Abstract

本发明提供一种复合材料车轮,所述的车轮包括轮辐、轮辋和中心盘,所述的轮辐一端连接到中心盘,另一端连接到轮辋,其特征在于:所述的轮辐包括轮辐骨架部分和轮辐外壳部分,所述的轮辐骨架部分外侧包有轮辐外壳部分;所述的轮辐外壳部分由塑料、橡胶、尼龙或者树脂所制成。本发明的技术方案带来的有益技术效果在于,克服了追求车轮的艺术设计效果与追求车轮轻量化之间的矛盾,并且满足了车轮的强度要求。

Description

一种复合材料车轮
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝合金与非金属材料相结合的车轮。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车工业的发展,铝合金车轮被广泛应用。铝合金车轮具有良好的承重性、散热性,并且与钢制轮毂相比具有更低的重量,满足了车轮的轻量化需求。
然而随着人们日益提高的审美要求,工程师希望为汽车设计更富有艺术性的车轮。例如,有时候工程师希望设计具有多条(如8-12条)轮辐的车轮,或者轮辐较宽的车轮。在这种情况下,轮辐与窗口面积的比例偏高。处于机械性能的要求,轮辐不可能做得太薄。这将使得铝车轮的重量往往远远高于为了满足其机械强度所必备的重量,在一定程度上减弱了使用铝合金来制作车轮的轻量化效果,无法满足低能耗、低排放的社会要求。
随着人们对汽车产品节能、环保、造型新颖等要求的提高,有必要对现有铝车轮的结构进行重新设计,从而获得更轻的车轮。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种更轻的车轮,从而满足车轮轻量化的需求。并且与此同时这种车轮应当能够满足工程师对于车轮的外观设计的需求,能够实现较大的轮辐/窗口面积比例。
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种复合材料车轮,所述的车轮包括轮辐、轮辋和中心盘,所述的轮辐一端连接到中心盘,另一端连接到轮辋,其特征在于:所述的轮辐包括轮辐骨架部分和轮辐外壳部分,所述的轮辐骨架部分外侧包有轮辐外壳部分;所述的轮辐外壳部分由塑料、橡胶、尼龙或者树脂所制成。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的轮辐骨架部分具有T字型或者π字型的横截面,并且所述的T字型或者π字型的顶部横边设置为靠近轮毂的外表面,纵向的边设置为指向轮毂的内腔。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的T字型或者π字型的顶部横边的厚度为6-8mm,纵向的边的厚度为3-5mm。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的轮辐骨架在一根轮辐中,顶部横边的宽度为22-45mm,纵向的边的宽度为25-40mm。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋为一体。
在本发明优选的方面,所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋由A356.2铝合金所制成。
本发明的技术方案带来的有益技术效果在于,克服了追求车轮的艺术设计效果与追求车轮轻量化之间的矛盾,并且满足了车轮的强度要求。

