Abstract

本发明公开了一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,包括充电桩台、支撑板、插台、充电枪、转轴、防护罩、显示屏、蓄电池和底座,所述充电桩台的下方连接有连接柱,且充电桩台通过连接柱和卡块相连接,所述支撑板位于收纳槽的内部,且支撑板上表面安装有太阳能板,所述防护罩的一端固定在托块上,且托块安装在充电桩台的左右两侧,所述转轴贯穿充电桩台,且转轴的两端均连接有托块,所述充蓄电池位于充电桩台的内部。该便于安装的光储一体化充电桩安装方便,配置的防护罩对充电桩能起到保护的作用,不使用时,便于折叠,节约空间,且用于储能的太阳能板能收纳到充电桩内部的收纳槽内,十分方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电桩相关技术领域,具体为一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电,充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电,可分为落地式充电桩、挂壁式充电桩,落地式充电桩适合安装在不靠近墙体的停车位,挂壁式充电桩适合安装在靠近墙体的停车位。
但是现有的充电桩安装复杂,需要一定的人力和物力,且太阳能板与充电桩不是一体化结构,使安装过程更加复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有充电桩安装复杂,储能太阳能板与充电桩需分开安装的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,包括充电桩台、支撑板、插台、充电枪、转轴、防护罩、显示屏、蓄电池和底座,所述充电桩台的下方连接有连接柱,且充电桩台通过连接柱和卡块相连接,所述支撑板位于收纳槽的内部,且支撑板上表面安装有太阳能板,所述插台设置在电桩壳体的侧面,且插台通过固定钉和电桩壳体相连接,所述充电枪的底端连接有电线,且电线贯穿电线孔和充电桩台相连接,所述防护罩的一端固定在托块上,且托块安装在充电桩台的左右两侧,所述转轴贯穿充电桩台,且转轴的两端均连接有托块,所述显示屏设置在充电桩台的表面,所述充蓄电池位于充电桩台的内部,所述底座的下方固定有地下件,且底座的内部设置有卡槽。
优选的,所述充电桩台、连接柱和卡块为一体化结构。
优选的,所述卡块的形状和卡槽的形状相同,且卡块和卡槽的连接方式为卡槽连接。
优选的,所述支撑板和太阳能板的连接方式为粘结连接,且支撑板和太阳能板的厚度之和等于收纳槽的厚度。
优选的,所述托块设置有2个,且2个托块均为长方体结构。
优选的,所述防护罩为可折叠结构,且防护罩与转轴构成转动结构。
优选的,所述底座和地下件为一体化结构,且底座的直径小于地下件的直径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该便于安装的光储一体化充电桩另外配置有地下件,可以埋在地下固定,地下件上方固定有底座,可以与充电桩主体相连接,达到简便安装的目的,且用于储能的太阳能板安装在充电桩的内部,通过抽拉支撑板即可取出使用,非常节约空间,此外,该充电桩的上部还安装有防护罩,对充电桩起到保护作用,
1、防护罩的设计,能防止异物从顶端进入充电桩内部,避免给充电桩造成损坏;
2、托块的设计,可以承载防护罩,使防护罩能更稳定地罩在充电桩的上部;
3、太阳能板通过和支撑板连接,能更安全地抽出或收纳;
4、底座通过和卡块构成卡槽结构,可以使充电桩更方便快速地安装,且能非常稳定,不易倾倒;
5、地下件的设计,能埋在地面,增加了充电桩的稳定性。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,包括充电桩台1、支撑板4、插台6、充电枪8、转轴12、防护罩13、显示屏14、蓄电池16和底座17,充电桩台1的下方连接有连接柱2,且充电桩台1通过连接柱2和卡块3相连接,充电桩台1、连接柱2和卡块3为一体化结构,更加稳固,卡块3的形状和卡槽19的形状相同,且卡块3和卡槽19的连接方式为卡槽连接,使卡块3和卡槽19能方便地结合和分离,支撑板4位于收纳槽15的内部,且支撑板4上表面安装有太阳能板5,支撑板4和太阳能板5的连接方式为粘结连接,且支撑板4和太阳能板5的厚度之和等于收纳槽15的厚度,使支撑板4和太阳能板5能收纳到收纳槽15中,插台6设置在电桩壳体1的侧面,且插台6通过固定钉7和电桩壳体1相连接,充电枪8的底端连接有电线9,且电线9贯穿电线孔10和充电桩台1相连接,防护罩13的一端固定在托块11上,且托块11安装在充电桩台1的左右两侧,托块11设置有2个,且2个托块11均为长方体结构,能对防护罩13起到承托的作用,同时不影响美观,能转轴12贯穿充电桩台1,且转轴12的两端均连接有托块11,防护罩13为可折叠结构,且防护罩13与转轴12构成转动结构,方便不使用时收纳,节约空间,显示屏14设置在充电桩台1的表面,充蓄电池16位于充电桩台1的内部,底座17的下方固定有地下件18,且底座17的内部设置有卡槽19,底座17和地下件18为一体化结构,且底座17的直径小于地下件18的直径,使充电桩安装后更加稳固,不易翻倒。
工作原理:在使用该便于安装的光储一体化充电桩之前,先对充电桩进行安装,用工具将充电桩各个零件搬到需要安装的地点,将地下件18竖直埋到地下,使其不易倾倒,使底座17完全暴露在地面上方,然后托起充电桩的上部,通过将充电桩底部的卡块3放置到底座17内部的卡槽19中,使所有零件成功拼接成整体,安装好后,抽拉支撑板4,间接的将太阳能板5从充电桩内部收纳槽15中取出,进行吸收太阳能的过程,太阳能经过转换后将作为电能储存在蓄电池16内,再将折叠的防护罩13展开,完全笼罩在充电桩的顶端,起到防护的作用,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

1.一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,包括充电桩台(1)、支撑板(4)、插台(6)、充电枪(8)、转轴(12)、防护罩(13)、显示屏(14)、蓄电池(16)和底座(17),其特征在于:所述充电桩台(1)的下方连接有连接柱(2),且充电桩台(1)通过连接柱(2)和卡块(3)相连接,所述支撑板(4)位于收纳槽(15)的内部,且支撑板(4)上表面安装有太阳能板(5),所述插台(6)设置在充电桩台(1)的侧面,且插台(6)通过固定钉(7)和充电桩台(1)相连接,所述充电枪(8)的底端连接有电线(9),且电线(9)贯穿电线孔(10)和充电桩台(1)相连接,所述防护罩(13)的一端固定在托块(11)上,且托块(11)安装在充电桩台(1)的左右两侧,所述转轴(12)贯穿充电桩台(1),且转轴(12)的两端均连接有托块(11),所述显示屏(14)设置在充电桩台(1)的表面,所述蓄电池(16)位于充电桩台(1)的内部,所述底座(17)的下方固定有地下件(18),且底座(17)的内部设置有卡槽(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,其特征在于:所述充电桩台(1)、连接柱(2)和卡块(3)为一体化结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,其特征在于:所述卡块(3)的形状和卡槽(19)的形状相同,且卡块(3)和卡槽(19)的连接方式为卡槽连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,其特征在于:所述支撑板(4)和太阳能板(5)的连接方式为粘结连接,且支撑板(4)和太阳能板(5)的厚度之和等于收纳槽(15)的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,其特征在于:所述托块(11)设置有2个,且2个托块(11)均为长方体结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,其特征在于:所述防护罩(13)为可折叠结构,且防护罩(13)与转轴(12)构成转动结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的光储一体化充电桩,其特征在于:所述底座(17)和地下件(18)为一体化结构,且底座(17)的直径小于地下件(18)的直径。
