.
Preferably, in the cleaning agent, the surfactant comprises sodium heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate, sodium petroleum carboxylate and polyacrylamide.
Further preferably, the petroleum sodium sulfonate and the heavy alkyl benzene sodium sulfonate are a compound according to the mass ratio of 3-5: 1.
Further preferably, the sodium petrocarboxylate and the polyacrylamide are a compound in a mass ratio of 1-3: 1.
The compounding ratio of different components is controlled, so that the interfacial tension of a cleaning agent system can be effectively increased, the interfacial tension is enlarged, silicone oil impurities can be effectively wrapped, and the silicone oil impurities can be removed more thoroughly.
Preferably, in the cleaning agent, the solvent is one or two of carbon tetrachloride and acetone, the auxiliary agent is one or two of N-methylpyrrolidone and pyridine, and the aqueous covering liquid is one or more of sodium lauryl sulfate, triethanolamine and water. The solvent can break the possible layering phenomenon between various mixed substances due to incompatibility, the auxiliary agent can promote the use effect of the cleaning agent, and the aqueous covering liquid can isolate the contact of the cleaning agent and air, so that the failure caused by oxidation of effective substances is avoided.
More preferably, the aqueous coating solution is a mixture of sodium lauryl sulfate, triethanolamine and water. The mixture selected by the water-based covering liquid has low density, can float on the surface layer of the cleaning agent and has good isolation effect.
The invention also provides another technical scheme while reasonably selecting the material proportion:
a preparation method of a special cleaning agent for a tire release agent comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: weighing the raw materials according to the components and the weight parts of the cleaning agent, slightly heating the aqueous covering liquid, and externally applying microwave treatment;
(2) preparing a cleaning agent: firstly, mixing gasoline and kerosene, putting the mixture into a container, adding a solvent and the rest materials, then adding a weighed and compounded surfactant along the wall of the container, and finally dripping an auxiliary additive to obtain a cleaning agent;
(3) covering: and pouring the aqueous covering liquid into the cleaning agent along the wall of the container to obtain a finished cleaning agent product.
The synthesis method of the cleaning agent is usually formed by simply mixing various chemical compounds, but the simple mixture can cause the phenomenon of partial precipitation or delamination of effective substances, and is easy to contact with oxygen to cause oxidation failure, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning agent can be greatly reduced, and the expected value cannot be reached. The invention combines the water-based covering liquid and the cleaning agent, can effectively isolate the contact of the outside air and the cleaning agent, simultaneously, the covering liquid does not influence the washing effect of the cleaning agent, and the synthesis process of the cleaning agent is also carried out step by step, so as to exert the optimal performance of various substances.
Preferably, in the step (1), the temperature of the micro-heating is 50-70 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 5-10 min.
Preferably, in the step (1), the power of the microwave treatment is 250-350W, and the treatment time is 5-10 min.
The reason for this is that the mixing of the aqueous coating solution is improved and the properties are more stable, both by the micro-heat treatment and by the external application of microwaves.
Preferably, step (2) is carried out under a magnetic stirrer. For the stirring of the glass rod, the stirring frequency of the magnetic stirring is stable, the stirring duration is long, and the solution is uniform and stable.
Compared with other materials, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the cleaning agent has the advantages of simple and easily obtained material and good cleaning effect.
(2) The cleaning agent is matched with the aqueous covering liquid, so that the cleaning agent is prevented from being oxidized and losing efficacy.
(3) The preparation method of the product is simple and convenient, and the used equipment has small volume and small quantity.
