Abstract

本发明提供一种复合纸接头工艺,采用胶粘工艺,以热熔胶作为接头胶,以分别具有上层无纺布、中芯层无纺布以及下层无纺布的复合纸为工作载体,其工艺步骤为:第一步:取前后两条复合纸中的一条,裁剪设定长度的该复合纸的中芯层无纺布;第二步:在复合纸的裁剪端处的上层无纺布和下层无纺布的内侧涂上热熔胶;第三步:将另一条复合纸插入已经裁剪的复合纸的上层无纺布和下层无纺布之间,压紧并带热熔胶冷却形成接头,采用去中芯层无纺布后插接固定的连接方式,使得产品厚度无明显变化,且用热溶胶固定又保证了产品的吸收性能,减少浪费的同时,节省了裁剪的接头的时间,做到了不停机的效果,极大的提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合纸接头工艺。
背景技术
高分子复合纸做为婴儿纸尿裤的尿液吸收体,自身重量及成本约占全尿裤的50%,多数高分子复合纸单条长度在500m左右 ,在生产过程中需要条与条之间对接才可保证正常,但现有对接多是是以超声波压合同时外加胶布的形式,因此会产生过多的人力消耗和多片成品废次品,造成企业成本增加;现在行业内试用的水溶性胶布对接的方式,实际效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术上的不足之处,提供一种复合纸接头工艺,采用去中芯层无纺布后插接固定的连接方式,使得产品厚度无明显变化,且用热溶胶固定又保证了产品的吸收性能,减少浪费的同时,节省了裁剪的接头的时间,做到了不停机的效果,极大的提高生产效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种复合纸接头工艺,采用胶粘工艺,以热熔胶作为接头胶,以分别具有上层无纺布、中芯层无纺布以及下层无纺布的复合纸为工作载体,其工艺步骤为:
第一步:取前后两条复合纸中的一条,裁剪设定长度的该复合纸的中芯层无纺布;
第二步:在复合纸的裁剪端处的上层无纺布和下层无纺布的内侧涂上热熔胶;
第三步:将另一条复合纸插入已经裁剪的复合纸的上层无纺布和下层无纺布之间,压紧并带热熔胶冷却形成接头。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述复合纸的中芯层无纺布的裁剪长度大于等于10cm。
于一个或多个实施例中,所述中芯层无纺布的厚度大于所述上层无纺布和下层无纺布厚度之和,所述中芯层无纺布由上而下依次设置有上层高分子、蓬松型无纺布以及下层高分子。
有益效果:本发明提供一种复合纸接头工艺,采用去中芯层无纺布后插接固定的连接方式,使得产品厚度无明显变化,且用热溶胶固定又保证了产品的吸收性能,减少浪费的同时,节省了裁剪的接头的时间,做到了不停机的效果,极大的提高生产效率。

如下结合附图,对本申请方案作进一步描述:
实施例:
参见附图1-3,本实施例提供一种复合纸接头工艺,采用胶粘工艺,以热熔胶3作为接头胶,以分别具有上层无纺布1、中芯层无纺布2以及下层无纺布3的复合纸为工作载体,其工艺步骤为:
第一步:取前后两条复合纸中的一条,裁剪设定长度的该复合纸的中芯层无纺布2;
第二步:在复合纸的裁剪端处的上层无纺布1和下层无纺布3的内侧涂上热熔胶4;
第三步:将另一条复合纸插入已经裁剪的复合纸的上层无纺布1和下层无纺布3之间,压紧并带热熔胶4冷却形成接头。
进一步地,所述复合纸的中芯层无纺布2的裁剪长度大于等于10cm。
进一步地,所述中芯层无纺布2的厚度大于所述上层无纺布1和下层无纺布3厚度之和,所述中芯层无纺布2由上而下依次设置有上层高分子21、蓬松型无纺布22以及下层高分子23。

1.一种复合纸接头工艺,其特征在在于,采用胶粘工艺,以热熔胶作为接头胶,以分别具有上层无纺布、中芯层无纺布以及下层无纺布的复合纸为工作载体,其工艺步骤为:
第一步:取前后两条复合纸中的一条,裁剪设定长度的该复合纸的中芯层无纺布;
第二步:在复合纸的裁剪端处的上层无纺布和下层无纺布的内侧涂上热熔胶;
第三步:将另一条复合纸插入已经裁剪的复合纸的上层无纺布和下层无纺布之间,压紧并带热熔胶冷却形成接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的符合纸接头工艺,其特征在于,所述复合纸的中芯层无纺布的裁剪长度大于等于10cm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合纸接头工艺,其特征在于,所述中芯层无纺布的厚度大于所述上层无纺布和下层无纺布厚度之和,所述中芯层无纺布由上而下依次设置有上层高分子、蓬松型无纺布以及下层高分子。
