Abstract

本发明涉及一种室内新风净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体底部侧壁设有进风口,壳体顶部设有出风口,所述进风口连接进风管,进风管侧壁连接有室内进风管和室外进风管,所述进风管靠近出风口的一端滤网,所述壳体内由下而上依次设有水槽、混合室、喷淋管、吸水绵层、无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、活性炭吸附层、温控层,所述进风口设置在混合室侧壁上,本发明通过设置室内进风管和室外进风管可以有效的利用室内空气,减轻净化装置的负荷,同时有效利用室内空气,提高净化效率;喷淋管、吸水绵层、无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、活性炭吸附层的设置能充分去除空气中的有害物质,净化效果好。

一种室内新风净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,更具体的讲是一种室内新风净化装置。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,我国雾霾天气日益严重且频繁,空气安全已经越来越受到人们的重视,室外,严格控制污染物的排放,室内增加空气净化装置,然而现有技术中的空气净化器大多是将室内空气排出,而将室外的空气进行过滤,然而室内空气虽然质量较差,但其质量依然高于室外的空气,因此将室内空气排出,而将室外的空气进行过滤的方式一是对室内空气的浪费,而是增加过滤装置的负担,需要频繁更换过滤装置,若全部采用室内空气进行循环过滤,则没有新的空气进入,空气质量越来越差,也不能满足净化的需求。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于针对现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种室内外空气混合净化的室内新风净化装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种室内新风净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体底部侧壁设有进风口,壳体顶部设有出风口,所述出风口内设有引风机,所述进风口连接进风管,所述进风管侧壁连接有室内进风管和室外进风管,所述进风管靠近出风口的一端设有滤网插槽,所述滤网插槽内设有滤网,所述壳体内由下而上依次设有水槽、混合室、喷淋管、吸水绵层、无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、活性炭吸附层、温控层,所述进风口设置在混合室侧壁上,所述混合室外壁上设有水泵,所述水泵两端分别与水槽和喷淋管连接,所述增氧层内设有增氧机,所述紫外杀菌层内设有紫外杀菌灯管,所述温控层内设有加热丝。
上述滤网对将要进入壳体内的室内外空气进行初步过滤,然后通过喷淋管喷淋除尘,然后通过吸水绵层进行吸水,随后通过无纺布过滤层再次对过滤空气中的粉尘等颗粒,过滤后的空气再经过光触媒过滤装置充分过滤PM2.5等杂质;然后通过增氧层提高氧气含量,处理后的空气曾紫外杀菌层杀菌后进行活性炭吸附,将其中空气中以及制氧后的气味清楚,然后控制空气温度后进入室内。
上述壳体底部侧壁设有与水槽连接的水管,所述水管上设有阀门。
上述进风管内交错设有挡风板,所述挡风板的长度大于进风管的最大内径,交错设置的挡风板增加了室内空气和室外空气在进风管的路径,起到了初步混合室内外空气的作用,室内外空气混合均匀有利于后续过滤时,空气过滤平稳,且密度均匀,过滤时吸收效果好。
上述室内进风管设置在室内,所述室外进风管设置在室外。
上述温控层内设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与处理器连接,所述处理器与电热丝连接,其与电源连接。
上述室内进风管上设有室内进风控制阀。
上述室外进风管上设有室外进风控制阀。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置室内进风管和室外进风管可以有效的利用室内空气,减轻净化装置的负荷,同时有效利用室内空气,提高净化效率;喷淋管、吸水绵层、无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、活性炭吸附层的设置能充分去除空气中的有害物质,净化效果好。与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步。

一种室内新风净化装置,包括壳体1,所述壳体1底部侧壁设有进风口2,壳体1顶部设有出风口3,所述出风口3内设有引风机4,所述进风口2连接进风管5,上述进风管5内交错设有挡风板26,所述挡风板26的长度大于进风管5的最大内径,所述进风管5侧壁连接有室内进风管6和室外进风管7,室内进风管6设置在室内,所述室外进风管7设置在室外,室内进风管6上设有室内进风控制阀29,室外进风管7上设有室外进风控制阀30,所述进风管5靠近出风口3的一端设有滤网插槽8,所述滤网插槽8内设有滤网9,所述壳体1内由下而上依次设有水槽10、混合室11、喷淋管12、吸水绵层13、无纺布过滤层14、光触媒过滤层15、增氧层16、紫外杀菌层17、活性炭吸附层18、温控层19,所述壳体1底部侧壁设有与水槽10连接的水管24,所述水管24上设有阀门25,所述进风口2设置在混合室11侧壁上,所述混合室11外壁上设有水泵20,所述水泵20两端分别与水槽10和喷淋管12连接,所述增氧层16内设有增氧机21,所述紫外杀菌层17内设有紫外杀菌灯管22,所述温控层19内设有加热丝23。
温控层19内设有温度传感器27,所述温度传感器27与处理器28连接,所述处理器28与电热丝23连接,上述水泵20、增氧机21、紫外杀菌灯管22、加热丝23、处理器28均与电源31连接。

1.一种室内新风净化装置,包括壳体,所述壳体底部侧壁设有进风口,壳体顶部设有出风口,所述出风口内设有引风机,其特征在于:所述进风口连接进风管,所述进风管侧壁连接有室内进风管和室外进风管,所述进风管靠近出风口的一端设有滤网插槽,所述滤网插槽内设有滤网,所述壳体内由下而上依次设有水槽、混合室、喷淋管、吸水绵层、无纺布过滤层、光触媒过滤层、增氧层、紫外杀菌层、活性炭吸附层、温控层,所述进风口设置在混合室侧壁上,所述混合室外壁上设有水泵,所述水泵两端分别与水槽和喷淋管连接,所述增氧层内设有增氧机,所述紫外杀菌层内设有紫外杀菌灯管,所述温控层内设有加热丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内新风净化装置,其特征在于:所述壳体底部侧壁设有与水槽连接的水管,所述水管上设有阀门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内新风净化装置,其特征在于,所述进风管内交错设有挡风板,所述挡风板的长度大于进风管的最大内径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内新风净化装置,其特征在于:所述室内进风管设置在室内,所述室外进风管设置在室外。
5.根据权利要求1素数的一种室内新风净化装置,其特征在于:所述温控层内设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与处理器连接,所述处理器与电热丝连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内新风净化装置,其特征在于:所述室内进风管上设有室内进风控制阀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内新风净化装置,其特征在于:所述室外进风管上设有室外进风控制阀。
