技术领域
本发明属于健身器材技术领域,具体涉及一种抗疲劳脚垫制作方法以及抗疲劳脚垫。
背景技术
具有按摩功能的脚垫是针对脚部肌肉进行按摩,以缓解生活和劳动中脚部的疲劳常用的健身/保健器材。
现有技术中。主要是脚垫上设置足部放置的按摩区,此按摩区中设置一些具有按摩的凸粒或活动机构,此脚垫虽然具有一定的按摩保健功能,但此按摩区一般存在如下技术问题:
(1)按摩区设置的是凸粒,凸粒是成型于弹性的支撑机构上的,其材质与该弹性的支撑机构相似或相同,其凸粒自身强度不足,不能很好的实现按摩功效;
(2)按摩区设置的是支承板,凸粒设于按摩板上,而后该按摩板由弹性的材料支撑,该种结构大部分凸粒是固定为一体结构,无法实现单个或局部几个弹性浮动,进而导致按摩的硬度较大,不利于足部长时间施力接触。
因此,急需一种按摩脚垫,实现硬质按摩凸粒的独立支撑与弹动按摩功能,以及急需一种新型按摩垫生产工艺,以解决按摩凸粒必须联合一体或成型于弹性体上的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,以解决现有按摩脚垫无法独立支撑按摩凸粒的问题。
具体方案如下:一种抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,保护层制备的步骤:提供一种模具,该模具的型腔内设有凹坑;向模具的型腔内表面均匀喷涂成膜剂,进而凝结制得保护层;
步骤2,按摩块固定的步骤:将硬质的按摩块设于步骤1中成型的保护层上,且该按摩块设于该凹坑所对应位置,进而实现按摩块的固定;
步骤3,弹性体发泡的步骤:向步骤2中的型腔内注入发泡材料,并熟化发泡,进而制得弹性体。
进一步的,步骤1优选的包括如下步骤:
步骤11,将模具加热升温,并向模具的型腔内喷涂脱模剂;
步骤12,用干燥空气吹刷模具的型腔;
步骤13,向型腔内喷涂成膜剂。
进一步的,步骤1中,模具加热升温后保持温度在50°至70°之间;该成膜剂为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯的混合液。
进一步的,该按摩块为钢珠、鹅卵石、塑胶块以及充气球体中一种或任意种的组合。
进一步的,步骤3中,该发泡材料为聚氨酯;聚氨酯注入型腔后,合模以封闭该型腔,以实现聚氨酯的熟化发泡。
本发明还提供一种抗疲劳脚垫,包括保护层、按摩块以及弹性体:该弹性体设于该保护层的内表面,该弹性体设于该保护层与该弹性体之间,该弹性体为具有形状记忆特性的发泡材料。
更进一步的,该按摩块为充气球体,该充气球体的底部设于该弹性体内,且该充气球体的其余部分凸伸出该弹性体,并包覆于该保护层内。
更进一步的,该充气球体为网球,该网球设于该弹性体内的深度不大于其直径的1/3。
有益效果:本发明的抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,首先在模具型腔内成型保护层,而后由保护层固定按摩块以及发泡弹性体,实现了按摩块的独立安装以及独立支撑,攻克了现有技术中所有按摩块/凸粒必须固定在硬质的支承板上的技术难题;其次,保护层是由成膜剂凝结支撑,而后发泡材料设于该保护层内,解决了现有技术中发泡材料表面质量不高、易产生气泡、烧焦或缺口的问题,保护层的软硬度会影响舒适度,可通过调整工艺配方,来调整弹性体的软硬度,进而可以达到我们想要的舒适度,保护层表面无气泡孔,清洗方面;另,模具型腔设有凹坑,凹坑形状与尺寸适配于对应的按摩块,按摩块通过保护层的粘性以及凹坑的形状适配,实现了弹性体发泡过程中的固定,解决了独立按摩块位置难固定的技术难题。
本发明的抗疲劳脚垫,其实现了光滑且耐磨的保护层、独立的按摩块以及弹性体的复合,具有硬质按摩凸粒的独立支撑与弹动按摩功能。

实施例一
本案发明人研究发现,先有技术中,为实现按摩块的安装固定,必须是将按摩块成型于一个基板上,而后将基板安装于弹性的材质上。
其主要技术难度在于:(1)无法实现按模块的单独固定,弹性的材质在发泡成型过程中,极易导致按模块位置的变动;(2)若按摩块直接固定于模具型腔,其易由弹性的材质上脱落,或者还需后续粘合固定,而在踩踏过程中,粘合面极易分离失效,产品质量差;因此在实际中,内置独立按摩块的结构无法实现生产。
该实施例提供了一种免粘合、按摩块独立固定的抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,保护层制备的步骤:在该步骤中,首先提供一种模具,该模具包括具有型腔的下模以及平面的上模,该型腔开口竖直向上放置,该模具的型腔的底面上具有多个用于容置按摩块的凹坑;
具体的,该步骤1包括:
