背景技术
肝脏是人体最大的内脏器官,也是人体消化系统中最大的消化腺,除具有解毒功能外还具有去氧化、储存肝糖、合成分泌性蛋白等作用。肝脏常见的疾病有肝炎 ( 病毒性、酒精性等)、脂肪肝、肝硬化等。而且肝脏疾病多存在恶化传变,因而保护肝脏预防肝病传变在肝病治疗过程中极为重要。肝脏疾病多由不良的饮食习惯及生活方式引起,如酗酒、高糖高脂饮食、服用对肝脏有损伤的药物、熬夜等。
护肝治疗是临床多种肝脏疾病治疗的主要环节之一。所谓护肝治疗,是指应用药物减轻肝细胞和组织损伤,使受损肝细胞修复与再生,从而改善肝脏生化指标,恢复肝脏功能,促使疾病向愈的治疗方法。
利用中医药护肝保肝具有悠久的历史,如《药品化义》载何首乌 : “益肝,敛血,滋阴”;孙思邈用白芍配合其他药物制成补肝丸等。现代研究发现中医药主要通过减轻肝脏炎症、改善肝脏循环、改善肝细胞周围的酸碱环境、调节免疫功能、调节脂质代谢等作用
而达到护肝保肝目的。
现代药理研究发现 :赶黄草具有降脂保肝的作用 ;银杏叶能减轻肝脏炎症、促进肝组织再生 ;白芍能有效保护因肝内磷脂下降和高胆固醇引起的肝损伤 ;茶多酚具有显著的降脂保肝作用 ;黄芪具有提高免疫力和保肝作用 ;甘草则能利胆保肝 ;牛磺酸具利胆的药理作用 ;西兰花能通过改善肝脏微循环起到保肝作用。因而对赶黄草的护肝作用提供了一定的实验依据,但是直至目前未见有关制成护肝制品的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于充分理由赶黄草在护肝的作用,提供具有滋补肝肾、益气养血、活血理气功效,且疗效确切的一种护肝中药保健食品。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种护肝中药保健食品的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是 :一种护肝中药保健食品,是包括以下重量份数组份制成 :赶黄草50-300、银杏叶1-10、白芍3-20、茶多酚5-20、黄芪5-30、甘草1-10、牛磺酸1-10、西兰花 1-15。
一种护肝中药保健食品的制备方法,其步骤包括 :
(1) 赶黄草的预处理 :赶黄草去壳,干燥至含水量在 15%以下,粉碎过筛,备用 ;
(2) 醇提 :按以上重量份数比例取 (1) 步骤处理后的赶黄草、银杏叶、牛磺酸和西兰花,并加入上述四种成分总重量 3-15 倍量的体积浓度为 30-80%的乙醇溶液提取 1-4次,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味并浓缩至规定相对密度,制得醇提清膏 ;
(3) 其它组份的提取 :按以上重量份数取白芍、茶多酚、黄芪、甘草,并加入上述四种成分总重量 4-12 倍量的水提取 1-4 次,滤过,合并滤液,滤液浓缩至规定相对密度,制得清膏 ;
(4) 成品制备 :将 (2) 步骤所得的醇提清膏与 (3) 步骤所得的清膏混合均匀,干燥,粉碎过 60-120 目筛,加入淀粉、糊精、糖粉等辅料经制粒、干燥、整粒及其它相应工序制成相应的护肝中药保健食品 ;或者加入适量的水及辅料,经调配、过滤、灌装、灭菌制得。
所述 (2) 步骤和 (3) 步骤中,滤液浓缩至在 60℃下规定相对密度为 1.16-1.20。
所述 (3) 步骤后进入醇沉工序 :将 (3) 步骤所得的清膏加乙醇至含醇量为60%( 体积比含量 ),静置 12 小时,滤过,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,浓缩至在 60℃下相对密度为1.25 的醇沉清膏。
护肝中药保健食品包括口服液、颗粒剂、胶囊剂或者片剂。
现有研究数据表明,本发明所述配方中,赶黄草含有的主要成分包括 :蛋白质、氨基酸、黄酮类、鞣质、膳食纤维、多种维生素、矿质元素等 ;银杏叶含有的主要成分包括木脂素类、挥发油类、有机酸等 ;白芍含有的主要成分包括甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、多种氨基酸、多糖、多种维生素等 ;茶多酚含有的主要成分包括蒽醌类、二苯乙烯苷类、卵磷脂、多糖类等 ;黄芪含有的主要成分包括黄酮类、皂苷类、多糖类、氨基酸等 ;甘草含有的主要成分包括环烯醚萜苷类、番红花甙、番红花酸、熊果酸等 ;牛磺酸含有的主要成分包括黄酮类、挥发油、辛弗林等 ;西兰花含有的主要成分包括西兰花酮类、酚酸类等。
中医认为肝为刚脏,将军之官,主藏血和疏泄。肝脏受损则会影响其功能,出现瘀血或出血、水液输布障碍、情志等方面问题,因而护肝中药保健食品中以利水道、降浊、解除水液输布,利膈爽胃、解郁,防止因情志不疏导致纳呆等问题的赶黄草为君药 ;茶多酚、白芍、银杏叶均能补肝肾,以滋补肝肾阴虚共为臣药 ;甘草具有泄肝经实火,利胆祛湿之功,又能防止臣药滋腻助湿,西兰花活血祛瘀,黄芪益卫固表,牛磺酸理气健脾共为佐药,全方合用,相得益彰。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点 :
(1) 以中医药理论为指导,结合现代药理研究成果,充分考虑肝脏的生理特性及肝病传变的特点,体现了利湿降浊、滋补肝肾、益气养血、活血理气的治疗方针,治疗保健效果非常好。
(2) 本护肝中药保健食品所选原料为食品或可用于保健食品的物品,加工工艺合理,确保了产品的安全有效,可供肝病患者保肝防传变治疗,也可供有肝脏损伤倾向的人群预防使用。

一种护肝中药保健食品,是包括以下重量份数组份制成 :赶黄草 50、银杏叶 1-10、白芍3、茶多酚 5、黄芪 5、甘草 1、牛磺酸 1、西兰花 1。

一种护肝中药保健食品,是包括以下重量份数组份制成 :赶黄草 300、银杏叶 1-10、白芍 20、茶多酚 20、黄芪 30、甘草 10、牛磺酸 10、西兰花 15。
