本发明涉及一种化工车间新风增氧净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有新风装置和车间空气净化装置,新风装置底部侧壁设有进风管,所述车间空气净化装置顶部设有吸风管,车间空气净化装置底部设有与进风管连接的回流管,所述车间空气净化装置由上而下依次设有粗过滤网、净化无纺布过滤网、加热层、一氧化碳吸收层、净化活性炭吸附层、碱液池,所述碱液池侧上方设有分子筛吸收层,所述分子筛吸收层连接吸风机,所述吸风机的出风口连接有暂存箱,本发明通过车间空气净化装置对车间内有毒气体进行净化吸收,然后与室外空气进行混合,可以有效减少车间空气的排出,净化效果好。与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,更具体的讲是一种化工车间新风增氧净化装置。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,我国雾霾天气日益严重且频繁,空气安全已经越来越受到人们的重视,而对于有害气体较为集中的化工车间,其不仅仅需要对进风进行净化,对车间内的空气排出也需要净化,否则会造成空气的污染,目前的室内净化装置仅仅是对PM2.5、可吸入颗粒的吸收,其无法满足化工车间使用。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于针对现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种化工车间新风增氧净化装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种化工车间新风增氧净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有新风装置和车间空气净化装置,所述新风装置顶部设有出风管,新风装置底部侧壁设有进风管,所述车间空气净化装置顶部设有吸风管,车间空气净化装置底部设有与进风管连接的回流管,所述新风装置内由下而上依次设有水槽、混合室、喷淋管、吸水绵层、新风无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、新风活性炭吸附层,所述进风管设置在混合室侧壁上,所述增氧层内设有增氧机,所述紫外杀菌层内设有紫外杀菌灯管;所述车间空气净化装置由上而下依次设有粗过滤网、净化无纺布过滤网、加热层、一氧化碳吸收层、净化活性炭吸附层、碱液池,所述加热层内设有加热丝,所述净化活性炭吸附层底部通过管道与碱液池连接,所述管道底部设置在碱液池的底部,所述碱液池侧上方设有分子筛吸收层,所述分子筛吸收层连接吸风机,所述吸风机的出风口连接有暂存箱,所述暂存箱上设有回流管和排气管。
上述粗过滤网对车间空气进行初步过滤,然后通过净化无纺布过滤网进行粉尘的进一步过滤,加热层加热空气,有利于后续的吸收,一氧化碳吸收层、净化活性炭吸附层、碱液池分别对一氧化碳、一氧化氮和二氧化硫进行吸收,分子筛吸收层进一步吸收有害气体,经过处理的车间空气与室外空气混合后通过喷淋管喷淋除尘和吸收二氧化碳,然后通过吸水绵层进行吸水,随后通过无纺布过滤层再次对过滤空气中的粉尘等颗粒,过滤后的空气再经过光触媒过滤装置充分过滤PM2.5等杂质;然后通过增氧层提高氧气含量,处理后的空气曾紫外杀菌层杀菌后进行活性炭吸附,将其中空气中以及制氧后的气味清除。
上述混合室外壁上设有水泵,所述水泵两端分别与水槽和喷淋管连接。
上述新风装置底部侧壁设有与水槽连接的水管,所述水管上设有阀门。
上述进风管内交错设有挡风板,所述挡风板的长度大于进风管的最大内径,增加了处理后的车间内空气和室外空气在进风管的路径,起到了初步混合室内外空气的作用,空气混合均匀有利于后续过滤时,空气过滤平稳,且密度均匀,过滤时吸收效果好。
上述回流管上设有回流阀。
上述暂存箱连接有一氧化碳测定仪、一氧化氮测定仪、二氧化硫检测仪。
上述暂存箱与吸风管之间设有反净化管,所述反净化管上设有反净化开关,对于检测不合格的气体重新进行净化。
本发明的有益效果是:通过车间空气净化装置对车间内有毒气体进行净化吸收,然后与室外空气进行混合,可以有效减少车间空气的排出,加热层加热空气,有利于后续的吸收,一氧化碳吸收层、净化活性炭吸附层、碱液池分别对一氧化碳、一氧化氮和二氧化硫进行吸收,喷淋管可对二氧化碳进行吸收,净化效果好。与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步。

上述混合室9外壁上设有水泵31,所述水泵31两端分别与水槽8和喷淋管10连接。
上述新风装置2底部侧壁设有与水槽8连接的水管32,所述水管32上设有阀门33。
上述进风管5内交错设有挡风板34,所述挡风板34的长度大于进风管5的最大内径。
上述回流管7上设有回流阀35。
上述暂存箱29连接有一氧化碳测定仪36、一氧化氮测定仪37、二氧化硫检测仪38。
上述暂存箱29与吸风管6之间设有反净化管39,所述反净化管39上设有反净化开关40。

1.一种化工车间新风增氧净化装置,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有新风装置和车间空气净化装置,所述新风装置顶部设有出风管,新风装置底部侧壁设有进风管,所述车间空气净化装置顶部设有吸风管,车间空气净化装置底部设有与进风管连接的回流管,所述新风装置内由下而上依次设有水槽、混合室、喷淋管、吸水绵层、新风无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、新风活性炭吸附层,所述进风管设置在混合室侧壁上,所述增氧层内设有增氧机,所述紫外杀菌层内设有紫外杀菌灯管;所述车间空气净化装置由上而下依次设有粗过滤网、净化无纺布过滤网、加热层、一氧化碳吸收层、净化活性炭吸附层、碱液池,所述加热层内设有加热丝,所述净化活性炭吸附层底部通过管道与碱液池连接,所述管道底部设置在碱液池的底部,所述碱液池侧上方设有分子筛吸收层,所述分子筛吸收层连接吸风机,所述吸风机的出风口连接有暂存箱,所述暂存箱上设有回流管和排气管。