步骤11,将模具加热升温,优选的,模具加热升温后保持温度在50°至70°之间的恒温状态,该温度是根据成膜剂自身参数需求决定;而后,清洁型腔,向模具的型腔内喷涂脱模剂,脱模剂在升温状态下贴附于模具型腔的内表面;
步骤12,用气枪将高压干燥空气吹刷模具的型腔,以将液态未固定的脱模剂吹离;
步骤13,向型腔内均匀地喷涂成膜剂,优选的,该成膜剂为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯的混合液,该种混合液在模具自身温度作用下,凝结固化,进而形成一保护层,该步骤可重复多次,以实现保护层厚度的控制。
步骤2,按摩块固定的步骤:将硬质的按摩块设于步骤1中成型的保护层上的内侧,且该按摩块设于该型腔底面凹坑所对应位置,进而结合保护层自身的粘性以及按摩块与凹坑尺寸配合,实现按摩块的固定;该按摩块可以是钢珠、鹅卵石、塑胶块以及充气球体如网球等,还可以是上述几种中的一种或多种种的组合。
步骤3,弹性体发泡的步骤:向步骤2中的型腔内注入发泡材料,在该实施例中,该发泡材料为聚氨酯;并熟化发泡,进而制得弹性体。
进一步的,步骤3中,聚氨酯注入型腔后,将上模盖合于下模,以封闭该型腔,完成聚氨酯的熟化发泡。
最后,开模,取出型腔内的抗疲劳脚垫。
实施例二
结合图1和图2所示,该实施例还提供一种抗疲劳脚垫1,该按摩脚垫1由外到内,依次包括保护层2、第一按摩块3、第二按摩块4以及弹性体5:
该实施例的保护层2,是由成膜剂凝结固化形成的,该弹性体5设于该保护层的内表面,该弹性体5是发泡成型于该保护层内侧的形状记忆材料聚氨酯。
在该实施例中,该第一按摩块3为钢珠,该钢珠设于该保护层2与该弹性体5之间,且该第一按摩块3设于该弹性体5上端面中部的位置,以作为踩踏部;
在该实施例中,该第二按摩块4为充气球体,优选的,为网球,该第二按摩块4设于该保护层2与该弹性体5之间,该实施例中,该弹性体5大致为长方体,该第二按摩块4有四个,且分别设于该弹性体上端面的四个顶角处;由图可见,该充气球体的底部是包覆于该弹性体5内,且顶部是凸伸出该弹性体5,并包覆于该保护层2内,进而该第二按摩块4顶部凸伸出该弹性体5的上端面,以形成用于足弓支撑的拉伸支撑部。
可以理解的是,在该实施例中,第二按摩块4埋入弹性体5内的深度为其直径的2/3,即1/3埋入保护层2内,以实现发泡过程的固定;在其它实施例中该充气球体为网球,该网球设于该弹性体内的深度为其直径的1/3,即可实现第二按摩块4的弹性支撑,且能避免保护层2脱离。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,保护层制备的步骤:提供一种模具,该模具的型腔内设有凹坑;向模具的型腔内表面均匀喷涂成膜剂,进而凝结制得保护层;
步骤2,按摩块固定的步骤:将硬质的按摩块设于步骤1中成型的保护层上,且该按摩块设于该凹坑所对应位置,进而实现按摩块的固定;
步骤3,弹性体发泡的步骤:向步骤2中的型腔内注入发泡材料,并熟化发泡,进而制得弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,其特征在于,步骤1,包括以下步骤:
步骤11,将模具加热升温,并向模具的型腔内喷涂脱模剂;
步骤12,用干燥空气吹刷模具的型腔;
步骤13,向型腔内喷涂成膜剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,其特征在于:模具加热升温后保持温度在50°至70°之间;该成膜剂为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯的混合液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,其特征在于:该按摩块为钢珠、鹅卵石、塑胶块以及充气球体中一种或任意种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳脚垫制作方法,其特征在于:步骤3中,该发泡材料为聚氨酯;聚氨酯注入型腔后,合模以封闭该型腔,实现聚氨酯的熟化发泡。
6.一种抗疲劳脚垫,其特征在于,包括保护层、按摩块以及弹性体:
该弹性体设于该保护层的内表面,该按摩块设于该保护层与该弹性体之间,该弹性体为具有形状记忆特性的发泡材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗疲劳脚垫,其特征在于:
该按摩块为充气球体,该充气球体的底部设于该弹性体内,且该充气球体的其余部分凸伸出该弹性体,并包覆于该保护层内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗疲劳脚垫,其特征在于:该充气球体为网球,该网球设于该弹性体内的深度为其直径的1/3。
