本发明公开了一种汽车喷涂装置,包括移动架、喷嘴、喷嘴架、移动架支撑,所述移动架的两端分别固定在移动架支撑的中部,移动架两侧的底部分别固定有一组驱动电机,驱动电机的主轴与主动轮相连接,主动轮固定在移动架支撑上,移动架支撑上还固定有从动轮,从动轮和主动轮均与导轨相配合,导轨固定在主支撑架上,喷嘴架上固定有若干组喷嘴,喷嘴架通过支吊架固定在移动架的底部,移动架和主支撑架均设置在喷涂房内,喷涂房的侧壁上设有排气孔,排气孔通过管道与油漆回收塔的进口相连接,本发明具有效率高、喷涂质量好、清洁环保的优点,能够有效提高汽车零部件生产企业的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零件加工装置技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车喷涂装置。
背景技术
随着车身防护需求的提高,一般轿车的车身、前后盖均需要进行喷涂,以达到美观的效果。现有的喷涂技术有自动和手动两种方式,手动喷涂存在质量差、效率低的缺陷,而现有的自动喷涂技术也存在效率低的缺陷,同时喷涂过程大量的油漆外泄,导致环境污染的同时,造成油漆的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车喷涂装置。
本发明技术方案一种汽车喷涂装置,包括移动架、喷嘴、喷嘴架、移动架支撑,所述移动架的两端分别固定在移动架支撑的中部,所述移动架两侧的底部分别固定有一组驱动电机,所述驱动电机的主轴与主动轮相连接,所述主动轮固定在移动架支撑上,所述移动架支撑上还固定有从动轮,所述从动轮和主动轮均与导轨相配合,所述导轨固定在主支撑架上,所述喷嘴架上固定有若干组喷嘴,所述喷嘴架通过支吊架固定在移动架的底部,所述移动架和主支撑架均设置在喷涂房内,所述喷涂房的侧壁上设有排气孔,所述排气孔通过管道与油漆回收塔的进口相连接。
优选地,所述油漆回收塔的出口通过管道与引风机的进口相连接,所述引风机的出口通过管道与排气筒相连接。
优选地,所述喷涂房的地面上设有车轨。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在使用时,需要进行喷涂的汽车零件固定在小车上,小车通过喷涂房进口门推入喷涂房内,关闭喷涂房的进口门和出口门,移动架在驱动电机的驱动下沿导轨前后移动,喷嘴也前后移动对汽车零件进行喷涂,具有喷涂质量好、效率高的优点;通过引风机将喷涂房内抽吸成负压,避免油漆外泄,具有清洁环保的优点,同时通过设置油漆回收塔实现油漆的回收,具有节约资源的优点。

如图1、图2所示,一种汽车喷涂装置,包括移动架3、喷嘴4、喷嘴架5、移动架支撑15,所述移动架3的两端分别固定在移动架支撑15的中部,所述移动架3两侧的底部分别固定有一组驱动电机6,所述驱动电机6的主轴与主动轮14相连接,所述主动轮14固定在移动架支撑15上,所述移动架支撑15上还固定有从动轮16,所述从动轮16和主动轮14均与导轨7相配合,所述导轨7固定在主支撑架8上,所述喷嘴架5上固定有若干组喷嘴4,所述喷嘴架5通过支吊架2固定在移动架3的底部,所述移动架3和主支撑架8均设置在喷涂房1内,所述喷涂房1的侧壁上设有排气孔10,所述排气孔10通过管道与油漆回收塔11的进口相连接,所述油漆回收塔11的出口通过管道与引风机12的进口相连接,所述引风机12的出口通过管道与排气筒13相连接,所述喷涂房1的地面上设有车轨9;本发明的工作原理是:

1.一种汽车喷涂装置,包括移动架(3)、喷嘴(4)、喷嘴架(5)、移动架支撑(15),其特征在于:所述移动架(3)的两端分别固定在移动架支撑(15)的中部,所述移动架(3)两侧的底部分别固定有一组驱动电机(6),所述驱动电机(6)的主轴与主动轮(14)相连接,所述主动轮(14)固定在移动架支撑(15)上,所述移动架支撑(15)上还固定有从动轮(16),所述从动轮(16)和主动轮(14)均与导轨(7)相配合,所述导轨(7)固定在主支撑架(8)上,所述喷嘴架(5)上固定有若干组喷嘴(4),所述喷嘴架(5)通过支吊架(2)固定在移动架(3)的底部,所述移动架(3)和主支撑架(8)均设置在喷涂房(1)内,所述喷涂房(1)的侧壁上设有排气孔(10),所述排气孔(10)通过管道与油漆回收塔(11)的进口相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述油漆回收塔(11)的出口通过管道与引风机(12)的进口相连接,所述引风机(12)的出口通过管道与排气筒(13)相连接。
