本发明公开了一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯80‑120份,氯磺化聚乙烯10‑20份,三元乙丙橡胶8‑16份,交联剂4‑8份,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维4‑8份,碳纳米管6‑10份,纳米膨润土4‑10份,玻璃纤维6‑12份,甲基硅油2‑4份,歧化松香2‑4份,防老剂3‑5份。本发明硬度高,具有较好的柔韧度、韧性及光泽度,抗冲击性能极好,承压能力极高,避免本发明受到冲击时弯折的现象,而且耐热、耐老化性能极为优异,断裂伸长率高,适用于汽车塑料保险杠,可有效降低乘车危险。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车保险杠技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料。
背景技术
聚乙烯易成型加工、可回收利用等优点,在汽车上的应用不断增大,特别是应用于制备汽车保险杠,是汽车用塑料中用量最大、发展速度最快的塑料品种。但是聚乙烯的低温脆性差、耐冲击性能差的缺点,因此,用于汽车保险杠时需要对其改性。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,硬度高,具有较好的柔韧度、韧性及光泽度,抗冲击性能极好,承压能力极高,避免本发明受到冲击时弯折的现象,而且耐热、耐老化性能极为优异,断裂伸长率高,适用于汽车塑料保险杠,可有效降低乘车危险。
本发明提出的一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,其原料按重量份包括:聚乙烯80-120份,氯磺化聚乙烯10-20份,三元乙丙橡胶8-16份,交联剂4-8份,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维4-8份,碳纳米管6-10份,纳米膨润土4-10份,玻璃纤维6-12份,甲基硅油2-4份,歧化松香2-4份,防老剂3-5份。
优选地,交联剂按重量份包括:叔丁基过氧化氢2-4份,氧化钇0.2-0.4份,二甲基苄胺1.5-2.5份。
优选地,防老剂按重量份包括:防老剂BLE 1.5-2.5份,防老剂800-B 1.5-2.5份。
本发明以聚乙烯、氯磺化聚乙烯、三元乙丙橡胶为基料,使本发明具有较好的柔韧度、韧性及光泽度,采用叔丁基过氧化氢、氧化钇、二甲基苄胺进行交联,使产品具有不易损坏、硬度高、不易老化的优点,而聚丙烯腈基碳纤维与聚乙烯分散性好,而且有利于碳纳米管、纳米膨润土、玻璃纤维在体系中分散附着,同时可有效填充在聚四氟乙烯复合物的小间隙内,经过固化交联后,抗冲击性能极好,耐热、耐老化性能极为优异,断裂伸长率高,而且填料的填充量极高,可有效降低成本,进一步与甲基硅油、歧化松香作用,可有效避免本发明受到冲击时弯折的现象,而且承压能力极高,加工性能好,同时显著降低成本,适合批量生产。
本发明缺口冲击强度为22-25kJ/m2,收缩率为0.3-0.6%,抗冲击性能和尺寸稳定性好,适用于汽车塑料保险杠,可有效降低乘车危险。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,其原料包括:聚乙烯80kg,氯磺化聚乙烯20kg,三元乙丙橡胶8kg,交联剂8kg,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维4kg,碳纳米管10kg,纳米膨润土4kg,玻璃纤维12kg,甲基硅油2kg,歧化松香4kg,防老剂3kg。
交联剂包括:叔丁基过氧化氢4kg,氧化钇0.2kg,二甲基苄胺2.5kg。防老剂包括:防老剂BLE 1.5kg,防老剂800-B 2.5kg。
实施例2
一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,其原料包括:聚乙烯120kg,氯磺化聚乙烯10kg,三元乙丙橡胶16kg,交联剂4kg,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维8kg,碳纳米管6kg,纳米膨润土10kg,玻璃纤维6kg,甲基硅油4kg,歧化松香2kg,防老剂5kg。
交联剂包括:叔丁基过氧化氢2kg,氧化钇0.4kg,二甲基苄胺1.5kg。防老剂包括:防老剂BLE 2.5kg,防老剂800-B 1.5kg。
实施例3
一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,其原料包括:聚乙烯110kg,氯磺化聚乙烯12kg,三元乙丙橡胶14kg,交联剂5kg,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维7kg,碳纳米管7kg,纳米膨润土8kg,玻璃纤维8kg,甲基硅油3.5kg,歧化松香2.5kg,防老剂4.5kg。
交联剂包括:叔丁基过氧化氢2.5kg,氧化钇0.35kg,二甲基苄胺1.8kg。防老剂包括:防老剂BLE 2.2kg,防老剂800-B 1.8kg。
实施例4
一种汽车保险杠用耐冲击聚乙烯塑料,其原料包括:聚乙烯90kg,氯磺化聚乙烯18kg,三元乙丙橡胶10kg,交联剂7kg,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维5kg,碳纳米管9kg,纳米膨润土6kg,玻璃纤维10kg,甲基硅油2.5kg,歧化松香3.5kg,防老剂3.5kg。
交联剂包括:叔丁基过氧化氢3.5kg,氧化钇0.25kg,二甲基苄胺2.2kg。防老剂包括:防老剂BLE 1.8kg,防老剂800-B 2.2kg。
