本发明提供了一种牛蛙营养饲料,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米60~70份、小麦50~60份、豆粕50~60份、食用菌混合物40~50份、鱼虾皮30~45份、马铃薯粉30~45份、硒甲硫氨酸6~8份、低聚糖5~9份、保加利亚乳杆菌剂1~3份、双歧杆菌菌剂1~2份、食盐0.7~0.9份、动物维生素制剂0.6~0.8份、动物复合矿物质0.4~0.6份、芥子油甙0.1~0.2份、芦丁0.1~0.2份、迷迭香酸0.1~0.2。本发明提供的牛蛙营养饲料,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,吸收快,可抗菌消炎,抗病毒,增强牛蛙抵抗力,降低疾病发生率,减少人力和财力消耗,增加牛蛙的产量和质量,增加养殖收入。

本发明属于养殖饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种牛蛙营养饲料。
背景技术
牛蛙,因其叫声大而得名,鸣叫声宏亮酷似牛叫,故名牛蛙。为北美最大的蛙类。原产于美国东部数州,后被引进西部各州和其他国家。牛蛙具有生长快份、味道鲜美份、营养丰富份、蛋白质含量高等优点,是名贵食品。也可以出口创汇。牛蛙生长快,肉质细嫩,味鲜美,是低脂肪高蛋白的高级营养食品;牛蛙的营养价值非常丰富,味道鲜美。牛蛙还有滋补解毒的功效,消化功能差或胃酸过多的人以及体质弱的人可以用来滋补身体。牛蛙可以促进人体气血旺盛,精力充沛,滋阴壮阳,有养心安神补气之功效,有利于病人的康复。每100克蛙肉中含蛋白质19.9克,脂肪0.3克,是一种高蛋白质份、低脂肪份、低胆固醇营养食品,备受人们的喜爱。
蛙皮可制作高级皮革,其草皮薄份、柔软份、坚韧,是制造上等钱包的材料,皮带份、领带份、皮鞋份、乐器份、外科手术线的优良原料。牛蛙的内脏及其下脚料含有丰富的蛋白质,经水解,生成复合胺基酸。其中,精胺酸份、离氨酸含量较高,是良好的食品添加剂和滋补品。水解的复合胺基酸,经分离提纯,用于医药,化妆工业。牛蛙的内分泌系统分泌各种激素,经提取可用於医药份、工业生产和科学研究。
发明内容
为解决以上现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种牛蛙营养饲料。
一种牛蛙营养饲料,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米60~70份、小麦50~60份、豆粕50~60份、食用菌混合物40~50份、鱼虾皮30~45份、马铃薯粉30~45份、硒甲硫氨酸6~8份、低聚糖5~9份、保加利亚乳杆菌剂1~3份、双歧杆菌菌剂1~2份、食盐0.7~0.9份、动物维生素制剂0.6~0.8份、动物复合矿物质0.4~0.6份、芥子油甙0.1~0.2份、芦丁0.1~0.2份、迷迭香酸0.1~0.2份。
本发明所述牛蛙营养饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米份、小麦和豆粕洗净,67~75℃的热水浸泡3~4小时,蒸熟,加入大豆低聚糖,打浆,过100~120目筛,得粗粮浆;
(2)将食用菌和鱼虾皮进行打浆,过120~140目筛,加入马铃薯粉,121℃高压灭菌30~50分钟,取出,得食用菌鱼虾浆;
(3)将粗粮浆和食用菌鱼虾浆混合,接入葡萄酒酵母菌剂,33~35℃恒温发酵6~8小时,得葡萄酒酵母菌发酵浆;
(4)向酵母发酵浆加入富硒麦芽和硒甲硫氨酸,混合均匀,接入双歧杆菌菌剂,42~44℃恒温发酵3~4小时,加入食盐,混合均匀,得双歧杆菌发酵浆;
(5)将双歧杆菌发酵浆在43~45℃进行真空浓缩,至水分含量为双歧杆菌发酵浆重量的35~37%(w/w),加入维生素制剂份、动物复合矿物质份、芥子油甙份、虫草素份、芦丁和迷迭香酸,搅拌均匀,进行膨化,造粒,粒径为1.5~2mm,得富硒牛蛙牛蛙饲料半成品;
(6)称重,真空包装,紫外灭菌40~50分钟,得成品。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种牛蛙营养饲料,本发明所述饲料营养丰富,制备方法对设备要求低,投资少,适合工业化生产;加入的富硒原料富含有机硒,同时添加多种维生素和矿物质,营养均衡,促进营养元素的吸收利用,增加牛蛙有机硒含量,增强保健功能,能够抗氧化,抗衰老,抗癌,增强免疫力,保护心脑血管,延年益寿;原料丰富,经两次微生物发酵,并进行膨化,营养丰富,吸收快,适口性好,增加牛蛙摄食量,迅速增加体重,顺利完成驯化,提高牛蛙成活率;最后加入多种植物有效成分提取剂,保持长期有效性,可抗菌消炎,抗病毒,增强牛蛙抵抗力,降低疾病发生率,减少人力和财力消耗,增加牛蛙的产量和质量,增加养殖收入。

