本发明涉及一种钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机,包括箱体、蜗轮、蜗杆、电机,所述电机的输出轴穿接一齿套轴,齿套轴经轴承座穿接于箱体上,齿套轴一端内腔经键连接输出轴,齿套轴另一端伸入箱体内且设有传动齿部,传动齿部啮合穿接在蜗杆上的大齿轮,蜗杆穿接支撑于箱体内,蜗轮与蜗杆啮合。其结构简单,能承受较大径向力,提高传动平稳和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机。
背景技术
拉矫机是钢厂生产线中的重要设备,用于对铸坯的拉矫和矫直,现有的拉矫机多采用蜗轮蜗杆减速机驱动,减速机电机输入时大小齿轮传动,其中小齿轮直接穿接在电机输出轴后上,需要电机适配,安装使用不便,且电机安装在箱体外,电机输出轴伸入箱体内经大小齿轮传动,其大齿轮径向力一旦过大,则运动不平稳,噪音大,降低使用寿命。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能承受较大径向力,提高传动平稳和使用寿命的钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机,包括箱体、蜗轮、蜗杆、电机,其特征在于:所述电机的输出轴穿接一齿套轴,齿套轴经轴承座穿接于箱体上,齿套轴一端内腔经键连接输出轴,齿套轴另一端伸入箱体内且设有传动齿部,传动齿部啮合穿接在蜗杆上的大齿轮,蜗杆穿接支撑于箱体内,蜗轮与蜗杆啮合。
还包括电机法兰,电机连接于电机法兰外端面,电机法兰内端面连接在箱体上,轴承座穿接与电机法兰内且经轴承座盖板穿接螺栓锁紧连接在电机法兰内。
本发明采用轴承座穿接一齿套轴,将电机的输出轴经齿套轴传动至箱体内,由齿套轴上一体的传动齿部传动大齿轮后传动蜗杆蜗轮传动,齿套轴经电机法兰结合轴承座盖板稳定连接在箱体,多方配合使齿套轴稳定传动,有利于提高电机输入传动的稳定性,同时兼顾大、小齿轮传动承受较大径向力和提高使用寿命。

图1所示:一种钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机,包括体1、蜗轮2、蜗杆3、大齿轮4、电机法兰5、电机6、轴承座7、轴承座盖板8、输出轴9、齿套轴10。电机6连接于电机法兰5外端面,电机法兰5内端面连接在箱体1上,轴承座7穿接与电机法兰内且经轴承座盖板8穿接螺栓锁紧连接在电机法兰内,齿套轴10穿接与轴承座7上,齿套轴10一端内腔经键连接输出轴9,齿套轴另一端伸入箱体内且设有传动齿部11,传动齿部11啮合穿接在蜗杆3上的大齿轮4,蜗杆3穿接支撑于箱体内,蜗轮2与蜗杆3啮合。

1.一种钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机,包括箱体、蜗轮、蜗杆、电机,其特征在于:所述电机的输出轴穿接一齿套轴,齿套轴经轴承座穿接于箱体上,齿套轴一端内腔经键连接输出轴,齿套轴另一端伸入箱体内且设有传动齿部,传动齿部啮合穿接在蜗杆上的大齿轮,蜗杆穿接支撑于箱体内,蜗轮与蜗杆啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢厂电机直联装配拉矫机减速机,其特征是:还包括电机法兰,电机连接于电机法兰外端面,电机法兰内端面连接在箱体上,轴承座穿接与电机法兰内且经轴承座盖板穿接螺栓锁紧连接在电机法兰内。
