Claims (8)
1. The full-automatic bottom sealing plastic packaging machine is characterized by comprising a film feeding device, a box feeding device, a packaging box transfer device, a plastic sealing film cutting device, a plastic sealing end cutting device and a transfer device; the box feeding device is used for feeding the packaging boxes to the film feeding device for film coating, and then feeding the packaging boxes to the packaging box transfer device; the plastic package film cutting device is arranged between the box feeding device and the packaging box transfer device and is used for cutting off the plastic package film and sewing the cut plastic package film in the box feeding device and the packaging box; the transfer device is arranged above the packaging box transfer device and the plastic end cutting device and is used for moving the packaging box from the packaging box transfer device to the plastic end cutting device and from the plastic end cutting device to the next station; the plastic end sealing and cutting device is used for cutting plastic sealing films at the end parts of the packaging boxes;
the plastic end cutting device comprises a first sliding component, two first end cutting mechanisms, two second end cutting mechanisms, a first clamping mechanism and a first end cutting motor; the first clamping mechanism is used for clamping and positioning the packaging box, and the two first end cutting mechanisms are respectively arranged at two ends of the first clamping mechanism and slide close to or far away from the end parts of the first clamping mechanism through the first sliding component under the drive of the first end cutting motor; each second end cutting mechanism corresponds to a first end cutting mechanism and is arranged at the end part of the first clamping mechanism;
the first end cutting mechanism comprises a door-shaped bracket, a first belt assembly, two first film arranging assemblies and a first cutting assembly; the first belt assemblies are arranged at the transverse ends of the door-shaped brackets, and the two first film arranging assemblies move oppositely or reversely under the drive of the first belt assemblies; the first cutting assemblies are arranged on the outer sides of the two first film arranging assemblies through the second sliding assemblies; the second end cutting mechanism comprises two second film arranging components, two second cutting components and a second belt component; the two second film arranging components are respectively arranged at two sides of the end part of the first clamping mechanism, and the two second film arranging components move oppositely or reversely under the drive of the second belt component; each second cutting component is arranged corresponding to a second film arranging component through the third sliding component.

The fully automatic bottom seal plastic packaging machine of claim 1, wherein the first film arranging assembly comprises a first film arranging block and a first film arranging cylinder; the first film arranging cylinder is used for driving the first film arranging block to arrange the top of the end part of the plastic packaging film; the first cutting assembly comprises a first cutting tool bit and a first cutting cylinder; the first cutting cylinder is used for driving the first cutting tool bit to cut and stitch the plastic packaging film from the top; the second film arranging component comprises a second film arranging block and a second film arranging cylinder; the second film arranging cylinder is used for driving a second film arranging block to arrange the side face of the end part of the plastic packaging film; the second cutting assembly comprises a second cutting tool bit and a second cutting cylinder; the second cutting cylinder is used for driving the second cutting tool bit to cut and stitch the plastic packaging film from the side face of the end part.

The fully automatic bottom seal plastic packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping mechanism comprises two first clamping cylinders, two first clamping blocks, a fourth sliding assembly and a first base; the fourth sliding component is arranged at the top of the first base, and the two first clamping cylinders are respectively used for driving the two first clamping blocks to move oppositely or reversely along the fourth sliding component.

The fully automatic bottom sealing plastic packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the plastic end sealing and cutting device further comprises two waste discharging mechanisms, wherein each waste discharging mechanism is correspondingly arranged below a second end cutting mechanism; the waste discharge mechanism comprises a rotary cylinder, a rotary bracket and a plurality of suction nozzles; the rotary cylinder is used for driving the rotary support to drive the suction nozzle to suck the plastic packaging film cut by the first end cutting mechanism and the second end cutting mechanism, and then the rotary support rotates to throw materials.

The full-automatic bottom-seal plastic packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the box feeding device comprises a conveyor belt mechanism, a box feeding manipulator and a jacking positioning mechanism; the jacking positioning mechanism is arranged at the different end of the feeding end of the conveyor belt mechanism and comprises a positioning plate, a plurality of positioning columns and jacking cylinders, wherein the positioning columns and the jacking cylinders are vertically arranged at the top of the positioning plate; the box feeding mechanical arm comprises two box feeding mechanical arms, a first screw rod assembly, a first screw rod driving motor and two third belt assemblies; the conveying belt mechanism is used for conveying the packaging boxes from the feeding end to the other end, and the jacking cylinder is used for jacking the packaging boxes away from the conveying belt mechanism by driving the positioning column through the positioning plate; the two third belt assemblies are arranged along the length direction parallel to the conveyor belt mechanism and are used for driving the two box conveying mechanical arms to move along the length direction parallel to the conveyor belt mechanism; the first screw rod driving motor is used for driving the first screw rod assembly to drive the box feeding mechanical arm to clamp the packaging box, send the packaging box to the film feeding device for film coating, and then send the packaging box to the packaging box transfer device.

The full-automatic bottom sealing plastic packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the packaging box transfer device comprises two second clamping cylinders, two second clamping blocks, a fifth sliding component and a second base; the fifth sliding component is arranged at the top of the second base, and the two second clamping cylinders are respectively used for driving the two second clamping blocks to move oppositely or reversely along the fifth sliding component; the film feeding device comprises two film winding barrel mechanisms which are respectively arranged above and below the box feeding device and used for tensioning and conveying the plastic package films.

The full-automatic bottom sealing plastic packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the plastic sealing and film cutting device comprises an upper cutter head, an upper cutter head driving cylinder, a lower cutter head and a lower cutter head driving cylinder; the upper cutter head driving cylinder and the lower cutter head driving cylinder are respectively used for driving the upper cutter head and the lower cutter head to move in opposite directions or in opposite directions; and a heating wire is arranged in the length direction of the lower cutter head and used for heating and sewing the cut plastic package films on the film feeding device and the packaging box.