一种牛蛙营养饲料,其特征在于,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米60份、小麦50份、豆粕50份、食用菌混合物40份、鱼虾皮30份、马铃薯粉30份、硒甲硫氨酸6份、低聚糖5份、保加利亚乳杆菌剂1份、双歧杆菌菌剂1份、食盐0.7份、动物维生素制剂0.6份、动物复合矿物质0.4份、芥子油甙0.1份、芦丁0.1份、迷迭香酸0.1份。
实施例2
一种牛蛙营养饲料,其特征在于,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米70份、小麦60份、豆粕60份、食用菌混合物50份、鱼虾皮45份、马铃薯粉45份、硒甲硫氨酸8份、低聚糖9份、保加利亚乳杆菌剂3份、双歧杆菌菌剂2份、食盐0.9份、动物维生素制剂0.8份、动物复合矿物质0.6份、芥子油甙0.2份、芦丁0.2份、迷迭香酸0.2份。
实施例3
一种牛蛙营养饲料,其特征在于,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米65份、小麦55份、豆粕55份、食用菌混合物45份、鱼虾皮35份、马铃薯粉35份、硒甲硫氨酸7份、低聚糖8份、保加利亚乳杆菌剂2份、双歧杆菌菌剂1份、食盐0.8份、动物维生素制剂0.7份、动物复合矿物质0.5份、芥子油甙0.15份、芦丁0.15份、迷迭香酸0.15份。
以上实施例所述饲料的制备方法如下:一种牛蛙营养饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米份、小麦和豆粕洗净,67~75℃的热水浸泡3~4小时,蒸熟,加入大豆低聚糖,打浆,过100~120目筛,得粗粮浆;
(2)将食用菌和鱼虾皮进行打浆,过120~140目筛,加入马铃薯粉,121℃高压灭菌30~50分钟,取出,得食用菌鱼虾浆;
(3)将粗粮浆和食用菌鱼虾浆混合,接入葡萄酒酵母菌剂,33~35℃恒温发酵6~8小时,得葡萄酒酵母菌发酵浆;
(4)向酵母发酵浆加入富硒麦芽和硒甲硫氨酸,混合均匀,接入双歧杆菌菌剂,42~44℃恒温发酵3~4小时,加入食盐,混合均匀,得双歧杆菌发酵浆;
(5)将双歧杆菌发酵浆在43~45℃进行真空浓缩,至水分含量为双歧杆菌发酵浆重量的35~37%(w/w),加入维生素制剂份、动物复合矿物质份、芥子油甙份、虫草素份、芦丁和迷迭香酸,搅拌均匀,进行膨化,造粒,粒径为1.5~2mm,得富硒牛蛙牛蛙饲料半成品;
(6)称重,真空包装,紫外灭菌40~50分钟,得成品。

1.一种牛蛙营养饲料,其特征在于,由以下原料重量份的原料制成:富硒玉米60~70份、小麦50~60份、豆粕50~60份、食用菌混合物40~50份、鱼虾皮30~45份、马铃薯粉30~45份、硒甲硫氨酸6~8份、低聚糖5~9份、保加利亚乳杆菌剂1~3份、双歧杆菌菌剂1~2份、食盐0.7~0.9份、动物维生素制剂0.6~0.8份、动物复合矿物质0.4~0.6份、芥子油甙0.1~0.2份、芦丁0.1~0.2份、迷迭香酸0.1~0.2份。
2.权利要求1所述的一种牛蛙营养饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将富硒玉米份、小麦和豆粕洗净,67~75℃的热水浸泡3~4小时,蒸熟,加入大豆低聚糖,打浆,过100~120目筛,得粗粮浆;
(2)将食用菌和鱼虾皮进行打浆,过120~140目筛,加入马铃薯粉,121℃高压灭菌30~50分钟,取出,得食用菌鱼虾浆;
(3)将粗粮浆和食用菌鱼虾浆混合,接入葡萄酒酵母菌剂,33~35℃恒温发酵6~8小时,得葡萄酒酵母菌发酵浆;
(4)向酵母发酵浆加入富硒麦芽和硒甲硫氨酸,混合均匀,接入双歧杆菌菌剂,42~44℃恒温发酵3~4小时,加入食盐,混合均匀,得双歧杆菌发酵浆;
(5)将双歧杆菌发酵浆在43~45℃进行真空浓缩,至水分含量为双歧杆菌发酵浆重量的35~37%(w/w),加入维生素制剂份、动物复合矿物质份、芥子油甙份、虫草素份、芦丁和迷迭香酸,搅拌均匀,进行膨化,造粒,粒径为1.5~2mm,得富硒牛蛙牛蛙饲料半成品;
(6)称重,真空包装,紫外灭菌40~50分钟,得成品。
