Abstract
本发明涉及加热机械领域,尤其涉及一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉,包括加热炉炉体,设有加热炉炉体内的传送带及设于加热炉体炉体上方的燃烧室,通过调节调风挡板在导风出口内的额位置,从而调节出风量,实现对工件加热的精确控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及加热机械领域,尤其涉及一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉。
背景技术
加热炉是一种常见的加热生产设备,用于对待加工工件的加热,加热炉多设置密闭的炉体,工件通过传送带传送,进入炉体内后被加热;电热机械设备中常用到面网式传送带进行工件的传送,炉体内通过设置加热器对工件加热,加热器产生的热空气被导入加热炉内,从而实现对工件的加热,而现有的加热器不能对导入热空气调节其风量,导致对无法对工件的加热情况准确控制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉,包括加热炉炉体,设有加热炉炉体内的传送带及设于加热炉体炉体上方的燃烧室,其中,
所述加热炉炉体上部设有导风机构,所述导风机构包括均匀开有多个导风出口且位于加热炉炉体上部的隔板及与隔板连接的调风挡板,所述隔板在导风出口两侧分别垂直连接有竖向的贴合板,贴合板内侧垂直连接有水平设置的支撑板,所述调风挡板包括水平调节板部及连接于水平调节板部前端的挡板部,所述水平调节板部中部开有长孔,支撑板中部开有固定孔,水平调节板通过螺栓依次穿过水平调节板部的长孔及支撑板的固定孔固定连接;
所述燃烧室通过出风管与加热炉炉体顶部连通,加热炉炉体顶部均匀连通有多个排风管。
所述加热炉炉体及燃烧室外壁均带有保温层。
所述燃烧室一侧设有燃烧器,燃烧器的入风口处与外部连通并设有鼓风机,所述出风管设于燃烧室在燃烧器的对侧,出风管前端设置引风机。
所述燃烧室两侧分别设置检修门。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过调节调风挡板在导风出口内的额位置,从而调节出风量,实现对工件加热的精确控制。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明包括加热炉炉体1,设有加热炉炉体内的传送带2及设于加热炉体炉体上方的燃烧室3,其中,
所述加热炉炉体上部设有导风机构,所述导风机构包括均匀开有多个导风出口4且位于加热炉炉体上部的隔板5及与隔板连接的调风挡板6,所述隔板在导风出口两侧分别垂直连接有竖向的贴合板7,贴合板内侧垂直连接有水平设置的支撑板8,所述调风挡板包括水平调节板部9及连接于水平调节板部前端的挡板部10,所述水平调节板部中部开有长孔(图中未示出),支撑板中部开有固定孔,水平调节板通过螺栓11依次穿过水平调节板部的长孔及支撑板的固定孔固定连接;
所述燃烧室通过出风管12与加热炉炉体顶部连通,加热炉炉体顶部均匀连通有多个排风管13。
支撑板与水平调节板部通过螺栓组件连接,支撑板为调风挡板整体提供支撑,使得调风挡板沿着自身的长孔平移,而平移过程中,水平调节板部位于导风出口内,其对导风出口的阻挡面积随着平移而变化,从而实现对出风量的调节,调风挡板的贴合板用于与挡板部相互贴合,贴合后将导风出口完全封闭。
螺栓依次穿过长孔与固定孔,头部抵住长孔,上侧螺栓的杆部配合螺母抵住固定孔,从而将支撑板与水平调节板连接。
使用时,通过调节调风挡板在导风出口内的额位置,从而调节出风量,实现对工件加热的精确控制。
优选的,所述加热炉炉体及燃烧室外壁均带有保温层。
优选的,所述燃烧室一侧设有燃烧器14,燃烧器的入风口处与外部连通并设有鼓风机15,所述出风管设于燃烧室在燃烧器的对侧,出风管前端设置引风机(图中未示出)。
鼓风机为燃烧器鼓风,引风机将燃烧室内的热风导至加热炉内。
优选的,所述燃烧室两侧分别设置检修门16。

1.一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉,其特征在于,包括加热炉炉体,设有加热炉炉体内的传送带及设于加热炉体炉体上方的燃烧室,其中,
所述加热炉炉体上部设有导风机构,所述导风机构包括均匀开有多个导风出口且位于加热炉炉体上部的隔板及与隔板连接的调风挡板,所述隔板在导风出口两侧分别垂直连接有竖向的贴合板,贴合板内侧垂直连接有水平设置的支撑板,所述调风挡板包括水平调节板部及连接于水平调节板部前端的挡板部,所述水平调节板部中部开有长孔,支撑板中部开有固定孔,水平调节板通过螺栓依次穿过水平调节板部的长孔及支撑板的固定孔固定连接;
所述燃烧室通过出风管与加热炉炉体顶部连通,加热炉炉体顶部均匀连通有多个排风管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉,其特征在于,所述加热炉炉体及燃烧室外壁均带有保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧室一侧设有燃烧器,燃烧器的入风口处与外部连通并设有鼓风机,所述出风管设于燃烧室在燃烧器的对侧,出风管前端设置引风机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可调节式导风机构的加热炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧室两侧分别设置检修门。
