Abstract
本发明公开了本发明保温降噪的墙面改装方法,通过在墙面安装龙骨,通过龙骨架空墙面以及调平,使墙面调平方便简单方便,在龙骨架空部位填充一层玻纤棉,起到保卫降噪的作用,再通过固定衔接条,安装面板时将面板直接卡在衔接条之间,安装方便快捷工序少,大大节约了工期,而面板方便更换,使维修方便;根据填充的玻纤棉厚度来决定龙骨的厚度不浪费材料的同时使架空层与玻纤棉契合;玻纤棉的厚度为3~5cm;“工”形面板衔接条与龙骨的接触面上还刷有一层万能胶。通过先使用万能胶粘合在用纹钉固定,使固定效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及装修墙面的方法,具体涉及保温降噪的墙面改装方法。
背景技术
如今很多装修墙面都使用墙板,墙板具有安装方便,快速,及时可用的,无污染的等优点,现在生活人们的居住环境越来越舒适,冬天暖气夏天冷气,这也伴随着能耗的提高,对建筑的保温显得更加的重要,建筑保温效果好可以节约很多空调设备的能耗,使生活环境更加的舒适,而且很多环境中需要房间的隔音效果好,比如酒店等公用环境都需要有良好的隔音效果。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供保温降噪的墙面改装方法,可以提高建筑的保温效果,节约空调设备的能耗,也能提高房间隔音降噪的效果。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
保温降噪的墙面改装方法,包括以下步骤,
A、去除墙面松动的腻子层,然后进行墙面找平,将不平的部位做好标记,然后进行量取划线,根据集成墙板的固定要求,在墙面做好固定点位的划线标记;
B、在划线处标记处用电锤打孔,然后将木楔打入孔内,将龙骨钉在木楔上,拉线,使用木片垫在龙骨与墙面之间调整龙骨与地平垂直;
C、在墙面安装一层玻纤棉,在龙骨上钉上“工”形面板衔接条;
D、将面板安装在玻纤棉上层,通过固定在龙骨上的“工”形面板衔接条将面板固定起来。

进一步的,“工”形面板衔接条与龙骨的接触面上还刷有一层万能胶。通过先使用万能胶粘合在用纹钉固定,使固定效果更好。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:

实施例
本发明保温降噪的墙面改装方法,包括以下步骤,
A、去除墙面松动的腻子层,然后进行墙面找平,将不平的部位做好标记,然后进行量取划线,根据集成墙板的固定要求,在墙面做好固定点位的划线标记;
B、在划线处标记处用电锤打孔,然后将木楔打入孔内,将龙骨钉在木楔上,拉线,使用木片垫在龙骨与墙面之间调整龙骨与地平垂直;

D、将面板安装在玻纤棉上层,通过固定在龙骨上的“工”形面板衔接条将面板固定起来。
龙骨的厚度与所安装玻纤棉的厚度一样。根据填充的玻纤棉厚度来决定龙骨的厚度不浪费材料的同时使架空层与玻纤棉契合;纤棉的厚度为3~5cm;“工”形面板衔接条与龙骨的接触面上还刷有一层万能胶。实施时,当装修新房时采用本方法应当去除新房墙面的腻子层,新房腻子层粘合度不高,容易脱落;在旧房改装时,因确认其墙面的是否起层或其坚硬程度,硬度良好未起层时,便可以进行本方法直接安装。

1.保温降噪的墙面改装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
A、去除墙面松动的腻子层,然后进行墙面找平,将不平的部位做好标记,然后进行量取划线,根据集成墙板的固定要求,在墙面做好固定点位的划线标记;
B、在划线处标记处用电锤打孔,然后将木楔打入孔内,将龙骨钉在木楔上,拉线,使用木片垫在龙骨与墙面之间调整龙骨与地平垂直;
C、在墙面安装一层玻纤棉,在龙骨上钉上“工”形面板衔接条;
D、将面板安装在玻纤棉上层,通过固定在龙骨上的“工”形面板衔接条将面板固定起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温降噪的墙面改装方法,其特征在于,所述龙骨的厚度与所安装玻纤棉的厚度一样。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温降噪的墙面改装方法,其特征在于,所述玻纤棉的厚度为3~5cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温降噪的墙面改装方法,其特征在于,所述“工”形面板衔接条与龙骨的接触面上还刷有一层万能胶。
