一种高压电气密封罐。涉及对高压电气密封罐的改进。密封效果好,密封均匀紧密。包括罐体和罐盖,所述罐盖盖合在罐体的开口上,所述罐体的内壁上开设有若干不等深的弧形凹槽,每个所述弧形凹槽的底部设有弧形凸起;所述罐盖的外缘上设有与所述弧形凹槽相适应的弧形凸缘,所述弧形凸缘的中间设有密封圈容置槽,所述密封圈容置槽内设有密封圈。密封效果好,具有密封均匀紧密且能够对不规则的密封点进行补偿的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压电气容器,尤其涉及对高压电气密封罐的改进。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,高压电气设备应用越来越广泛,为了保证人身安全,同时也为保障高压电气设备的运行环境稳定,通常需要将高压电气设备放置在密封罐中密封运行,这样就对高压电气密封罐的密封性能要求较高。现有的密封罐大多采用在罐体上利用切削工艺开设密封槽,通过在密封槽内设置密封圈来实现罐体与罐盖之间的密封,但是由于加工工艺的限制,在实际加工过程中罐体通常为不规则的圆形,在这样的密封槽中设置密封圈导致有的密封点接触紧密,密封效果好而有的密封点密封不紧密,影响密封效果。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种密封效果好,密封均匀紧密的高压电气密封罐。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高压电气密封罐,包括罐体和罐盖,所述罐盖盖合在罐体的开口上,所述罐体的内壁上开设有若干不等深的弧形凹槽,每个所述弧形凹槽的底部设有弧形凸起;
所述罐盖的外缘上设有与所述弧形凹槽相适应的弧形凸缘,所述弧形凸缘的中间设有密封圈容置槽,所述密封圈容置槽内设有密封圈。
所述密封圈与所述密封圈容置槽之间设有弹性部件,所述弹性部件包括设于所述密封圈容置槽底部的弹簧和设于所述弹簧顶端的推板,所述密封圈设于所述推板上。
所述罐体的内壁上设有气密性检测装置,所述气密性检测装置包括设于所述罐体的内壁上的若干传感器以及设于所述罐体的外壁上的检测装置,所述传感器与所述检测装置连接。
本发明利用密封圈与弧形凸起配合,接触面小亚压强大,密封性好。弧形凹槽不等深度,深浅之间自然平稳过度,不会形成现有技术中的凸台,造成密封圈破损,密封效果好。利用推板进一步加强密封圈与弧形凸起的紧密接触,同时补偿了由于加工工艺限制而形成的密封不均匀的问题,取得较好的密封效果。在罐壁上设有气密性检测装置,能够在生产出来后及时检测气密性,及时发现残次品,提高成品率。
在进行密封时,首先将罐盖的一侧与弧形凹槽相适配,此时与罐体接触一侧的推板由于推力作用收缩,再将另外一侧的罐盖推入与之相对应的弧形凹槽中,此时推板在弹簧的作用下推动密封圈与凸起紧密结合,达到较好的密封效果,由于弧形凹槽不等深,且在开槽时不会采用切削工艺所以不会在开设弧形凹槽时候出现有凸台,在进行密封时候不会对密封圈产生损坏,降低密封圈破损的风险,提高密封效果,延长使用寿命。由于一些密封的电气元件需要在相对真空的环境下运行,即需要在密封完成后抽真空,为了检验密封效果,在罐壁上设气密性检测装置,若密封不严密,在抽真空时,外部空气在气压作用下沿着密封的缝隙渗入罐体内,被设置在罐体内的传感器检测到,显示在设置在罐体外壁上的检测装置上,即可进行检验密封效果,及时发现残次品,提高成品率。总之本发明具有密封效果好,密封均匀紧密且能够对不规则的密封点进行补偿的优点。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-4所示,一种高压电气密封罐,包括罐体1和罐盖2,所述罐盖2盖合在罐体1的开口上,所述罐体1的内壁上开设有若干不等深的弧形凹槽11,每个所述弧形凹槽11的底部设有弧形凸起;所述罐盖2的外缘上设有与所述弧形凹槽11相适应的弧形凸缘21,所述弧形凸缘21的中间设有密封圈容置槽22,所述密封圈容置槽22内设有密封圈。利用密封圈与弧形凸起配合,接触面小而压强大,密封性好。弧形凹槽不等深度,深浅之间自然平稳过度,不会形成现有技术中的凸台,造成密封圈破损,密封效果好。
所述密封圈与所述密封圈容置槽22之间设有弹性部件,所述弹性部件包括设于所述密封圈容置槽底部的弹簧222和设于所述弹簧顶端的推板221,所述密封圈设于所述推板221上。利用推板进一步加强密封圈与弧形凸起的紧密接触,同时补偿了由于加工工艺限制而形成的密封不均匀的问题,取得较好的密封效果。
所述罐体1的内壁上设有气密性检测装置,所述气密性检测装置包括设于所述罐体1的内壁上的若干传感器以及设于所述罐体外壁上的检测装置,所述传感器与所述检测装置连接。在罐壁上设有气密性检测装置,能够在生产出来后及时检测气密性,及时发现残次品,提高成品率。
在进行密封时,首先将罐盖的一侧与弧形凹槽相适配,此时与罐体接触一侧的推板由于推力作用收缩,再将另外一侧的罐盖推入与之相对应的弧形凹槽中,此时推板在弹簧的作用下推动密封圈与弧形凸起紧密结合,达到较好的密封效果,由于弧形凹槽不等深,且在开槽时不会采用切削工艺所以不会在开设弧形凹槽时候出现有凸台,在进行密封时候不会对密封圈产生损坏,降低密封圈破损的风险,提高密封效果,延长使用寿命。由于一些密封的电气元件需要在相对真空的环境下运行,即需要在密封完成后抽真空,为了检验密封效果,在罐壁上设气密性检测装置,若密封不严密,在抽真空时,外部空气在气压作用下沿着密封的缝隙渗入罐体内,被设置在罐体内的传感器检测到,显示在设置在罐体外壁上的检测装置上,即可进行检验密封效果,及时发现残次品,提高成品率。

1.一种高压电气密封罐,包括罐体和罐盖,所述罐盖盖合在罐体的开口上,其特征在于,所述罐体的内壁上开设有若干不等深的弧形凹槽,每个所述弧形凹槽的底部设有弧形凸起;
所述罐盖的外缘上设有与所述弧形凹槽相适应的弧形凸缘,所述弧形凸缘的中间设有密封圈容置槽,所述密封圈容置槽内设有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压电气密封罐,其特征在于,所述密封圈与所述密封圈容置槽之间设有弹性部件,所述弹性部件包括设于所述密封圈容置槽底部的弹簧和设于所述弹簧顶端的推板,所述密封圈设于所述推板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高压电气密封罐,其特征在于,所述罐体的内壁上设有气密性检测装置,所述气密性检测装置包括设于所述罐体的内壁上的若干传感器以及设于所述罐体的外壁上的检测装置,所述传感器与所述检测装置连接。
