本发明涉及一种镁合金水溶性切削液,主要由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂10‑15份、极压耐磨剂5‑8份、缓蚀剂0.5‑1.2份、油酸钠3‑5份、石油磺酸钡0.5‑2.1份、耦合剂0.2‑0.4份、脂肪酸甘油酯2.5‑3.5份、酯类油性剂0.5‑5份、消泡剂0.1‑0.2份、环烷基油0.1‑0.3份、太古油0.1‑0.3份、乳化剂0.1‑0.5份、棕榈油0.3‑0.6份、金属表面活性剂0.5‑1.5份。本发明的镁合金水溶性切削液能够完全溶于水,环境友好性强,不会产生重金属废水,且润滑性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及镁合金加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种镁合金水溶性切削液。
背景技术
镁合金由于其优异的性能被广泛的应用于各大机械加工领域,但是现有的镁合金板在切削时采用油性的切削液,易造成环境污染,且切削液配制的成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种适用于镁合金的特制的水溶性的切削液,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种镁合金水溶性切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂10-15份、极压耐磨剂5-8份、缓蚀剂0.5-1.2份、油酸钠3-5份、石油磺酸钡0.5-2.1份、耦合剂0.2-0.4份、脂肪酸甘油酯2.5-3.5份、酯类油性剂0.5-5份、消泡剂0.1-0.2份、环烷基油0.1-0.3份、太古油0.1-0.3份、乳化剂0.1-0.5份、棕榈油0.3-0.6份、金属表面活性剂0.5-1.5份。
进一步的,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂12.5份、极压耐磨剂6.5份、缓蚀剂0.85份、油酸钠4份、石油磺酸钡1.3份、耦合剂0.3份、脂肪酸甘油酯3份、酯类油性剂2.75份、消泡剂0.15份、环烷基油0.2份、太古油0.2份、乳化剂0.3份、棕榈油0.45份、金属表面活性剂1份。
进一步的,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂10份、极压耐磨剂5份、缓蚀剂0.5份、油酸钠3份、石油磺酸钡0.5份、耦合剂0.2份、脂肪酸甘油酯2.5份、酯类油性剂0.5份、消泡剂0.1份、环烷基油0.1份、太古油0.1份、乳化剂0.1份、棕榈油0.3份、金属表面活性剂0.5份。
进一步的,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂15份、极压耐磨剂8份、缓蚀剂1.2份、油酸钠5份、石油磺酸钡2.1份、耦合剂0.4份、脂肪酸甘油酯3.5份、酯类油性剂5份、消泡剂0.2份、环烷基油0.3份、太古油0.3份、乳化剂0.5份、棕榈油0.6份、金属表面活性剂1.5份。
本发明的有益效果在于:能够完全溶于水,环境友好性强,不会产生重金属废水,且润滑性能好,且相较于油性的切削液具有成本低、制备工艺简单的优点。

一种镁合金水溶性切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂12.5份、极压耐磨剂6.5份、缓蚀剂0.85份、油酸钠4份、石油磺酸钡1.3份、耦合剂0.3份、脂肪酸甘油酯3份、酯类油性剂2.75份、消泡剂0.15份、环烷基油0.2份、太古油0.2份、乳化剂0.3份、棕榈油0.45份、金属表面活性剂1份。
实施例2、
一种镁合金水溶性切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂10份、极压耐磨剂5份、缓蚀剂0.5份、油酸钠3份、石油磺酸钡0.5份、耦合剂0.2份、脂肪酸甘油酯2.5份、酯类油性剂0.5份、消泡剂0.1份、环烷基油0.1份、太古油0.1份、乳化剂0.1份、棕榈油0.3份、金属表面活性剂0.5份。
实施例3、
一种镁合金水溶性切削液,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂15份、极压耐磨剂8份、缓蚀剂1.2份、油酸钠5份、石油磺酸钡2.1份、耦合剂0.4份、脂肪酸甘油酯3.5份、酯类油性剂5份、消泡剂0.2份、环烷基油0.3份、太古油0.3份、乳化剂0.5份、棕榈油0.6份、金属表面活性剂1.5份。

1.一种镁合金水溶性切削液,其特征在于,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂10-15份、极压耐磨剂5-8份、缓蚀剂0.5-1.2份、油酸钠3-5份、石油磺酸钡0.5-2.1份、耦合剂0.2-0.4份、脂肪酸甘油酯2.5-3.5份、酯类油性剂0.5-5份、消泡剂0.1-0.2份、环烷基油0.1-0.3份、太古油0.1-0.3份、乳化剂0.1-0.5份、棕榈油0.3-0.6份、金属表面活性剂0.5-1.5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种镁合金水溶性切削液,其特征在于,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:润滑剂12.5份、极压耐磨剂6.5份、缓蚀剂0.85份、油酸钠4份、石油磺酸钡1.3份、耦合剂0.3份、脂肪酸甘油酯3份、酯类油性剂2.75份、消泡剂0.15份、环烷基油0.2份、太古油0.2份、乳化剂0.3份、棕榈油0.45份、金属表面活性剂1份。
