The shopping settlement method provided by the invention can be used in the following scenes: the user needs to select the goods to be purchased from the shelves of the vending apparatus, and also needs to select the goods to be purchased in the shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal. After the two commodity selections are completed, the selling equipment can settle accounts for the selected commodities through payment operation triggered by the user. The specific implementation process of the shopping settlement method provided by the invention can be seen in the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a shopping settlement method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, an execution subject of the shopping settlement method provided in this embodiment may be a selling device, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101, responding to the triggered shopping operation, and acquiring a first self-weight value of the vending equipment.
And S102, responding to the payment operation triggered by the selected commodity, and acquiring a second self-weight value of the selling equipment.
First, the user needs to trigger a shopping operation. The vending equipment responds to the shopping operation, the weighing sensor arranged in the vending equipment is controlled to measure the self weight of the current vending equipment, and at the moment, the vending equipment can acquire the self weight before shopping, namely a first self weight value. Alternatively, the shopping operation triggered by the user may be that the user opens the door of the vending device, presses a shopping start button provided on the vending device, performs a corresponding operation of shopping start in a shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal, and the like.
The user may then remove the desired item for purchase from the shelf of the vending apparatus. After the user takes all the commodities to be purchased from the shelf, the user needs to trigger payment operation on the selected commodities. The selling equipment responds to the payment operation, the weighing sensor is controlled to measure the self weight of the current selling equipment again, and the selling equipment can acquire the self weight after shopping, namely a second self weight value. Alternatively, the payment operation triggered by the user may be pressing a payment button provided on the vending device, or a corresponding operation of making payment in a shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal, or the like.
S103, if the weight difference value of the first weight value and the second weight value meets the weight error range of the selected commodity, shopping settlement is carried out in response to payment operation.
The vending apparatus may calculate a weight difference value based on the first weight value and the second weight value that have been obtained. This weight difference is then compared to the weight error range of the selected product. If the weight difference value meets the weight error range of the selected commodity, the commodity selected by the user from the shelf is consistent with the commodity selected by the user from the shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal. At this time, the selling device can settle the shopping of the user according to the pre-acquired payment account of the user. Optionally, before the shopping operation is triggered, the user may input a payment account of the user through an operation interface provided by the vending device, so that the vending device may acquire the payment account of the user before settlement.
Alternatively, the merchandising device may determine the weight error range for the selected product in the following manner.
The user may select an item desired to be purchased on a shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal. After the user finishes selecting and triggers payment operation on the selected commodity, the mobile terminal can count the type and the quantity of the selected commodity according to the click operation of the user on the shopping interface, and sends the counted result to the selling equipment. The selling equipment can determine the weight error range of the selected commodities according to the types and the quantity of the selected commodities sent by the mobile terminal. Specifically, the vending apparatus has previously acquired a commodity information list in which the types of all commodities to be vended in the vending apparatus and the weight error range of a single commodity are recorded. Optionally, the aforementioned commodity information list may be stored locally in the vending device or on the server. The selling equipment can determine the weight error range of the selected commodity by combining the pre-acquired commodity information list according to the type and the quantity of the selected commodity sent by the mobile terminal.
The process of determining the weight error of the selected product is described in an embodiment.
Suppose that the vending apparatus receives the selected merchandise types and quantities as follows: type a, purchase amount 1; type B, purchase amount 2; type C, purchase amount 3. At the moment, the selling equipment can inquire that the weight error of the single commodity corresponding to the type A is-5 g through the commodity information list; the weight error of the single commodity corresponding to the type B is-10 g; the weight error of the single commodity corresponding to the type C is-15 g. The vending machine determines the selected product to have a weight error ranging from Mg to Ng, where M (-5) × 1+ (-10) × 2+ (-15) × 3 ═ 70, and N ═ 5 × 1+10 × 2+15 × 3 ═ 70.
