The sand-blast fire-fighting device for the transformer substation can implement automatic control, improve the diversity of fire-fighting monitoring and automatic fire-extinguishing functions of the transformer substation, and achieve the effects of effective prevention and suppression. The fire control system comprises a control system, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a fire extinguishing unit, a fire control sand recycling device and transformer substation equipment; the control system controls the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly for fire investigation, analyzes and calculates the unmanned aerial vehicle investigation signals, and then sends corresponding control signals to the fire extinguishing unit according to a preset program; the unmanned aerial vehicle receives command actions and detection directions of the control system and transmits detection data to the control system; the fire extinguishing unit receives a control signal of the control system and executes a fire extinguishing action; the fire-fighting sand recycling device automatically recycles the fire-fighting sand used by the transformer substation equipment and the periphery. The invention solves the maintenance problem of the pipeline of the common foam or water spraying device, avoids the equipment damage accident possibly caused by misoperation of oil and nitrogen discharging, and achieves the effects of effectively preventing and putting out the fire.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fire safety of substations, in particular to a sand-blasting fire-fighting device for a substation.
Background
The transformers, voltage transformers, current transformers and the like of primary equipment in a transformer substation mostly adopt an oil-immersed insulation mode, the consumption of mineral insulation oil is large, for example, the weight of single-phase oil of a 500kV main transformer is about 50t, the weight of single-phase oil of a 1000kV main transformer is about 130t, and the weight of single-phase oil of a high-voltage reactor is about 70t. The flash point of the insulating oil is 135-150 ℃, the ignition point is 165-195 ℃, the self-ignition point is about 332 ℃, the insulating oil is easy to evaporate and burn, and the insulating oil and air can be mixed to form an explosion mixture. The storage battery in the transformer substation is used as a standby state to run in parallel with the charger, and all the protection devices, the automation devices, the accident lighting and other devices are powered by direct current, so that the consumption is large. The transformer substation also comprises a secondary equipment room, a cable pit and other primary secondary equipment, and fire hazard is easy to occur. If the equipment is in overload, short circuit and other faults, the equipment is damaged or burnt lightly, fires and explosions are generated heavily, the power supply reliability is seriously endangered, the danger is high, the loss is high, and if large-area power failure is caused, the social negative effect is also high.
The main fire-fighting system in the existing transformer substation in China is an oil and nitrogen injection device, a foam fire-extinguishing system or a water spray fire-extinguishing device, but the maintenance and the detection of the system are difficult. The main transformer is most likely to be permanently damaged due to misoperation of the oil and nitrogen discharging device. Therefore, a novel fire-fighting device convenient to maintain is urgently needed, the fire-fighting blank area of the transformer substation is filled, the fire-fighting monitoring and automatic fire-extinguishing functions of the transformer substation are improved, and the effects of effective prevention and suppression are achieved.

Further, the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises visible light high-definition photographing and accurately measures horizontal distance and vertical height; unmanned aerial vehicle rotor wing takes anticollision guard circle; the unmanned aerial vehicle signal receiving device receives the control signal of the control system to act, and the investigation data is transmitted to the control system through the wireless transmission equipment.
Further, the fire extinguishing unit comprises a sand bin, a sand blasting motor and a sand blasting motor direction and angle controller; the sand bin is connected with the sand blasting motor through a conveyor belt; the sand blasting motor can control the sand blasting flow, and the direction and the angle can be automatically adjusted according to the signals of the controller.
Further, the fire control sand recycling device automatically detects the fire control sand accumulation height of the fire equipment area, and when the fire control sand accumulation height reaches a set value, fire control sand in a designated area is automatically collected and recycled into the sand bin.
According to the technical scheme, the sand-blasting fire-fighting device for the transformer substation can automatically detect the condition and the position of a fire scene, automatically adjust the sand-blasting flow, direction and angle, and achieve quick, accurate and effective fire extinguishing; meanwhile, the fire-fighting sand recycling device can recycle fire-fighting sand sprayed out in the fire disaster extinguishing process, is used for extinguishing the fire disaster for many times, and relieves the risk that the stored sand is possibly insufficient.

as shown in fig. 1, the sand-blast fire-fighting device for a transformer substation according to the embodiment includes a control system 1, an unmanned aerial vehicle 2, a fire extinguishing unit 3, transformer substation equipment 4 and a fire-fighting sand recycling device 5; the control system 1 controls the unmanned aerial vehicle 2 to fly and detect, receives the unmanned aerial vehicle 2 detection signal, feeds back the processed information to the unmanned aerial vehicle, and sends a control signal to the fire extinguishing unit 3 according to a preset program after analysis and calculation; the unmanned aerial vehicle 2 receives the command action and the investigation direction of the control system and transmits investigation data to the control system 1, and the fire extinguishing unit 3 receives the control signal of the control system and executes the fire extinguishing action; the fire-fighting sand recycling device 5 automatically recycles the fire-fighting sand used in the fire scene and the periphery.

As shown in fig. 3, the fire-fighting sand recycling device 5 comprises a control unit KZ, a fire-fighting sand recycling forklift body HS, a detection unit TC, and substation equipment HC; the control unit KZ receives a control signal of the control system 1 (figure 1), receives a detection signal of the detection unit TC, and sends the control signal to the fire-fighting sand recovery forklift body HS according to a preset program after analysis and calculation; the control unit KZ is received by the sand-eliminating and recycling forklift body HS to send out a control signal, and corresponding control actions are executed; the detection unit TC automatically detects the fire-fighting sand accumulation height and transmits a detection signal to the control unit KZ.
