Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of an automatic settlement method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the automatic settlement method according to this embodiment may be a selling device, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring first state information of internal commodities when the vending equipment is opened and second state information of the internal commodities when the vending equipment is closed, wherein opening and closing of the doors correspond to one-time shopping.
And S102, determining purchased commodity information according to the first state information and the second state information.
In the shopping process, a user opens a door of the vending equipment, and at the moment, the vending equipment responds to the door opening operation of the user and acquires state information, namely first state information, of commodities in the vending equipment. Then, after the user selects the commodity to be purchased from the shelf and closes the door of the vending equipment, the vending equipment responds to the door closing operation of the user and acquires the state information of the commodity in the vending equipment, namely the second state information again. Optionally, the first status information and the second status information may include the type and amount of the goods in the vending apparatus before the user purchases, and the type and amount of the goods in the vending apparatus after the user purchases, respectively.
Further, the vending device compares the first status information with the second status information to determine distinguishing status information between the two status information before and after the purchase. The distinguishing state information can be understood as commodity information of commodities selected from a shelf by a user, namely purchased commodity information. Optionally, the purchased article information includes the type and quantity of the purchased article.
In practical applications, the vending apparatus may optionally obtain the first status information and the second status information referred to in the above description in the following manner.
At least one photographing device can be arranged on each layer of shelf of the vending device, and each photographing device has a corresponding photographing area. Through setting up the position that every equipment of shooing is located, can make the shooting region that each equipment of shooing corresponds not overlap, just also guaranteed that at least one equipment of shooing can shoot whole commodities on this layer of goods shelves.
When the user opens the door of the selling equipment, the at least one photographing equipment responds to the door opening action triggered by the user, photographs all commodities in the current selling equipment to obtain a first image, and sends the first image to the selling equipment. The vending equipment utilizes an image recognition algorithm to recognize the first image, and the recognized result is the first state information.
When the selling equipment is closed, the at least one photographing equipment responds to the door closing action triggered by the user, and all commodities in the current selling equipment are photographed to obtain a second image. The vending equipment utilizes an image recognition algorithm to recognize the second image sent by the photographing equipment, and the recognized result is the second state information. Of course, the opening and closing of the door related to the process of acquiring the first state information and the second state information corresponds to one shopping of the user.
And S103, determining the shopping amount corresponding to the purchased commodity information.
And S104, settling the shopping amount according to the pre-acquired payment account.
After the selling device determines the purchased commodity information, the selling device can obtain the shopping amount paid by the user for the shopping according to a preset commodity information list including prices of all commodities to be sold in the selling device and the determined purchased commodity information.
Finally, the purchase amount is automatically settled from the previously obtained payment account number of the user. Alternatively, the user may enter his or her payment account through an operation interface provided by the vending apparatus before opening the door of the vending apparatus. And the equipment to be sold automatically opens the door after receiving the payment account input by the user so that the user can shop. Alternatively, the payment account number may be a bank card number or a user ID of another application having a payment function, or the like.
In this embodiment, for one shopping process, the user opens the door of the vending apparatus to select a desired commodity, and then closes the door of the vending apparatus after the selection is completed. In the shopping process, the selling equipment respectively acquires first state information of the internal commodity of the selling equipment when the door is opened and second state information of the internal commodity when the door is closed. And determining distinguishing state information according to the first state information and the second state information, wherein the distinguishing state information is the purchased commodity information. The selling equipment determines the shopping amount corresponding to the purchased commodity according to the purchased commodity information and the preset commodity price, and deducts the shopping amount from the pre-obtained payment account number of the user to finish settlement. In the whole shopping process, the user only has the basic actions of 'door opening-commodity selection-door closing' in the shopping process, and other redundant operations, such as commodity selection operation, payment operation and the like, do not exist, so that the operation of the user in the shopping process is greatly simplified.
The situation that the selling equipment cannot provide self-service for legal users due to illegal use of a few illegal users on the selling equipment is avoided as much as possible. In the practical use of the vending apparatus, certain restrictions are often required on the users using the vending apparatus, for example, the use of the vending apparatus by illegal users is prohibited. Based on this, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the automatic settlement method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, obtaining the historical shopping record of the user according to the collected identity information of the user.
And S202, verifying the validity of the user according to the identity information and the historical shopping record.
