Abstract

本发明属于PC材料注塑工艺技术领域,一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,步骤如下:(1)PC原料烘干;(2)将烘干后的PC原料加入注塑系统塑化熔融,料筒各段的温度、模具热流道温度及模具温度为:喷嘴温度为250℃,料筒第一段260℃,料筒第二段255℃,料筒第三段255℃,料筒第四段245℃,料筒第五段235℃;(3)将熔融后的PC料经热流道注射到模具型腔中,其中热流道温度为245℃,模具的定模温度为145℃,动模135℃;(4)对制品进行保压;(5)制品成型后,对制品进行冷却处理。该工艺采用低料温、高模温对制品进行成型,制作的成品外观良好,透光率高,能保持优异的物理特性及成型性。

一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺
技术领域
本发明属于PC材料注塑工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺。
背景技术
PC材料因可以满足汽车零部件对材料韧性、强度、耐热、透光等方面高性能的要求,在汽车工业零部件上应用尤为广泛,汽车车灯光导、内灯罩等厚壁件均已普遍采用PC材料代替。但因PC本身具有收缩性,且流动性较差,现有的注塑工艺一般采用300-330℃的料筒温度来提高PC熔融状态下的流动性,同时设定85-100℃的模具温度对PC材料进行成型,这样的注塑工艺成型的厚壁件缩瘪较大,严重的还会会形成真空泡、发黄等缺陷。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的PC注塑工艺成型的厚壁件缩瘪较大的缺陷,提供一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下,一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,步骤如下:(1)PC原料烘干;
(2)将烘干后的PC原料加入注塑系统塑化熔融,料筒各段的温度、模具热流道温度及模具温度为:喷嘴温度为250℃,料筒第一段260℃,料筒第二段255℃,料筒第三段255℃,料筒第四段245℃,料筒第五段235℃;
(3)将熔融后的PC料经热流道注射到模具型腔中,其中热流道温度为245℃,模具的定模温度为145℃,动模135℃;
(4)对制品进行保压;
(5)制品成型后,对制品进行冷却处理。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述的烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干时间为4h。
作为优选,步骤(3)所述的注射为4级分段注射,第一级注射量设定为6mm;第二级注射量设定为5.6mm;第三级注射量设定为9.4mm;第四级注射量设定为10mm。
作为优选,所述注射压力设定为:第一段注塑压力55MPa;第二段注塑压力55MPa;第三段注塑压力70MPa;第四段注塑压力80MPa。
进一步地,步骤(4)所述的保压为两段保压,保压压力为60Mpa,第一段保压时间为3s,第二段保压时间为2s。
进一步地,步骤(5)所述的冷却处理为模内冷却10s,模外冷却15s。
本发明提供的一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导的注塑工艺,该工艺相对与传统工艺相比,采用低料温、高模温对制品进行成型,较低的料温可避免厚壁件发黄,提高透光性,提高产品质量;较高的模温可提高LED用PC材料的流动性,解决厚壁件流痕等外观缺陷;另该工艺大大缩短了冷却时间,该产品具有优良的成型加工性能,制作的成品外观良好,透光率高,能保持优异的物理特性及成型性。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,步骤如下:
(1)PC原料烘干,其中烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干时间为4h;
(2)将烘干后的PC原料加入注塑系统塑化熔融,料筒各段的温度、模具热流道温度及模具温度为:喷嘴温度为250℃,料筒第一段260℃,料筒第二段255℃,料筒第三段255℃,料筒第四段245℃,料筒第五段235℃;
(3)将熔融后的PC料经热流道注射到模具型腔中,分4级分段注射,第一级注射量设定为6mm;第二级注射量设定为5.6mm;第三级注射量设定为9.4mm;第四级注射量设定为10mm,注射压力为第一段注塑压力55MPa;第二段注塑压力55MPa;第三段注塑压力70MPa;第四段注塑压力80Mpa;其中热流道温度为245℃,模具的定模温度为145℃,动模135℃;
(4)对制品进行保压,保压为两段保压,保压压力为60Mpa,第一段保压时间为3s,第二段保压时间为2s;
(5)制品成型后,对制品进行冷却处理,具体为模内冷却10s,模外冷却15s。
该工艺相对与传统工艺相比,采用低料温、高模温对制品进行成型,较低的料温可避免厚壁件发黄,提高透光性,提高产品质量;较高的模温可提高LED用PC材料的流动性,解决厚壁件流痕等外观缺陷;另该工艺大大缩短了冷却时间,该产品具有优良的成型加工性能,制作的成品外观良好,透光率高,能保持优异的物理特性及成型性。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:(1)PC原料烘干;
(2)将烘干后的PC原料加入注塑系统塑化熔融,料筒各段的温度、模具热流道温度及模具温度为:喷嘴温度为250℃,料筒第一段260℃,料筒第二段255℃,料筒第三段255℃,料筒第四段245℃,料筒第五段235℃;
(3)将熔融后的PC料经热流道注射到模具型腔中,其中热流道温度为245℃,模具的定模温度为145℃,动模135℃;
(4)对制品进行保压;
(5)制品成型后,对制品进行冷却处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干时间为4h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的注射为4级分段注射,第一级注射量设定为6mm;第二级注射量设定为5.6mm;第三级注射量设定为9.4mm;第四级注射量设定为10mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述注射压力设定为:第一段注塑压力55MPa;第二段注塑压力55MPa;第三段注塑压力70MPa;第四段注塑压力80MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的保压为两段保压,保压压力为60Mpa,第一段保压时间为3s,第二段保压时间为2s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED用PC材料成型厚壁件光导注塑工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述的冷却处理为模内冷却10s,模外冷却15s。
