本发明公开的属于涂料面漆技术领域,具体为一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆包括内部附着涂层和外部致密涂层,所述内部附着涂层的原材料包括水性乳液、溶剂、颜料和功能性添加剂,所述外部致密涂层包括固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶,一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆的制备方法,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆的制备方法的具体制备步骤如下:S1:原料选取;S2:原材料混合;S3:分类存放,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆及其制备方法,防腐作用很好,使得其使用寿命更久,通过致密涂胶喷涂在最外层,具有防粘的效果,能够对内部的漆面起到很好的保护作用,保持表面的洁净。

本发明涉及涂料面漆技术领域,具体为一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着新材料技术的不断进步与发展,随着国家对环保、节能、低碳的日趋重视,越来越多的建筑物采取了防腐措施,尤其在港口码头、海上大跨度桥梁、海洋石油和天然气钻采平台、大型海上停泊设施等海洋构筑物经常暴露于海洋这种恶劣的腐蚀环境下,防腐蚀措施的使用已成为必然,涂料涂装技术是目前采用的有效的,且最为普遍的方法之一。涂料防腐蚀措施,除了其防腐蚀的功能,还担负着装饰、美化建筑物的作用。在目前自然环境日趋恶化的今天,建筑物涂层表面,常常因为汽车尾气、灰尘颗粒、油烟,盐务等污染物,涂层表面很容粘附污染物,不仅影响涂层外观,建筑物的美观,同时也将加快涂层的损坏速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前自然环境日趋恶化的今天,建筑物涂层表面,常常因为汽车尾气、灰尘颗粒、油烟,盐务等污染物,涂层表面很容粘附污染物,不仅影响涂层外观,建筑物的美观,同时也将加快涂层的损坏速度的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆包括内部附着涂层和外部致密涂层,所述内部附着涂层的原材料包括水性乳液、溶剂、颜料和功能性添加剂,所述外部致密涂层包括固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶,所述水性乳液、溶剂、颜料、功能性添加剂、固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶按照质量比重分别为:水性乳液(30-35)份、溶剂(10-15)份、颜料(5-10)份、功能性添加剂(4-11)份、固化剂(10-15)份、防腐胶(10-15)份和致密涂胶(10-20)份。
优选的,所述水性乳液为水性苯丙乳液。
优选的,所述溶剂为乙酮、丙醇、二甲醚中的一种或者几种混合液。
优选的,所述功能性添加剂包括增塑剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂,所述增塑剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂按照质量比重为2:1:1。
优选的,所述固化剂为脂肪胺、脂环胺和聚酰胺中的一种或者几种的混合剂。
优选的,所述防腐胶为聚氯乙烯树脂。
优选的,所述致密涂胶为聚四氟乙烯涂胶。
一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆的制备方法,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆的制备方法的具体制备步骤如下:
S1:原料选取:将水性乳液、溶剂、颜料、功能性添加剂、固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶选取,并过滤去粉剂内的杂质;
S2:原材料混合:将水性乳液与溶剂混合搅拌2-3分钟,使得水性乳液与溶剂的色泽均匀,将颜料、功能性添加剂加入混合好的水性乳液与溶剂混合剂中,将防腐胶、一半的固化剂混合搅拌3-5分钟,将致密涂胶与另一半的固化剂混合均匀;
S3:分类存放:将步骤S2中三组混合涂料制剂分三份存放,存放的温度为15摄氏度以下,存放时间小于3小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该自清洁防腐涂料面漆及其制备方法,防腐作用很好,使得其使用寿命更久,通过致密涂胶喷涂在最外层,具有防粘的效果,能够对内部的漆面起到很好的保护作用,保持表面的洁净。

其中,所述水性乳液为水性苯丙乳液,所述溶剂为乙酮、丙醇、二甲醚中的一种或者几种混合液,所述功能性添加剂包括增塑剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂,所述增塑剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂按照质量比重为2:1:1,所述固化剂为脂肪胺、脂环胺和聚酰胺中的一种或者几种的混合剂,所述防腐胶为聚氯乙烯树脂,所述致密涂胶为聚四氟乙烯涂胶。
一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆的制备方法,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆的制备方法的具体制备步骤如下:
S1:原料选取:将水性乳液、溶剂、颜料、功能性添加剂、固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶选取,并过滤去粉剂内的杂质;
S2:原材料混合:将水性乳液与溶剂混合搅拌2-3分钟,使得水性乳液与溶剂的色泽均匀,将颜料、功能性添加剂加入混合好的水性乳液与溶剂混合剂中,将防腐胶、一半的固化剂混合搅拌3-5分钟,将致密涂胶与另一半的固化剂混合均匀;
S3:分类存放:将步骤S2中三组混合涂料制剂分三份存放,存放的温度为15摄氏度以下,存放时间小于3小时。

1.一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆,该自清洁防腐涂料面漆包括内部附着涂层和外部致密涂层,其特征在于:所述内部附着涂层的原材料包括水性乳液、溶剂、颜料和功能性添加剂,所述外部致密涂层包括固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶,所述水性乳液、溶剂、颜料、功能性添加剂、固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶按照质量比重分别为:水性乳液(30-35)份、溶剂(10-15)份、颜料(5-10)份、功能性添加剂(4-11)份、固化剂(10-15)份、防腐胶(10-15)份和致密涂胶(10-20)份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆,其特征在于:所述水性乳液为水性苯丙乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁防腐涂料面漆,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙酮、丙醇、二甲醚中的一种或者几种混合液。

S1:原料选取:将水性乳液、溶剂、颜料、功能性添加剂、固化剂、防腐胶和致密涂胶选取,并过滤去粉剂内的杂质;
S2:原材料混合:将水性乳液与溶剂混合搅拌2-3分钟,使得水性乳液与溶剂的色泽均匀,将颜料、功能性添加剂加入混合好的水性乳液与溶剂混合剂中,将防腐胶、一半的固化剂混合搅拌3-5分钟,将致密涂胶与另一半的固化剂混合均匀;