具体实施方式
实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种复合材料车轮,所述的车轮包括轮辐、轮辋和中心盘,所述的轮辐一端连接到中心盘,另一端连接到轮辋,其特征在于:所述的轮辐包括轮辐骨架部分和轮辐外壳部分,所述的轮辐骨架部分外侧包有轮辐外壳部分;所述的轮辐外壳部分由塑料所制成。所述的轮辐骨架部分具有T字型的横截面,并且所述的T 字型的顶部横边设置为靠近轮毂的外表面,纵向的边设置为指向轮毂的内腔,其轮辐的横截面如图2所示。所述的T字型顶部横边的厚度为6mm,纵向的边的厚度为5mm,顶部横边的宽度为22mm,纵向的边的宽度为40mm。所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋由A356.2铝合金所制成,并且为一体成型。
实施例2
在本实施例中提供了一种复合材料车轮,所述的车轮包括轮辐、轮辋和中心盘,所述的轮辐一端连接到中心盘,另一端连接到轮辋,其特征在于:所述的轮辐包括轮辐骨架部分和轮辐外壳部分,所述的轮辐骨架部分外侧包有轮辐外壳部分;所述的轮辐外壳部分由塑料所制成。所述的轮辐骨架部分具有T字型的横截面,并且所述的T 字型的顶部横边设置为靠近轮毂的外表面,纵向的边设置为指向轮毂的内腔,其轮辐的横截面如图2所示。所述的T字型顶部横边的厚度为8mm,纵向的边的厚度为3mm,顶部横边的宽度为45mm,纵向的边的宽度为25mm。所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋由A356.2铝合金所制成,并且为一体成型。
实施例3
在本实施例中提供了一种复合材料车轮,所述的车轮包括轮辐、轮辋和中心盘,所述的轮辐一端连接到中心盘,另一端连接到轮辋,其特征在于:所述的轮辐包括轮辐骨架部分和轮辐外壳部分,所述的轮辐骨架部分外侧包有轮辐外壳部分;所述的轮辐外壳部分由塑料所制成。所述的轮辐骨架部分具有T字型的横截面,并且所述的T 字型的顶部横边设置为靠近轮毂的外表面,纵向的边设置为指向轮毂的内腔,其轮辐的横截面如图2所示。所述的T字型顶部横边的厚度为7mm,纵向的边的厚度为4mm,顶部横边的宽度为30mm,纵向的边的宽度为30mm。所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋由A356.2铝合金所制成,并且为一体成型。
对比例1
按照实施例1的车轮的外形进行建模,并且按照此外形铸造了全铝合金的轮毂。
对比例2
按照实施例1的车轮外形进行建模,但是轮辐由铝合金层和非金属材料层所组成。设计铝合金层的厚度,使得其整体重量为15.50千克并且整体外形和实施例1相同。此时,轮辐中的铝合金部分的厚度为9.4mm,并且位于车轮轮辐面向内腔的一侧。车轮轮福面向外部的一侧为塑料。
实施例4
实施例1-3和对比例1的车轮各60只进行称重,其平均重量分别如表1所示:

由表中可见,实施例1-3的车轮产生了14.92-17.60%不等的减重效果。同时准备的减重13.41%的对比例2的车轮。
实施例5
在中信戴卡自行搭建的车轮90度冲击试验机上进行了本实验。冲击的主重锤为910千克,辅助配重为100千克,主重锤和辅助配重之间有三只弹簧,刚度为1.07kN/mm。螺旋弹簧在装配时先加6mm的初始变形。将轮毂表面安装轮胎,并且安装到90度冲击试验机上,冲击高度为127mm,试验后车轮无龟裂(使用着色探伤剂检测),无明显变性和急剧漏气为通过。
对本发明的实施例1-3和对比例1-2进行了试验,平行测试12组。实施例1-3以及对比例1的车轮均全部通过了本实验。对比例2的车轮只有3组在冲击试验之后车轮无明显龟裂现象(但是使用着色探伤剂检测之后出现明显的龟裂纹路)。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合材料车轮,所述的车轮包括轮辐、轮辋和中心盘,所述的轮辐一端连接到中心盘,另一端连接到轮辋,其特征在于:所述的轮辐包括轮辐骨架部分和轮辐外壳部分,所述的轮辐骨架部分外侧包有轮辐外壳部分;所述的轮辐外壳部分由塑料、橡胶、尼龙或者树脂所制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮,其特征在于,所述的轮辐骨架部分具有T字型或者π字型的横截面,并且所述的T字型或者π字型的顶部横边设置为靠近轮毂的外表面,纵向的边设置为指向轮毂的内腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车轮,其特征在于,所述的T字型或者π字型的顶部横边的厚度为6-8mm,纵向的边的厚度为3-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车轮,其特征在于,所述的轮辐骨架在一根轮辐中,顶部横边的宽度为22-45mm,纵向的边的宽度为25-40mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车轮,其特征在于,所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋为一体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车轮,其特征在于,所述的轮辐骨架部分与中心盘、轮辋由A356.2铝合金所制成。
