Abstract
本发明涉及一种棉织物用抗菌整理剂的制备方法,8份十二烷基二甲基氯化铵、6份烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG‑700、14‑18份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、41‑52份丙烯酸丁酯、12‑18份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、6‑11份苯乙烯、5份丙烯酸和152份去离子水形成乳化液;8份表面改性纳米二氧化钛、1/3体积的乳化液,升温至75℃,加入0.2份过硫酸铵,保温反应30min;2小时内滴加剩余乳化液、0.6份过硫酸铵的水溶液及5份甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加完毕,将反应釜温度升至85℃,保温1h;将反应釜温度降至45~50℃,过200目筛。本发明采用季铵盐单体在纳米二氧化钛离子表面接枝,使无机和有机抗菌剂复合,实现抗菌剂的高效性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌整理剂的制备方法,尤其是一种棉织物用抗菌整理剂,属于纺织品助剂领域
背景技术
当基本的条件如营养、水份、氧气以及合适的温度都具备时,纺织品是微生物生长的极好媒介物,其硕大的表面积有助于微生物的生长。为了减少有害微生物对人的危害,防止在人与人、人与动物、动物与动物之间的传播,我们必须人为地控制纺织品中微生物的生长繁殖。耐久性抗菌整理是一种很有效的方法。它可减少微生物降解织物产生的气味,可以杀死或抑制细菌,减少对人体的危害,起到卫生保健作用。但理想的抗菌整理及其工艺应该满足以下条件:无毒,不引起皮肤过敏或不适;不影响纺织品性能或外观;能与常规加工工艺相容和耐多次水洗。整理工艺必须对环境友好,整理后仍保持整理剂的内在功能,整理过的产品具有耐久性并保留织物所需要的功能及服用性能。
发明内容
针对现有抗菌剂的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌整理剂的制备方法,尤其是以纳米二氧化钛为主要抗菌剂组分,采用聚合方法制备棉织物用抗菌整理剂,将抗菌单体接枝到纳米氧化锌上,提高抗菌剂的抗菌有效性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种棉织物用抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一 将8份十二烷基二甲基氯化铵、6份烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、14-18份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、41-52份丙烯酸丁酯、12-18份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、6-11份苯乙烯、5份丙烯酸和152份去离子水加入乳化釜中,搅拌30min,成乳化液;
步骤二 向反应釜中加入8份表面改性纳米二氧化钛、1/3体积步骤一的乳化液,升温至75℃,加入0.2份过硫酸铵,保温反应30min;
步骤三 2小时内滴加剩余乳化液、0.6份过硫酸铵与20份去离水的水溶液及5份甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加完毕,将反应釜温度升至85℃,保温1h;
步骤四 将反应釜温度降至45~50℃,过200目筛,得棉织物用抗菌整理剂。
所述表面改性纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:
将15份纳米二氧化钛粒子加入到120份乙醇中溶解,超声分散15分钟,加入20份乙醇与2份硅烷偶联剂KH-570的混合液,加热至70℃,恒温反应3小时,经洗涤、过滤后干燥,研磨成粉体状改性纳米二氧化钛。
本发明采用季铵盐抗菌单体在改性后的纳米二氧化钛离子表面接枝的方法,使季铵盐锚接在聚合物中,既有利于纳米二氧化钛的均匀分散,又增强了抗菌剂的稳定性,提高了抗菌剂的耐久性。

下列实施方案,仅是举例说明,不是仅有的,所以,一切在本发明范围内或是做与本发明相似的改变均包含于本发明之内。
实施例1
一种棉织物用抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一 将8份十二烷基二甲基氯化铵、6份烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、14份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、41份丙烯酸丁酯、12份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、6份苯乙烯、5份丙烯酸和152份去离子水加入乳化釜中,搅拌30min,成乳化液;
步骤二 向反应釜中加入8份表面改性纳米二氧化钛、1/3体积步骤一的乳化液,升温至75℃,加入0.2份过硫酸铵,保温反应30min;
步骤三 2小时内滴加剩余乳化液、0.6份过硫酸铵与20份去离水的水溶液及5份甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加完毕,将反应釜温度升至85℃,保温1h;

步骤三 2小时内滴加剩余乳化液、0.6份过硫酸铵与20份去离水的水溶液及5份甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加完毕,将反应釜温度升至85℃,保温1h;
