本实用新型公开了一种自动喷漆机，包括支架、电机和配电箱，支架上设有喷漆密封舱，喷漆密封舱内设有与木具生产线连接的传动链条，喷漆密封舱中安装有喷漆头和回收漆刮板，喷漆密封舱的上面设有油漆回收塔，油漆回收塔上设有排气筒，排气筒内安装有过滤器，喷漆密封舱的进口端设有带感应器的封门。从生产线上传送的木器接近封门时，通过感应打开封门进入喷漆密封舱，随着传动链条的传动木器在喷漆密封舱内喷漆，喷漆过程产生的雾状油漆进入排气筒，通过排气筒内的过滤器将油漆回收到回收塔，并由回收漆刮板回收油漆，不含油的气体从排气筒的出口经引风机排往高空。本实用新型解决了现有技术存在环境污染、生产效率低、质量不稳定的技术问题。

技术领域 本实用新型属木工机械技术领域。涉及一种木具生产流水线上的喷漆装置，具体涉及一种自动喷漆机。
背景技术 喷漆工作大多由人工在制作好的木具上直接操作，环境污染严重，原有的喷漆设备靠人工露天操作，对操作人员的身体危害极大；原有木具生产流水线上没有喷漆设备，喷漆都是独立完成的，生产效率低，喷漆质量不稳定。
实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术木工喷漆工作存在环境污染、生产效率低、质量不稳定的技术问题，提供一种自动喷漆机，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型自动喷漆机，包括支架、电机和配电箱，支架上设有喷漆密封舱，喷漆密封舱内设有与木具生产线连接的传动链条，喷漆密封舱中安装有喷漆头和回收漆刮板，喷漆密封舱的上面设有油漆回收塔，油漆回收塔上设有排气筒，排气筒内安装有过滤器，喷漆密封舱的进口端设有带感应器的封门。

本实用新型自动喷漆机，结构简单、使用方便，木具生产线上传送的木器接近带感应器的封门时，通过感应打开封门进入喷漆密封舱，随着传动链条的传动木器在喷漆密封舱内进行喷漆，喷漆过程产生的雾状油漆进入排气筒，通过排气筒内的过滤器将油漆回收到回收塔，并由回收漆刮板回收油漆，不含油的气体从排气筒的出口经引风机排往高空。本实用新型解决了现有技术木工喷漆工作存在环境污染、生产效率低、质量不稳定的技术问题。

具体实施方式 根据附图，本实用新型自动喷漆机，包括支架9、电机7和配电箱8，支架9上设有喷漆密封舱3，喷漆密封舱3内设有与木具生产线连接的传动链条6，喷漆密封舱3中安装有喷漆头10和回收漆刮板11，喷漆密封舱3的上面设有油漆回收塔4，油漆回收塔4上设有排气筒2，排气筒2内安装有过滤器1，喷漆密封舱3的进口端设有带感应器的封门5；本实用新型设有四个喷油漆回收塔；设有二个回收漆刮板，分别位于二个油漆回收塔之间；排气筒2的出口与引风机连接
工作时，需要喷漆的物件从生产线上向带感应器的封门5传送，接近带感应器的封门5时，通过感应打开带感应器的封门5进入喷漆密封舱3，油漆经过喷漆头10均匀的将漆喷到需要喷漆的物件上，喷漆密封舱3中产生的雾状油漆通过排气筒2内的过滤器1回收到油漆回收塔4，经过回收漆刮板11将油漆回收。

1.一种自动喷漆机，包括支架、电机和配电箱，其特征是支架上设有喷漆密封舱，喷漆密封舱内设有与木具生产线连接的传动链条，喷漆密封舱中安装有喷漆头和回收漆刮板，喷漆密封舱的上面设有油漆回收塔，油漆回收塔上设有排气筒，排气筒内安装有过滤器，喷漆密封舱的进口端设有带感应器的封门。
