本发明公开一种用于轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器内衬的低温耐磨浇注料,其成分组成为:镁砂颗粒,镁砂细粉,结合剂镁水泥,α‑Al2O3微粉,白泥,六偏磷酸钠,纸纤维,外加剂,木质素磺酸钙,柠檬酸。本发明的有益效果是:本发明涉及的用于轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器的低温耐磨浇注料,其优点是:该产品具有良好的成型性能、低温耐磨性能好,抗镁质物料冲刷能力强,在工作温度下热震稳定性优异。用于轻烧MgO电加热竖窑预热带及冷却带的强制换热区域窑墙部位,使用效果显著。

Description

一种用于轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器内衬的低温耐磨浇注料
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料领域,具体涉及一种用于轻烧MgO电加热竖窑强制换热器内衬的低温耐磨浇注料。
背景技术
轻烧MgO电加热竖窑物料的强制换热区域主要为预热带物料换热区和冷却带物料换热区,分别设置2-20对预热带物料换热装置和冷却带物料换热装置。换热装置内衬材料工作温度为300~500℃,物料在下行的过程中,对强制换热带区域冲刷严重,对该部位的内衬材料带来极大的重力冲击及机械磨损。预热带同时接触从加料区加入的冷物料以及来自于冷却带热交换器产生的热风,使用环境较为恶劣,因此,对强制换热器内衬耐火材料要求较为苛刻,针对目前该领域技术不足,开发一种在低温条件下具有良好的耐磨性、较好抗冲刷性能、较优异的热震稳定性以及低膨胀性的新型低温耐磨镁质耐火浇注料材料来满足此部位的需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是解决现有轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器区域窑墙内衬材料的问题,提出一种用于轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器内衬的镁质浇注料,能够具有良好的低温耐磨性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种用于轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器内衬的低温耐磨浇注料,镁砂颗粒主要发挥骨架作用;镁砂细粉与α-Al2O3微粉在浇注料使用过程形成再生尖晶石,提高材料高温性能;白泥可以提高材料常温塑性,同时促进浇注料的高温烧结;六偏磷酸钠起到减水剂的作用;纸纤维起到防爆作用;木质素磺酸钙和柠檬酸促进浇注料的流动。浇注料成分按以下重量比组成:
所述的镁砂颗粒为烧结镁砂,镁砂颗粒中MgO含量≥92wt%,镁砂颗粒的粒径级配是:粒径为3~5mm的占14~21wt%,粒径为1~3mm的占12~18wt%,粒径为0.1~1mm的占22~30wt%。
所述的镁砂细粉为烧结镁砂,镁砂细粉中MgO含量≥95wt%,镁砂细粉的粒径≤88μm,占20~25wt%。
所述的结合剂镁水泥为硫氧镁水泥,占5~15wt%。
所述的白泥为广西白泥,粒径≤88μm。
所述的外加剂为金属Al粉、六偏磷酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、柠檬酸和纸纤维的任一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明涉及的用于轻烧MgO电窑强制换热器的低温耐磨浇注料,其优点是:该产品具有良好的成型性能、低温耐磨性能好,抗镁质物料冲刷能力强,在工作温度下热震稳定性优异。用于轻烧MgO电加热竖窑预热带及冷却带的强制换热区域窑墙部位,使用效果显著。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述,在实施例中,所述的份数均为重量比。本发明的轻烧MgO电加热竖窑强制换热器的低温耐磨浇注料现场加水搅拌即可使用,施工和易性好,通过人工抹灰在内衬表面形成一定厚度的抗磨层,经过正常养护即可达到技术要求,具有耐磨性高,抗冲击性强,抗压强度高,耐久性好、使用期限长等特点。

所述的镁砂颗粒为烧结镁砂,镁砂颗粒中MgO含量≥92wt%,镁砂颗粒的粒径级配是:粒径为3~5mm的占14wt%,粒径为1~3mm的占18wt%,粒径为0.1~1mm的占22wt%。
所述的镁砂细粉为烧结镁砂,镁砂细粉中MgO含量≥95wt%,镁砂细粉的粒径≤88μm,占20~25wt%。
所述的结合剂镁水泥为硫氧镁水泥,占10wt%。
所述的白泥为广西白泥,粒径≤88μm。
所述的外加剂为金属Al粉任一种。
使用效果:物料成型效果良好,干燥后常温强度高,在工作温度400℃条件下,热震稳定性优异,抗镁质物料冲刷能力强,耐磨性能好,使用效果良好。

所述的结合剂镁水泥为硫氧镁水泥,占15wt%。
所述的白泥为广西白泥,粒径≤88μm。
所述的外加剂为金属六偏磷酸钠。
使用效果:物料成型效果良好,干燥后常温强度高,在工作温度400℃条件下,热震稳定性优异,抗镁质物料冲刷能力强,耐磨性能好,使用效果良好。
