[0015] 本实用新型把含有害物质的废气抽入进气室后,与喷淋机构在环形气液交换筒夹层形成的水幕接触,并穿过水幕,水洗后进入气液交换筒内,并从筒体上部往筒外再次穿过水幕,经过进一步交换和清洗,充分提高水洗净化空气的效果,然后进入排气室,并排出主体外部(例如,本实用新型用作厨房过滤油烟气体的空气净化装置时,风机组件把含油烟的气体抽入进气室后,气流穿过水幕,气液通过充分接触和交换,达到清除空气中大部分尘埃、油气、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、甲醛等有害物质的目的,水洗后的气流进入排气室,并由风机排出)。当然也可以采用一次或更多次穿过水幕的方式。循环水箱提供水源,经水泵和管道输送到气液交换筒顶部,再经喷咀均匀喷射到交换筒内壁和夹层,形成连续的多层水幕,清洗完空气后液体又重新流入循环水箱内,无需外接水源管道供水。

Claims (6)
1.一种环形水洗式空气净化装置,包括主体(3),其特征在于,主体(3)内设有循环水箱(1)、水泵(2)、喷淋机构(7)、气液交换筒¢)、进气室(4)、排气室(5)和风机组件(8);进气室(4)和排气室(5)分别位于气液交换筒¢)的内侧和外侧,两气室通过气液交换筒(6)内外壁表面设置的小孔及夹层网孔连通,进气室(4)与主体(3)的进风端连通,排气室(5)与主体(3)的出风端连通;循环水箱⑴位于主体(3)的底部,喷淋机构(7)位于进气室(4)的顶部,水泵(2)分别与水箱(I)、喷淋机构(7)连接;喷淋机构(7)形成环形水雾并均匀的喷洒到气液交换筒¢)的内壁,水雾在重力作用下沿着气液交换筒¢)内壁向下流动,形成环形水幕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环形水洗式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述气液交换筒(6)为圆形筒或锥形筒,内外壁之间填充有过滤层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环形水洗式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述气液交换筒(6)竖向设置在主体(3)内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环形水洗式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述风机组件(8)安装在主体(3)的进风端或出风端上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环形水洗式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述水泵(2)置于循环水箱(I)内,或者安装在循环水箱(I)的外部;水泵(2)通过管道(9)与喷淋机构(7)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环形水洗式空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述循环水箱(I)底部设有排污阀。