First, the vending apparatus may collect the user's identity information before the user starts shopping. Alternatively, the identity information of the user may be a fingerprint, a facial image, or a payment account number. Alternatively, the vending apparatus may capture the user's fingerprint through a fingerprint collector, or capture a facial image of the user through a facial recognition device. Optionally, a unique code may be further set outside the vending device, and the vending device may obtain the payment account of the user through a code scanning behavior of the user.
Then, optionally, the vending device may compare the collected identity information with data in a pre-established user information database to obtain a historical shopping record corresponding to the identity information, where the user information database stores the identity information of the user and the historical shopping record corresponding to the identity information.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the location where the user information database is stored is not limited, and the user information database may be stored locally in the vending apparatus or on the server. And the user information database bit needs to be updated regularly to ensure timeliness of the content therein.
And further, the validity of the user is verified according to the identity information of the user and the historical shopping record. The authentication process for the new user and the old user is slightly different. Specifically, the user may first select the user type, i.e., the old user or the new user, through an operation interface provided by the vending apparatus. And the vending equipment performs corresponding authentication according to the user type selected by the user.
For old users, the selling equipment needs to determine whether the identity information collected by the certificate exists in the user information database. If not, the user is an illegal user. If the user identity information exists, the corresponding historical shopping record needs to be searched from the user information database according to the collected user identity information. And further determining whether an abnormal record exists in the historical shopping record of the user, such as the order is not settled and the like. If the abnormal record exists, the user is an illegal user.
For a new user, the user information database does not record the information of the new user, and at this time, the user needs to input own identity information firstly. After the identity information is stored in the user information database, the user can start shopping for the first time. I.e. all new users can be considered legitimate users.
S203, acquiring first state information of the internal commodities when the vending equipment is opened and second state information of the internal commodities when the vending equipment is closed, wherein the opening and closing of the doors correspond to one-time shopping.
And S204, determining the purchased commodity information according to the first state information and the second state information.
After the user is verified to be legal, the selling equipment can send a door opening instruction to control the door of the selling equipment to be opened, and at the moment, the selling equipment can acquire first state information. And after the user finishes shopping and closes the door of the vending equipment, the vending equipment acquires second state information. And then, the purchased commodity information is determined according to the contents contained in the first state information and the second state information.
Alternatively, the vending device may implement steps S203-S204 described above in the following manner.
First, a first image of the interior product when the vending apparatus is open and a second image of the interior product when the vending apparatus is closed are captured.
And secondly, respectively extracting the commodity identification codes of the commodities in the first image and the second image.
Thirdly, identifying the commodity identification codes contained in the extracted first image to generate a first commodity identification code list.
Fourthly, identifying the commodity identification codes contained in the extracted second image to generate a second commodity identification code list.
Fifth, the first item identification code list and the second item identification code list are compared to determine purchased item information.
Specifically, the vending device may capture a first image of the interior product when the vending device is open and a second image of the interior product when the vending device is closed with at least one pre-configured photographing device. The position where the at least one photographing device is disposed can be referred to in the related description of the first embodiment, and is not described herein again. In addition, each commodity in the vending equipment is provided with a unique code for uniquely identifying one commodity, namely a commodity identification code, and optionally, the unique code can be any one of a black-and-white two-dimensional code, a color two-dimensional code, a black-and-white bar code, a color bar code and the like.
The selling device extracts the commodity identification code parts of the commodities from the first image and the second image respectively by utilizing an image recognition algorithm. And then the extracted commodity identification code is identified. The selling device can generate a first commodity identification list according to the identification result corresponding to the commodity identification code extracted from the first image, and can correspondingly generate a second commodity identification list in the same way. It is easily understood that the contents contained in the second article identification code list are less than the contents contained in the first article identification code list.
The vending device compares the first commodity identification code list with the second commodity identification code list, so as to obtain the information of the purchased commodities, wherein the information of the purchased commodities comprises the types and the quantities of the purchased commodities, and the contents of the two lists are different.
And S205, determining the actual total weight of the purchased commodities according to the type and the quantity of the purchased commodities and the known weight of the single commodities corresponding to the type of the purchased commodities.
Optionally, the item information list related in the first embodiment records not only the prices of all types of items to be sold in the selling device, but also the weight of each item of each type of item to be sold. The selling device can inquire the weight of each type of commodity in the purchased commodities according to the commodity information list. And then the actual total weight of the purchased commodities can be calculated according to the weight of each type of single commodity and the quantity of the purchased commodities.
And S206, determining the reference total weight of the purchased commodities according to the weights of the vending equipment respectively collected when the vending equipment is opened and closed.