In this embodiment, first, the vending device responds to a shopping operation triggered by a user, and obtains a first self-weight value of the vending device before the user purchases a commodity. After the user finishes shopping, the selling device responds to the payment operation triggered by the user on the purchased commodity, and a second self-weight value of the selling device after the user purchases the commodity is obtained. Vending equipment can confirm the dead weight difference according to aforementioned two dead weight values. This weight difference represents the weight of the item being picked up by the user from the shelves of the vending apparatus, the weight of the item being picked up corresponding to an amount due. Then, the user also needs to select the commodity to be purchased in the shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal, and the selling device can also acquire the weight error range of the commodity selected by the user, namely the weight error range of the selected commodity, wherein the weight error range of the selected commodity corresponds to an actual payment amount. Finally, the vending equipment judges whether the self-weight difference value meets the weight error range of the selected commodity. If the dead weight difference value meets the weight error range of the selected commodity, the fact that the commodity taken from the goods shelf by the user is the same as the commodity selected by the user through the shopping interface is indicated, at the moment, the selling equipment responds to payment operation triggered by the user to conduct shopping settlement, and therefore the matching degree between the actual payment amount and the amount due is improved.
The situation that the selling equipment cannot provide self-service for legal users due to illegal use of a few illegal users on the selling equipment is avoided as much as possible. In the practical use of the vending apparatus, certain restrictions are often required on the users using the vending apparatus, for example, the use of the vending apparatus by illegal users is prohibited. Based on this, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a second embodiment of the shopping settlement method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, user information containing identity information and credit level is obtained.
S202, determining whether the user is a registered user from the user information database according to the identity information.
S203, if the user is a registered user and the credit level is higher than the preset level, the user is a legal user.
First, before a user triggers a shopping operation, the vending device may collect identity information of the user. Alternatively, the identity information of the user may be a fingerprint, a facial image, or a payment account number. Alternatively, the vending apparatus may capture the user's fingerprint through a fingerprint collector, or capture a facial image of the user through a facial recognition device. Optionally, a unique code may be further set outside the vending device, and the vending device may acquire the payment account of the user through a code scanning operation of the user.
Then, optionally, the vending device may compare the collected identity information with data in a pre-established user information database to determine whether the user is a registered user and to obtain a credit rating of the user. The user information database stores the identity information of the user and the credit rating of the user at the same time. Optionally, whether the user has an unpaid order, whether the user enters a credit blacklist, historical repayment records and the like are all factors which seriously affect the credit rating of the user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the location where the user information database is stored is not limited, and the user information database may be stored locally in the vending apparatus or on the server. And the user information database bit needs to be updated regularly to ensure timeliness of the content therein.
And further, the identity information and the credit level of the user are combined to verify the legality of the user. Only when the two indexes are simultaneously satisfied, the user can be judged to be a legal user. The authentication process for the new user and the old user is slightly different. Specifically, the user may first select the user type, i.e., the old user or the new user, through an operation interface provided by the vending apparatus. And the vending equipment performs corresponding authentication according to the user type selected by the user.
For old users, the selling equipment needs to determine whether the identity information collected by the certificate exists in the user information database. If not, the user is not the registered user, and the user can be judged to be an illegal user at the moment. If the user identity information exists, the user is judged to be a registered user, and at the moment, the credit rating of the user needs to be further searched from the user information database according to the collected user identity information. And if the credit rating of the user is higher than the preset rating, judging the user to be a legal user. And if the credit level of the user is lower than the preset level, judging the user to be an illegal user.
For a new user, the user information database does not record the information of the new user, and at this time, the user needs to input own identity information firstly. After the identity information is stored in the user information database, various transaction or repayment information corresponding to the identity information can be searched in the whole network according to the identity information, and therefore a credit level is generated for the new user according to the transaction information. And when the credit level is higher than the preset level, judging the user as a legal user.
After determining that the user is a valid user, the user may begin shopping.
S204, responding to the triggered shopping operation, and acquiring a first self-weight value of the vending equipment.
The execution process of step S204 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the relevant description in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
And S205, identifying the images of the commodities to be sold, which are shot by the selling equipment, so as to acquire information of the commodities to be sold.
The selling device responds to a shopping operation triggered by a user, obtains a first self-weight value and obtains an image of a commodity to be sold, wherein the image is shot by at least one camera configured by the selling device. The selling device acquires the information of the commodity to be sold by identifying the image of the commodity to be sold, and optionally, the information of the commodity to be sold can comprise the type and the quantity of the commodity.
