Abstract
本发明公开了一种翻转式充电线圈,包括发射线圈框(1),所述发射线圈框(1)为框型的闭合发射线圈,所述发射线圈框(1)可活动连接于停车位(4)上;所述发射线圈框(1)一侧连接阻尼限位器(2)的一端;所述阻尼限位器(2)的另一端固连在所述停车位(4)上;所述停车位(4)表面有一凹槽(3),所述发射线圈框(1)翻转贴合到所述停车位(4)表面时,落入所述凹槽(3)中;与所述发射线圈框(1)上的闭合发射线圈对应的设有接收线圈(5);所述接收线圈(5)固定在电动汽车的水箱循环散热器(6)前端。本发明改变以往的无线充电对位模式,采用直立式充电,使得无线充电效率更高;成本低廉,利于无线充电技术的推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于无线充电技术领域,具体涉及一种翻转式充电线圈。
背景技术
目前,无线充电的发展进程很快,已经在手机和电动汽车上实现。其中关于电动汽车的无线充电技术,一般是在地面上设置有发射线圈,车底盘设置有接收线圈,地面发射线圈通电后产生交变磁场,车底接收线圈受磁场影响产生交变电流,经整流降压线路输出后给电瓶充电。现有技术中,地面发射线圈裸露凸起在车位中央,很容易在汽车入位停车是不小心压坏;无线充电技术中一直存在发射线圈与接收线圈对不齐影响充电效率的技术难题;在北方严寒地区,汽车长时间充电停放在户外,车内温度特别低,车辆运行初期迟迟没有暖风,十分不便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种翻转式充电线圈,解决现有无线充电线圈裸露在外容易损坏的技术问题。
本发明可通过以下技术方案实现:一种翻转式充电线圈,包括发射线圈框,所述发射线圈框为框型的闭合发射线圈,所述发射线圈框可活动连接于停车位上;所述发射线圈框一侧连接阻尼限位器的一端;所述阻尼限位器的另一端固连在所述停车位上;所述停车位表面有一凹槽,所述发射线圈框翻转贴合到所述停车位表面时,落入所述凹槽中;与所述发射线圈框上的闭合发射线圈对应的设有接收线圈;所述接收线圈固定在电动汽车的水箱循环散热器前端。
优选的,所述发射线圈框和所述凹槽为U形。
优选的,所述发射线圈框和所述凹槽为矩形。
优选的,所述接收线圈贴放在所述水箱循环散热器上。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
(1)改变以往的无线充电对位模式,采用直立式充电,更方便接受和发射线圈间的对位,使得无线充电效率更高;
(2)发射线圈在不使用时可翻转放倒隐藏在车位凹槽内,不占地方,不会被车辆碾压损坏;
(3)发射线圈隐藏在车位凹槽内时,也可开启充电,这一设计方便了一些将接收线圈设置在车底盘的电动汽车充电,具备良好的兼容性;
(4)接收线圈设置在车辆中网内,可与水箱散热器固定在一起,充电过程中接收线圈会产生热量,将水箱散热器加热,使车内循环水保持一定温度,可实现严寒天气下启动车后立刻就有暖风,舒适方便;
(5)不需要额外安装定位装置,成本低廉,设计结构简单,利于无线充电技术的推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种翻转式充电线圈,包括发射线圈框1,所述发射线圈框1为框型的闭合发射线圈,所述发射线圈框1可活动连接于停车位4上;所述发射线圈框1一侧连接阻尼限位器2的一端;所述阻尼限位器2的另一端固连在所述停车位4上;所述停车位4表面有一凹槽3,所述发射线圈框1翻转贴合到所述停车位4表面时,落入所述凹槽3中;与所述发射线圈框1上的闭合发射线圈对应的设有接收线圈5;所述接收线圈5固定在电动汽车的水箱循环散热器6前端。
本发明所述的翻转式充电线圈即为所述发射线圈框1内所包含的一组闭合发射线圈,该发射线圈可随线框翻转竖立、平置;由于所述阻尼限位器2的存在,可使所述发射线圈框1在0°-90°范围内以任意角度翻转并固定,方便无线充电;当所述发射线圈框1在0°位置时,即隐藏于所述凹槽3内,此时方便一些将所述接收线圈5设置在车辆底盘的电动汽车充电,具备良好的兼容性;当发射线圈翻起在90°位置时,即图1所示的竖立状态,此时可配合具有图2所示结构接收线圈的电动汽车充电,所述接收线圈5紧贴在汽车的所述水箱循环散热器6前端,同样保持直立状态,汽车抵近所述发射线圈框1后,即可开始无线充电;此外,由于无线充电涉及电能和磁能的转换,此领域的技术人员都知道,能量间的转换效率不可能达到100%,其中就有部分能量转化为热能向周边环境扩散,本发明创新性的将接收线圈贴放在所述水箱循环散热器6上,可起到保温其内部循环水的作用,这样在我国北方的严寒天气中启动停放许久的充满电的车辆后立刻就有暖风,非常舒适。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,因此,本发明的保护范围由所附权利要求书限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种翻转式充电线圈,其特征在于,包括发射线圈框(1),所述发射线圈框(1)为框型的闭合发射线圈,所述发射线圈框(1)可活动连接于停车位(4)上,所述发射线圈框(1)一侧连接阻尼限位器(2)的一端,所述阻尼限位器(2)的另一端固连在所述停车位(4)上,所述阻尼限位器(2)可使所述发射线圈框(1)在0°-90°范围内以任意角度翻转并固定,所述停车位(4)表面有一凹槽(3),所述发射线圈框(1)翻转贴合到所述停车位(4)表面时,落入所述凹槽(3)中,与所述发射线圈框(1)上的闭合发射线圈对应的设有接收线圈(5);所述接收线圈(5)固定在电动汽车的水箱循环散热器(6)前端;
当所述发射线圈框(1)在0°位置时,隐藏于所述凹槽(3)内,能够对所述接收线圈(5)设置在车辆底盘的电动汽车充电,当发射线圈框(1)翻起在90°位置处于竖立状态时,能够对所述接收线圈(5)设置在所述水箱循环散热器(6)前端的电动汽车充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种翻转式充电线圈,其特征在于,所述发射线圈框(1)和所述凹槽(3)为U形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种翻转式充电线圈,其特征在于,所述发射线圈框(1)和所述凹槽(3)为矩形。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种翻转式充电线圈,其特征在于,所述接收线圈(5)贴放在所述水箱循环散热器(6)上。