Selling equipment not only can acquire the status information that inside commodity corresponds when opening the door and closing the door, still can acquire selling equipment's weight simultaneously. The difference between the corresponding weights of the vending apparatus when the door is opened and closed can be understood as the reference total weight of the purchased goods. Alternatively, the vending apparatus' own weight when the door is opened and closed may be measured by a load cell provided on the vending apparatus.
As can be seen from the above description, the reference total weight is measured by a physical measuring tool, and the actual total weight is obtained based on the result of image recognition. Under normal circumstances, the values of the two should be equal. However, in actual use, there is a high possibility that an error occurs in the actual total weight obtained based on the result of the image recognition, and thus a case where the actual total weight is not equal to the reference total weight occurs. At this time, the settlement operation cannot be directly performed, and the vending apparatus needs to perform the following steps:
s207, determining whether there is a weight difference between the actual total weight and the reference total weight, if so, executing step S208, otherwise, executing step S209.
And S208, calibrating the purchased commodity information according to the reference total weight.
When the actual total weight is not equal to the reference total weight, it is easy to think that the following two cases occur:
in one case, the reference total weight is less than the actual total weight, at which point the vending apparatus first calculates the weight difference between the actual total weight and the reference total weight. The selling equipment determines the commodities or the commodity combinations with the same weight difference and the prices of the commodities or the commodity combinations in the purchased commodities according to the types, the quantities and the weight of the commodities in a single piece. And then the commodity information of the commodity or the commodity combination with the lowest price is removed from the purchased commodity information.
Alternatively, the selling device may remove the commodity information of the commodity or the combination of commodities having the highest price or the preset price from the purchased commodity information, in addition to the lowest price referred to above.
In another case, the reference total weight is greater than the actual total weight, and at this time, the selling device may determine the commodity or the combination of commodities having the same weight difference and the preset price according to the pre-configured commodity information list. And then adding the commodity information of the commodity or the commodity combination to the purchased commodity information.
Both of the above two methods can ensure that the actual total weight corresponding to the purchased commodity information is the same as the reference total weight, that is, the purchased commodity information corresponding to the actual total weight is updated.
S209, determining the shopping amount corresponding to the purchased commodity information.
And S210, settling the shopping amount according to the pre-acquired payment account.
The execution process of the above steps S209-S210 is similar to the corresponding steps of the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the relevant description in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, before the user starts shopping, the user is authenticated, and only the authenticated user can use the vending apparatus to shop. Therefore, illegal users who are easy to operate in violation can be prevented from using the vending equipment, the vending equipment can provide self-service for the legal users at any time, and the service life of the vending equipment is prolonged. And then, the selling equipment determines the purchased commodity information according to the acquired first state information and the acquired second state information. The selling device also needs to compare the actual total weight determined by the purchased goods information with the reference total weight before the settlement of the user. When the difference exists between the two, the information of the commodity easy to purchase for settlement is calibrated by using the difference of the two total weights, so that the accuracy of the settlement amount is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a first vending apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the vending apparatus includes: at least one shelf 11, a door-mounted electronic lock 12, and a processor 13.
At least one shelf 11 for holding the goods for sale.
And the processor 13 is used for controlling the on-off state of the electronic lock 12 according to the user information.
Specifically, when the user corresponding to the user information is a valid user, the processor 13 of the vending apparatus generates a door opening instruction to control the electronic lock 12 installed on the door to be opened. At which point the user may open the door of the vending apparatus to begin shopping. After the user closes the door of the vending apparatus after shopping is completed, the processor 13 will generate a door closing command in response to the door closing operation, for controlling the electronic lock 12 mounted on the door to close. For the process of verifying the validity of the user, reference may be made to the related description in the second embodiment.
Meanwhile, the processor 13 is further configured to obtain first state information of the internal commodities when the vending device opens the door and second state information of the internal commodities when the vending device closes the door according to the on-off state of the electronic lock, where opening and closing the door corresponds to one-time shopping;
determining purchased commodity information according to the first state information and the second state information;
determining the shopping amount corresponding to the purchased commodity information;
and settling the shopping amount according to the pre-acquired payment account.
Wherein, optionally, processor 13 is located in a dashed box in fig. 3, indicating that processor 13 may be disposed inside a vending apparatus.
For parts of this embodiment not described in detail, reference may be made to the description of the embodiment shown in fig. 1-2. The implementation process and technical effect of the technical solution refer to the description in the embodiment shown in fig. 1-2, and are not described herein again.
