本发明涉及LNG领域,特别是涉及一种船用LNG瓶组。
背景技术
目前,在国家大力发展节能环保产业,推进低碳经济的政策引导下,治理内河船舶油污水排放污染成为重中之重。LNG(液化天然气)安全性高、燃料能源密度大,具有优良的节能环保效果,建立液化天然气加气站规模小,运行成本低,易于实现改善内河船舶污染现状。现有的大型船舶均采用LNG气罐作为燃料,LNG气罐一般体积容积都较大,不能够用于在小型 船舶。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种船用LNG瓶组,能够满足各种类型的船舶使用,制造成本体,安全可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种船用LNG瓶组,包括瓶组框架,所述瓶组框架上设有密封箱和LNG瓶组,所述LNG瓶组包括至少两个LNG气瓶组成,所述LNG气瓶前端密封连接在密封箱上,并且密封箱内的管路组件连通,所述LNG瓶组中的一个或者多个LNG气瓶通过管路组件充气或者充气。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述LNG气瓶通过焊接或者法兰结构与密封箱形成密封连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述LNG瓶组包括2、3、4个或者更多LNG气瓶组成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管路组件上包括有与LNG气瓶相连通的充气回气口、充气进液口和至少一个供气口,所述LNG气瓶和供气口连通用于供气,所述LNG气瓶与充气回气口和充气进液口连通用于充气。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述充气回气口和LNG气瓶之间依次连通有充装回气紧急切断阀和放空阀,所述充气进液口和LNG气瓶之间连通有充装进液紧急切断阀和进液单向阀。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述放空阀和LNG气瓶之间还连接有主安全阀和副安全阀,所述主安全阀和副安全阀连通至第一管道安全阀,所述充气进液口和充气回气口之间连通有管道放空阀,所述管道放空阀与第一管道安全阀相连通,所述充气回气口上还还连通有第二管道安全阀和放散阀,所述第二管道安全阀和第一管道安全阀相连通。

冲液时:现将瓶内压力泄放回收(降到0.2-0.25MPa之间),将加气枪与充装进液口502连接,打开充装进液紧急切断阀506,然后启动加气枪开干对4个LNG气瓶同时进液,液化天然气进入LNG气瓶4内胆,冲液时液体在压力作用下自动注入气瓶,无需手动开关。当液位到达额定位置时,冲液自动停止。冲液完毕后关闭充装进液紧急切换阀506。其作用机理是当液化天然气液体漫过顶部进液管时。进液管背压迅速升高并与充液压力平衡,压力达到加气机设定的停止压力(约1.2MPa),此时加气机停止充液。
每个LNG气瓶配置节约阀526,当气瓶的工作压力高于节约阀的设定压力时,节约阀打开。发动机运转时,气瓶内的压力把气相和液相燃料分别从气瓶的顶部通过气相管和底部储液罐压出,进入组汽化器气化和加温后供给发动机。这种方式对降低瓶内压力具有显著和重要的作用,在发动机的持续运转下瓶内压力最终降至节约阀的设定压力并自动关闭。
LNG气瓶内设有低温升压调节阀523,当气瓶内压力低于低温升压调节阀523的设定压力时,低温升压调节阀523自动打开,低温液体通过从瓶体底部增压管流出至组合汽化器,通过气化升温后进入瓶体顶部,确保供给给发动机燃料压力满足要求。
LNG气瓶内的燃料进入汽化器和发动机前均设置了出液紧急切断阀520和供气紧急切断阀527,如果遇到火灾等危险情况,上述阀门将自动关闭,确保了瓶内燃料的安全。
区别于现有技术,本发明船用LNG瓶组,能够满足各种类型的船舶使用,制造成本体,安全可靠。

Claims (10)
1.一种船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,包括瓶组框架,所述瓶组框架上设有密封箱和LNG瓶组,所述LNG瓶组包括至少两个LNG气瓶组成,所述LNG气瓶前端密封连接在密封箱上,并且密封箱内的管路组件连通,所述LNG瓶组中的一个或者多个LNG气瓶通过管路组件充气或者充气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述LNG气瓶通过焊接或者法兰结构与密封箱形成密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述LNG瓶组包括2、3、4个或者更多LNG气瓶组成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述管路组件上包括有与LNG气瓶相连通的充气回气口、充气进液口和至少一个供气口,所述LNG气瓶和供气口连通用于供气,所述LNG气瓶与充气回气口和充气进液口连通用于充气。
5.根据权利要求4所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述充气回气口和LNG气瓶之间依次连通有充装回气紧急切断阀和放空阀,所述充气进液口和LNG气瓶之间连通有充装进液紧急切断阀和进液单向阀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述放空阀和LNG气瓶之间还连接有主安全阀和副安全阀,所述主安全阀和副安全阀连通至第一管道安全阀,所述充气进液口和充气回气口之间连通有管道放空阀,所述管道放空阀与第一管道安全阀相连通,所述充气回气口上还还连通有第二管道安全阀和放散阀,所述第二管道安全阀和第一管道安全阀相连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述主安全阀上连接有压力表和压力传感器,所述副安全阀上连接有电液容位式计。
8.根据权利要求6所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述LNG气瓶通过两条供气管与汽化器和缓冲罐依次连通,所述缓冲罐连接至供气口,所述供气口和缓冲罐之间连接有供气紧急切断阀,其中一个进气管路上依次设置有出液止回阀、出液阀和出液紧急切断阀,另一个进气管路上依次设置有增压出液阀、增压液相过流阀和低温升压调节阀。
9.根据权利要求8所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述缓冲罐与第一管道安全阀相连接,并且还设置有温度传感器和压力传感器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的船用LNG瓶组,其特征在于,所述出液阀和出液止回阀之间还连接有节约阀,所述节约阀另一端连接至LNG气瓶。