Optionally, at least one photographing device may be disposed on each shelf of the vending apparatus, and each photographing device has a corresponding photographing region. Through setting up the position that every equipment of shooing is located, can make the shooting region that each equipment of shooing corresponds not overlap, just also guaranteed that at least one equipment of shooing can shoot whole commodities on this layer of goods shelves. The selling device responds to shopping operation triggered by a user, and controls at least one photographing device to photograph the commodity to be sold in the selling device before shopping so as to obtain an image of the commodity to be sold. In addition, each commodity inside the vending equipment is provided with a unique code for uniquely identifying one commodity, and optionally, the unique code can be any one of a black-and-white two-dimensional code, a color two-dimensional code, a black-and-white bar code, a color bar code and the like. The selling device can acquire the information of the commodities to be sold before the user shops through identifying the unique code of each commodity to be sold in the commodity image to be sold.
S206, sending the information of the commodities to be sold to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can update the information of the commodities to be sold in the shopping interface.
Since the user needs to select the goods from the shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal in addition to taking the goods from the shelf of the selling device, the goods to be sold displayed in the shopping interface are consistent with the goods to be sold in the selling device. Therefore, the selling device needs to send the information of the goods to be sold to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can update the information of the goods to be sold in the shopping interface. The user can select the goods to be purchased in the updated shopping interface.
And S207, responding to the payment operation triggered by the selected commodity, and acquiring a second self-weight value of the selling device.
The execution process of step S207 is similar to the corresponding steps in the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the relevant description in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
In practical applications, however, in order to avoid the situation that the user continues to take the goods from the shelf after triggering the payment operation, optionally, the vending apparatus further needs to perform the following steps:
first, an open/close state of a door of a vending apparatus is detected in response to a payment operation triggered for a selected commodity.
And secondly, if the door of the vending equipment is in an open state, an alarm prompt is sent out.
After the user triggered the payment operation, the vending equipment detected the opening and closing condition of the door. If the door of the vending equipment is detected to be in an open state, an alarm prompt is sent out to prompt a user to close the door. Only after detecting that the door of the vending apparatus has been closed, the following payment operations can be further performed.
And S208, determining the weight error range of the selected commodities according to the types and the quantity of the selected commodities sent by the mobile terminal.
S209, if the weight difference value between the first weight value and the second weight value meets the weight error range of the selected commodity, responding to the payment operation to settle the shopping.
The execution process of the above steps S208-S209 is similar to the corresponding steps of the foregoing embodiment, and reference may be made to the relevant description in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
In addition, in practical use, in addition to the case that occurs in step S209, there may also occur a case that the self-weight difference value does not satisfy the weight error range of the selected product. At this time, optionally, the vending device may send a selection error prompt message to the mobile terminal to prompt the user that the goods selected through the shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal are different from the goods taken by the user from the shelf, so as to prompt the user to select the goods on the shopping interface again.
Optionally, the vending device may also preset the number of times of sending the selection error prompt message. If the sending times of the selected error prompt information reach the preset times, the user is indicated to have the risk of carrying out illegal operations such as error payment on the vending equipment. At this time, the vending device may mark the order corresponding to the selected item as an unpaid order. The user also has a reduced credit rating because of the presence of unpaid orders, thereby increasing the likelihood that the vending apparatus will not be available.
In this embodiment, before the user starts shopping, the user is authenticated, and only the authenticated user can use the vending apparatus to shop. Therefore, illegal users who are easy to operate in violation can be prevented from using the vending equipment, the vending equipment can provide self-service for the legal users at any time, and the service life of the vending equipment is prolonged. Then, the selling equipment responds to the triggered shopping operation, the commodity to be sold is photographed through the photographing equipment of the selling equipment to obtain information of the commodity to be sold, the information of the commodity to be sold is sent to the mobile terminal, and the information displayed in the shopping interface provided by the mobile terminal is consistent with the information of the commodity to be sold in the goods shelf of the selling equipment. The user can select the commodities in the updated shopping interface, so that the problem that the commodity information of the shopping interface is wrong, the commodity selection of the user is wrong, and further an unpaid order is generated, and the self-service provided by the selling equipment for the user is further influenced. In addition, the vending equipment responds to the payment operation of the user on the selected commodity, detects the opening and closing state of the door of the vending equipment, and only after the door is closed, the payment operation is carried out, so that the situation that the amount of money due to the fact that the user continues to take the commodity from the goods shelf after triggering the payment operation is not consistent with the actual payment amount is prevented.
